Review 1：The bed has announced sound when moving your body. Also, during the night you will have sweat if you use blanket. However, you will get cold if you don't use it.
Review 2：Location is very closely to the metro
Review 3：We had no WiFi even though advertised as WiFi available! We were only given two toiler rolls for monday-Sunday! Online it says rooms are supposed to be cleaned once a week, we had no one come clean our room! So we were left with the same bedding all week and full tiny bins! There was never any staff about! The TV was in French, we couldn't even put English subtitles on! We checked out on the sunday and no one was there the office was closed! So we just left our keys under the office door! Knowing they were closed on a Sunday they didn't give us any instructions om what to do! Overall was alright for what we needed!
Review 4：The bed was very comfy! And location was ideal! We had a food shop practically right across the road from us! Lady at reception was friendly.
Review 5：Had no internet connection the first night because no log-in / password information provided. No staff on premises to ask (not a good choice of hotel for business traveller, since the only times staff are available on premises to talk to are times you're out working). Called head-office, they couldn't help. Fridge was off on arrival, had to manoeuvre it out to find plug behind it. No washing up equipment provided.
Review 6：Our first evening there I remember as - unfortunately - just scandalous. We arrived to the hotel before 6pm and we couldn't get in, because the reception was closed (it should normally work till 7pm). There was no information at the entrance what to do in such situation. Finally when we managed to get inside due to courtesy of other guest, who let us come in by using his intercome code, we found a small sheet at the closed reception with information that "today is exceptionally closed at 5pm" and a phone number, which should be used "in case of emergency". Finally we managed to get into our room, but the thing is that the hotel staff had sent us information about closing the reception just two hours before our arrival to the hotel and less than one hour before closing, what's more - in PDF, so we had no chance to read this, especially that in France wi-fi seems to be not very popular in public area. I got very nervous - we had already paid using option non-refundable in your booking service, so I wasn't prepared for treating us in such a way. But to be honest next day a very nice lady working at the receprtion offered us breakfast for free as a compensation for this inconvenience.
Review 7：I really liked our room - it was clean and quite comfortable, with private bathroom and a very small kichenette, but well-equipped. Lady working at the reception was also very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel for sure to anyone travelling for any aim.

Review 18：Where do I start?!?! Everything went wrong during my stay at this hotel. Please avoid! I wouldn't wish for my worse ennemy to stay there - spiders webs in bathroom - bathroom not cleaned - told towels and rooms are not cleaned/changed if you stay more then 1week. - water leak from bathroom to bedroom - emergency number not applicable if you have an emergency!!! - no hot water after 20:00. The reception even asked me if we've had 1 shower for the day? When I replied yes she said then that's it no more hot water left! Ridiculous!! - staff unhelpful - The hallway smells of smoke! - my daughter was sick on the bed and I had to beg to have a bed sheet changed ... Also begged for towels - the only positive is the metro right outside - the location is very poor - the claim that the hotel is renovated but that's a lie!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Review 20：Several servicing faults in our 6 day stay which were not death with. Bathroom sink plug not connected. Only one bedside lamp was working on first night, then both stopped working, could not be repaired at weekend and not repaired during our stay. There seemed to be an electrical circuit fault as television and wall plugs did not work so could not charge my phone. Reported faults four times, with no proper action.
Review 21：Very good location and very quiet even although on busy street. Bed very comfy. We have family very close to this facility and visit them three times each year so would want to use facility again and regularly. Very nice residents in accommodation.
Review 22：given a room next to a room that was renovated, smell of paint,and noise until 7pm. The sound of very loud explosions late at night from outside. the kitchen would benefit from the inclusion of a kettle and toaster. breakfast was poor
