Review 1：No staff were available to answer questions on reception. Phone number was available but no one ever responded. Fridge had mold in it. Bike storage was meant to be secure but was not

Review 3：no amenities( towels sheets cost extra and you had to make your own bed. Shower was pathetic with a wooden beam so low in bathroom you couldn't stand up

Review 5：We had a free upgrade to a two room apartment. It was spacious and pretty. Great table, couches etc. The only problems were no air conditioning and wifi is intermittent. If you are going to ride the Ventoux then Malaucene is a great spot to start. The bike shop directly opposite- Ventoux bikes, is fantastic and supplies, fits perfectly and supports the rider. The apartment has a wonderful facility to lock away good bikes.

Review 8：One shower for seven people in each apartment meant a bit of a wait and the apartments would have benefited from a kettle(although they did have filter coffee machines).
Review 9：We rented two of the apartments side by side in the block (it's quite a small block centred around an internal courtyard over three storeys). Great secure bike room, nice terraces and ideal location in the village centre.
Review 10：wifi did not reach the room; we had to pay extra for towels and bedding - needed to make the bed ourselves - just an expectation thing for an apartment. There were several restaurants nearby ,but all bar one were closed on a saturday night. Quiet !

Review 26：Perfect Location for Cycling - right at the foot of Mt Ventoux. Any problems we had were sorted - i.e. breakfast didn't arrive one morning, but we were reimbursed for the breakfast we bought at a nearby cafe.
Review 27：Lot of noise outside due to overlooking road where restaurants/bars situated but that wasn't the Maloc's fault. We moved after two nights to another appartment and it was perfect.
Review 28：Moved after two nights to another appartment which had an outside terrace. Situated in a lovely town, within easy reach of Mont Ventoux which was our preference. Lots of beautiful villages and towns nearby to visit.
