Review 1：The target audience of the hotel is not for travellers that are not 18-25 as it is definitely for night life and parties. The pools were very shallow and whilst the deepest part was 1.6 metres, it would still b dangerous to jump in. The so called 'all-inclusive' is only until 8pm which in my opinion, should be renamed to 'daytime-inclusive'.

Review 5：- I really would like to rate the hotel better but the rooms are like there are NO walls! you hear EVERYTHING from the neighbours. If you are not partying the whole time (I mean we are also young and like to have fun but most of the vacationers are here for just drinking) it's really exhausting. Until midnight it's noisy in the hotel, then it seems like everyone is goind to the clubs, from 4am it begins again in the hotel with screaming, drinking etc. -> really not funny, earplugs didn't help either :(

Review 11：The people staying there have no consideration for others. We are a young couple who like to party, but loud shouting, screaming at 6 or 7 am is very unnecessary. The place was fine, but the overall atmosphere was dingy. That could be said of the overall Magaluf vibe though.

It's not comfortable when you can have a dinner from 11 am and supper only till 8pm, you have to manage your staff depending on this wired schedule. Sure you can have a lunch in any other place for your money but then I don't see profit of all inclusive. It is the mst big problem I faced. Room was cleaned not every day.

I really need my money back from this hotel. Unfortunately, I had to stay 7 days because could not find any availability to move somewhere else and also they collect their money in advance.

Review 55：We read that the all inclusive was 11:00-20:00, so we packed ourselves some instant oats, tea, etc so that we wouldn't be starving when we woke up. Well, there is absolutely no access to water (hot or cold), or a microwave before 11:00am. The guests seem to vary a lot in age, but I think the majority would be 18-23, mostly English party-goers. Myself, my husband and our two friends are just past that stage in our life, so we joined the fun one night, but decided to see the island during the days (tired at night). However, we barely slept because these other guests run up and down the halls, banging on doors and walls, screaming, etc. Not exactly the fault of the hotel- but it sucks nonetheless. The beds are also terribly hard and uncomfortable. Staff wasn't very friendly (maybe because they assumed we were annoying English party-goers?) or welcoming, and they were no help when I had questions before booking. If you plan on partying in Mallorca and not much else, this hotel is fine. We wanted to explore the island, so the all inclusive was really no good to us after all, since we left before 11 and often weren't back until after 8. The food at the all inclusive is okay. Very fatty, fried, bland.... Not much else to say. Probably English food? Would I recommend this hotel to others? Not if they want to see everything the island has to offer like we did- stay somewhere in Alcudia, Santa Ponca, Paguera.

Review 56：The hotel itself is pretty great. There are 3 main "areas" that have different pools/atmospheres. There is lots of free street parking near the main entrance to the hotel (we rented a car, so this was necessary)

Review 71：- noisy British hotel guests - the 'all inclusive' pool bars had only 1 waiting queue, which was very long because a lot of people requested cocktails. They could have made a separate queue for those who just want beer or coke, which would have reduced waiting time substantially for us. :-) (in the end, to avoid this, we went to the restaurant to get our beers, but this was 2 blocks away and we needed to get completely dressed each time we entered there). - although the hotel is great itself, Magaluf is not really our kind of tourism. But luckily there's a good bus service to visit the more beautiful parts of the island.

Review 72：- nice & clean rooms + good beds - enough chairs/beds around the pools - music in the pool areas (between 11-19h approx.) - friendly staff, open for questions or requests - the food was good, but nothing more than that (which is kind of what usually happens in all inclusive restaurants...) - we had excellent meals in restaurants in Palma and Peguera.

Review 73：We don't like the staff. we have the problem with the electric key. Every time we could not enter our room , we asked to change the room, but they did not pay attention to that. This hotel just for the people from 18 till 22. It is not possible sleep till 7 a.m., because everybody screamed, drank, knocked to all doors for fun. When we asked to change the block, again, nobody paid attention to our complaints. We have never seen so noising place.

Review 87：If you book the promotion room, you must be aware that this is always faced to the street. The street noise doesn't bother you much, but on this side is where the hotel collects the trash and laundray. Review 94：our stay in BH mallorca was really pleasant..i asked for a room far from stage and we got it..so the music was not so loud...food was ok..reading previous reviews i was expecting something worse...breakfast was quite nice with sweets fruits croissants + english breakfast and even for lunch/dinner they always tried to change a bit...rooms were clean and spacious, location of the hotel is very good, wifi 24/7 as well....we also enjoyed pools and acqua park. The last day they were really nice as after the check out they let you use the pools/ showers and relax area for free until you leave for the airport. would stay there again

No iron in rooms,when requested at reception staff said numerous times the irons are occupied and it took us 3 days to get one. The place is pretty noisy because of some drunk British teens, definately not the place for a calm vacation.

Review 108：This hotel was amazing! It was a class trip and this was the perfect hotel to do it! We got the all included price and had amazing food from 11:00-19:00 which changed during the day between breakfast, lunch and dinner! The menu was different everyday and was so varied, we really liked the food. The open bar is also working on the same schedule as the bufet and the drinks are pretty decent and unlimited. The concerts were also included so we got to see Steve Angelo and Axwell included on the price. The facilities are amazing and there is always something happening! The rooms were modern and clean. We had good wifi connection all over the hotel. The localization is also amazing it was a 5 minute walk from the beach and from the main bar street. we were really sad to leave, but we would defenitely come back and recommend it =)

Review 109：I disagree that its a 4 stars hotel because no one was changing our towels at all, few times we were going to reception to change them, but unsuccessfully... whole week our room wasnt cleaned up.. Looks like our room wasnt exist! No one giving bottle of water to the rooms - restaurant is closed at 20.00. If you want to get the towels for the sunbed you have to pay every day for this. And looks like we were surrounded veeeery young people starting from 15 years old - which makes mess at the restaurant - dont be surprised if youll get some beer on your head and no one saying nothing..So if you are 30 years old i guess there is nothing to do for us - to old:D Breakfast starts 11.00 and if you leaving earlier - no way you not going to get it earlier, even they serving it for other guests. There is no flexibility at all. By the way we havnt get our deposit back just because of the small piece of paper we lost.. I could say more, but i guess there is enough.

