Review 1：--dampfbad does not work (I was happy with the regular sauna anyway) --no dedicated reception but I was always able to make a call and get the services that I was looking for

Review 3：The staff is very friendly and nice. The view from the appartment was breathtaking. The possibility to use funicular free of charge and take a day-trip to the closest mountains is worth of staying there more than one night.
