Review 1：Electrics blew first night but was sorted straight away. We stayed in Jan & the room was freezing at night so had to use warm a/c and had to ask reception to give us blankets as there were none in the room. The room also smelt of smoke!

Review 2：Staff friendly, accommodation spacious, secure parking. Food good and a lovely sea view.

Review 3：Aircon was broken,Carlos offered us another room which we didn't take as it wasn't to cold at night, engineers came out to fix it but didn't have the part available. No fault of the hotel and it was fine.

Review 20：Very impressed by the warmth of the welcome and the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff,from the reception , to the bar staff, to the maid service.They would be a credit to a 5 star hotel,in fact if i worked for Hilton , Hyatt, Sheraton etc. I would try hire them away en masse. I do not think this was just a personal or lucky experience, i noticed their interaction with all guests seemed to be of a similar nature. The apartments represent good value for money in terms of facilities and location., but under less than perfect conditions ,an extended period of dreadful weather , the hotel personnel made it a trip to remember.

Cork screw, DVD player (we had a few rainy days and our daughter got a little bored), hair dryer & iron (although we requested these and were given them at reception, it would have been easier if they were already in the rooms). ****TIP**** we managed to fiddle with the TV and by pressing the audio button on the "freeview-type box" remote control we could turn off the Spanish voice over on some channels and watch them in English! #happychild

Review 32：Although I had booked the entire apartment the person on site had no record of my booking and insisted that I had to stay in only one room. There are no shops in the vicinity for groceries and parking is limited. The hot water system is very complicated and I never had any hot water. This should be avoided like plague.

Review 50：I really would like to understand who developed the balcony, if he ever tried to sit and realize that unless you are more than 2 meters tall, or smaller than 1,50m, your view will be covered by 75%. This is really a pity. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived, but surprisingly was very well cleaned after 3 days we were there. Generally the apartment is a bit too old, even the table on the terrace was almost unusable, the bed was creaking even when I was moving one leg. Also the locking system of the door is a bit obscure, you cannot be 100% sure that the door is locked when you are in...I know it sounds weird! Wifi sometimes was decent, sometimes reminded me of the old 56kb/s modems. The potential is certainly there, but a renovation is needed in my opinion.

Review 51：The view from the balcony was outstanding (unless you seat....), in fact only that is worth a stay. I also appreciated the garage, very confortable with access through the elevator. The apartment is bright during the day, lot of light coming in.

Review 52：Went to bar/ diner for food 5 people only to be told could NOT serve too many people this happened on a few occasions then we did get food we where meals short ? Too many stairs from apartment to reception .two bedroom apartments where up and downstairs this was not mentioned when booking nor was the space saver staircase that was not suitable quite difficult to get up and down had a problem with no hot water took 3 days to sort when it was sorted then had to ask a day later if they sending domestics to clean up which took another day this place advertised a range of things to do which none was available

Staff were great (English receptionists helped a lot) and a great place for a relaxing holiday with enough bars and restaurants just a mile or so down the hill by the coast for good evening meals and walks.

Review 57：We travel on August - September in Costa Del Sol and we choose this location to stay. They give us room 416, with a wonderful view of mountains, and sea, plus the surroundings. We had a fully equipped kitchen, towels and bed sheets. You have a handy secure parking, right near the apartment. In order to go to the beach, or shopping, you need a car: shop is at 2 km distance ( a small shop available on site ), beach at 2.5 km. Staff was helpful and always with the a very large smile.During the 6 nights, they change 2 times the all sets of towels and bed sheets.

Review 59：We booked two bedroom apartment but it was a duplex, the second bedroom downstairs with just window on walkway so could not have it open. ALSO second bedroom could only be accessed by DANGEROUS loft-ladder type stairs so we could not use second bedroom at all as the idea of going on holiday with a friend is to be together on one floor. Restaurant and Pizzeria closed and long way to any other amenities, which could only be accessed by car or taxi.

We were told by a member of staff (all of whom were very helpful) that there had been problems with the service all summer, but despite frequent complaints from guests the management couldn't seem to get anything done about it. There was a separate network in the cafe-bar near reception which worked OK, so we used this when we needed to go online, but it wasn't very convenient as our apartment was at the other end of the complex from reception.

Defo would not recommend.

Only a double hob and microwave/grill to cook with. Noise from apartment next to us was bad - inconsiderate guests who talked loudly at 3.30am. The headboard on their bed was loose and banged every time they moved. We had to ask reception to phone them to ask them to be quiet. The headboard was not repaired by the time we left.

Review 130：The Apartment had a lot of steps to climb up and down, so young children need to be careful. The kitchen doesn't come with anything except dishes and a few utensils, and shops were a driving distance away, unless you like walking.

Review 131：The area was pretty quiet around February time, we had the whole place to ourselves. If it wasn't cold, wet and windy we would have had the whole pool to ourselves. The local people are very friendly and shops and beach are only a short drive away. The view from the balcony of the mountains and beach was beautiful every morning