Review 115：I understood that it is a "party" hotel before going there,but I would have at least expected some level of "hotel" to bepresent at bh. For example, if you wanted to order ice to your room (sayfor a drink), you'd need to go to the supermarket outside and buy.There was no room service.Air conditioning was non-existent. The AC in the bedroom was hardly giving out any air, and after complaining to the reception, and sending someone to "fix it" it still did not give out anymore air. The refrigerator cooling was also non-existent. If you put in a bottle of water, don't expect it to get cold. Contrary to the description of the room, the safe is not included in the room. Well, it is in the closet, but you need to pay around 5 euros per night and a deposit to receive the key to the safe's key, something that was not mentioned on booking.com.

Review 116：Location is the best possible in Magaluf. Just a 3 minute walk from bcm.Also very close to the beach and other pubs.There are a lot of places to rent motorized vehicles from around the hotel, as well as a lot of low-cost eateries. The staff were very helpful and kind, even though they have to put up with all the trashy kids that were staying there. The slides and pools were a lot of fun, probably one of the most enjoyable hotels I've stayed at. Security on the premises is also efficient, as they allow everyone to have fun, but anyone causing a ruckus or getting out of control was dealt with.

Review 117：We got a not-cleaned room at the begining, then the staff apologised and cleaned the room. We got the room half an hour after their normal check in time (14:30) Very noisy during nights. Have ear plugs if you want to sleep for couple of hours!

Review 130：Security very rude banging on my door after getting rooms mixed up no apology. The two reps joe abd megan very rude was asking them a question and a group of their friends came over they started high fiving and chatting away with there friends completely ignoring my question in the end I walked away as they were far to busy having a catch up as I was walking away they mumbled taught she would never go. The cleaners judt walked into our room every single day I told the lady we don't need anything they don't listen they just do their own thing.

Review 132：the bar for non all inclusive didn't open till 12pm where as all inclusive opened earlier! Can be loud at night with people running and shouting around but that was due to fact we had a ground floor room, so people sat on our balcony

Review 133：everything about the hotel was fantastic! Staff lifeguards are sexy as hell! Great I'm the eye with a hangover! Clean, good position, fun!

Review 134：-in the 3 days we couldn't get even a 1 hour sleep during the night. It was so loud outside and the windows and walls were not sound proof. The most quiet time is between 8 am to 11 am. - There bedroom had two single beds which were put together to make a double bed, however during the night the bed would get a distance of about 20 to 30 cm from each other. :D so don't count on having a double bed - The pool was normally good but the water was not so clean and there were always many plastic glasses at the buttom of the water.

Review 135：The location was great. It was near all the good restaurants. It was just a 10 minute walk to beach. The water park inside the hotel was incredibly good and a must do in Magaluf. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Review 136：Room was clean refurbished like new but no toiletries a bit sparten check in was a big que & took quite a long time was good for the money though but beware i thought i was all inclusive was disapointed coz i wasnt (read da smallprint)

Review 137：I guess the slides etc Wave pool clean room safe good was pretty cheep for standard of accomodation quite close to nightlife beech

Review 138：Our room was above the superdry store in the stage part of the hotel, we were told that we had to walk around to the front of the hotel to get to our room just because we were carrying a crate of San Miguel. In addition to this, during the day before the Rudimental gig, we were told we weren't allowed to walk across to the hotel reception as we didn't have a second wristband to say we had gig access (it's free). We went to reception so we could easily access our room and were told we needed to visit the entrance near the superdry store but on arrival we were told it was actually reception we needed to speak to. Nobody had a clue what was going on and it made no sense whatsoever. Also on the first day we flooded the room as the shower is so badly designed, as we walked out of our room we noticed 5 or 6 rooms had done the exact same and a member of staff walking past said this happens all the time. The solution was to get the cleaner in, not fix the issue.

Review 139：The waterpark was great and the pool/surrounding area was immaculate. Local amenities were handy for the bottled water run on a rough morning. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the aircon was a godsend. Balcony was much bigger than anticipated.

Review 140：All inclusive stops at 8. Any gigs on they also stop the free drinks and you pay the same as anyone not staying at the hotel. 3 pools but no balls allowed in any of them. Food not labeled and also taste like s***.

Review 143：Absolutely nothing. The room was filthy I wouldn't let my dog stay in there. The pools were filled with flies and disgusting insects. The food was horrendous. Rude staff. Outrageous.

Review 144：Only fault I can say is that when the kiss pool party is on you couldn't get to the bars without having to que for at least 40mins. Also couldn't get in the restaurant for food. As they had let to many outsiders in for the party. And you can only get 1 drink at a time. They need to have more than 1 bar staff at the bars at all times.

Review 145：The Reps were really good thought the reception staff (Spanish) were very rude and blunt!! Water park is Epic and daily pool parties keep you busy and entertained. Lady called Claudia at the VIP beach club was very kind and helpful and always smiling.
