Review 2：We were made very welcome and we came and went as we pleased. The breakfasts were O.K. and the evening meals were excellent. Could not find fault with anything. Excellent value for money!

Review 4：The time during my stay there was always staff on duty to serve drinks, food or just give friendly service. The room was was very comfortable and clean and quiet. I stayed in Room 105. If I need to visit Zafra again I will certainly stay in Las Palmeras.

Review 6：We have never found staff so friendly and trustworthy. They gave us the keys for three different rooms and let us choose the one we wanted (all were cozy and pitoresque, fully equipped). We had dinner (tapas were excellent, by the way) at the outside tables and when we asked to pay with the room bill, they just said ok - no need to sign anything. We could not believe how cheap was everything at the end - stay and dinner (considering by-the-book values)... This hotel is inserted in the middle of historical part of the city, and the surroundings have great places to visit
Review 7：There was nobody at the reception desk for the whole of our stay and we had to walk through the bar to get to our room. The breakfast was a bit meagre, with no fresh fruit.

Review 10：Hotel is situated in the Plaza Grande, we sat out eating and drinking and enjoying the May Day celebrations until late! Hotel is spotlessly clean and full of character, excellent value for money.
Review 11：We stayed Valentines day night, There was a wonderful fancy dress Fiesta but it went on until 05.00hrs, we could hear it despite being at the rear of the hotel. Just bad timing I suppose

Review 13：VERY cold bedroom with inefficient air-con. Bathroom unusable as it was so cold. Wi-fi didn't work - walls too thick but hotel advertises wi-fi in all rooms. Evening meal only so-so. No remote for TV - it was downstairs behind the bar. No info about the town available.

Review 42：The hotel is right on the Plaza Grande. The hotel has beautiful ceilings, we had a marble doorway inside our room. The rooms were typical Spanish on the small side. The bathroom was big and had good shower pressure. Bath gels and shampoos were provided. The hotel has an elevator(lift). For a good nights sleep close the shutters to keep out the Plaza noise and church bells in the morning. Overall a nice, clean hotel - I would stay here again.

Review 44：Everything! From the moment we arrived we just had a great time. Perfect location great staff well appointed room. Lively bar charming atrium restaurant and considering the price paid excellent food with a bottle of wine included too! Then a really good breakfast before we left. Perfect. I rarely leave a tip when checking out of a hotel but I did here!

Review 46：This was a character room with all the facilities required. The receptionist did not speak English but we got by. We were very impressed that he actually paid for our parking on the first day. We absolutely loved this place and the location was amazing
Review 47：There was nothing we didn't actually like but we did have to find someone to open the gate to the hotel when we arrived and when we came down to breakfast to get out again. Breakfast (toasted bread, butter and jam with coffee) was in the bar next door which we had to arrange ourselves.

Review 53：Car parking in the Grand Plaza was really convenient as we had our dog, ( a few euros a day) but you need to be aware that on Festive days, and weekends the parking times are restricted. But there is plenty of other parking not too far away.
Review 54：We chose this hotel because of location, it has its own restaurant and we were able to take our dog and park right outside. (Grand Plaza - small cost). Helpful staff, Plenty of restaurants nearby, Zafra is a charming town too. The hotel is easy to find if you follow the Ayuntamiento signs.

Review 57：very traditional charming hotel in a lovely plaza in zafra- charming owner who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. the half board option was both Budget friendly and excellent. the suare is charming with a range of bars and restaurants and the hotel is within the sounds of the church bells. we would be happy to return to this hotel .
