Review 1：Bad aircondion. To small rom for the hole family. Leaving room and bedroom is the same room. Not many speak English.

Review 3：Great location, close to the sea, lots of restaurants, supermarket very close by, laundry a few doors away, racetrack access close. Railway station a short walk, and the 500 bus from the airport will drop you near that station as well. Room was just as seen online, no complaints at all. Will happily stay there again.

Review 8：It was pleasure to stay, very comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped. Good communication with nearby cities but at night can be problem.
Review 9：The only point is that the room is not clean so well. A bit of dust here and there, but nothing major. The bathroom is bit small. It can easily accomodate a family with a child at no extra cost.
Review 10：The view is fantastic. The staff are great. It's so close to the beach, shops, nice town as well. You have plenty buses if you want to go to Nice or Cannes. Train to Monaco as well. The airport is just 15 min away by local buses. On Fridays you have a market on the street with Studiotel. The hotel is quiet as well. No noise from outside. You will not find something cheaper in the area. Wi-fi works well.
Review 11：Close to Cagnes Sur Mer train station - about a 10 min walk. Directly opposite the Hippodrome and about a 3 min walk to the beach. Close to resturants and a supermarket. Good sized room, small kitchenette and very comfortable futons. Bathroom was small but very good. Well secured building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On street parking available if needed at a low cost.

Review 14：When we arrived the receptionist man did not speak english. On the next day there was a woman who were a bit better in english but still far from the acceptable level. We needed to explain that we've already paid 30 % deposit but in the lack of english knowledge from their side, it was pretty hard but anyway they were very kind.The toilette paper was also missing.
