Review 1：Nothing that was within the direct control of the hotel. Disappointed that things seemed to be closing down around us and that we did not have prior notification of this.

Review 2：Facilities were good, especially having three different themes around the different pools.

Review 3：Unexpected deposits and charges that are never mentioned before arriving, for each traveler. Our shower head was broken so we had to hold it, back door lock also broken. We didn't go all inclusive (thank god) because it was the biggest rip off ever! don't do it!

Review 4：The pool was lovely, plenty of sunbeds that are comfy. Room was clean and although basic, it was comfortable and enough space for the two of us (more would have been crowded). Location was brilliant as well. I would definitely stay again as we got it at a discount, however full price I am not sure.

Review 11：Unhelpful/ unsympathetic reception staff, floor of room was filthy, air con is a paid extra but was "unavailable" during our stay making our room very uncomfortable during the day and a conplete nightmare at night, level of noise that is allowed by hotel security during the night is INSANE eg. pots being banged with spoons, non stop screaming in the corridors, our door constantly being knocked on, chanting and shouting from groups of 20+ - all of this is worst but not limited to between 3am and 8am so our group of four didn't get one full night of rest, do not get one room between four they are advertised as accommodating up to four but 2 of your group will either be on a couch or a thin foam 'mattress' on the floor beside the couch. You have to pay 25e for wifi per device for 7days but won't be told until you enquire that it's only available in the lobby/maybe pool area it doesn't reach most rooms.

They felt like we were inconveniencing them baring in mind my flight had me arrive at 12 and I was supposed to be able to check in for 2. By 3 I still wasn't able to check in and they were annoyed I was asking if something could be sorted quicker. Especially since I was only staying for three nights.

Review 16：I'm really upset from this Hotel and especially for the evaluation you have of it! It's terrible, only for teenagers who goes to disco and get drank, it's really noisy, it's warm and can be dangerous too due to the people around it!

Review 27：On check in asked for a 30 euro deposit, I had no problem with this, I was then presented with a list of all items in the room and a replacement cost for them, which I found rather strange. I was instructed to check all items were in the room and the conditions of the doors and fittings in my room, as I would be charged for damages. At this point I was thinking this place is a right hole before I had even seen the room. You have to pay for everything that is normally included in your hotel stay. Additional charges for the safe, additional charges for wifi which didn't work in your room, worked in the hotel lobby but was rather slow. Reps from the hotel at your door every morning trying to sell you trips (this was a real pain) I was all inclusive (11am to 8pm), but all drinks were served in a 250ml plastic cups, even the beer and you only get one at a time. Plastic pint glasses were available for no Ai customers.

Review 41：Repetitive, irritating music by the pool from mid morning to early evening - variety is the spice of life!! Noise travels loudly around the complex and long corridors. Lack of umbrellas to provide shade by the pool.

Review 43：the noise at night was the worst I've experienced in any 18-30s resort. People were running up and down corridors kicking and banging doors, there were regular sounds of smashing glass and furniture being thrown, other guests climbed onto our balcony in the middle of the night, people could be heard shouting and fighting all through the night and it was quite intimidating to have to go into the corridors after about 1am. the hotel weren't responsible for this and they did have security to manage it but there wasn't much they could do. it was just typical of the type of resort but it's not the hotel for you if you need a good sleep.

Review 44：Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reps weren't too pushy compared to previous experience of resorts like this. Rooms cleaned regularly and the communal areas were reasonably clean and well maintained. All inclusive alcohol was decent quality and good selection and good vatied from pretty good to awfup but there was always something that could be eaten. would recommend it for anyone looking for a wild party hotel. Very lively but a bit out of control.

Review 45：All inclusive only ran from 11am to 8pm, not told about this before arriving. A deposit 30 euro per person rather than room, felt this was quite along as did not no before arriving, although did get it back so no harm

Review 47：The all inclusive did not start until 11am then finished at 8pm. When we arrived the weather was really nice but the heating in the room was on full and when we asked for this to be turned off as it couldn't be done from the room the staff said they would come and help but after 6 call and 1 visit from 8pm to 2am this was still not done and no one would help! Also the day we checked out we did not leave until 4pm and we had to check out all 11am which was fine but when we did check out the took our bands and would not allow us to use the facilities or the restaurant. We asked if we could pay to use the all inclusive and they advised this was not possible! If the service was better and the hours for food and drink were more normal this could have easily been a 4/5 star hotel but the lack of help and the rubbish all inclusive hours really let the hotel down.
