Review 1：Staff works limited hours so check-in at 5:00 p.m. means waiting in lineup in small lobby for 30-45 minutes. Request for ice cube trays never came. Wifi OK on our ground floor unit but someone on a high floor with five people including teenagers had poor WiFi and received rude response from clerk at desk that nothing could be done. Noisy traffic on main street at night.

Review 2：We were upgraded to a larger unit with a private patio on the ground floor. Secure parking in basement garage. WiFi worked well on ground floor. Walk to bakery, groceries, restaurants, waterfront, tourist office. Easy drive to airport.

Review 3：I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be close to the Nice airport and I had an early morning departure. It turned out that the registration desk is only open part of the time and is closed in the early morning. I reserved a taxi the night before, but it didn't arrive and I had to walk in the dark with my baggage for two miles to get to the airport. Fortunately, I started early enough to be able to still make my flight. I am 74 and the walk with baggage was strenuous. There are also no places to eat nearby.

Review 18：We had a self catering room for 3 nights and it was the best equipped I have come across. The room was bright and clean and quiet. We didn't avail of breakfast or the other facilities such as the pool or gym, so cannot comment. We hired a car and spent most of our days sight seeing and the location was great as a base for that.

Review 19：A lot of the crockery was chipped which was disappointing. It looked like an animal had been staying in the apartment as there were white hairs all over the large rug in the lounge and the floor in the main bedroom.

Review 22：The Wi Fi reception is appalling in the apartments. There are no Englishlanguage channels on the television despite there being Italian,Germanand obviously French channels. The local kids treat the pool, jacuzziand facilities as their own private club despite of staff being vigilant

Review 24：1. Check in at 4pm. We have arrived around 11am and had to wait 5h to check in on 30+C. 2. No parasols. Not even next to the swimming pool. 3. We got an apartment without towels and sheets. Part of the sheet set we received on the 2nd day of our visit. Body (large) towels we have received at 8pm on our 3rd day of visit (out of 4 days). 4. Reception is open only until 12am and then from 4pm. 5. Receptionists are polite but everything seems very difficult to arrange. 6. You cant go to the sauna without a reservation even if it is 7.30pm, the sauna is empty and it closes at 8pm.

Review 41：As reception is only open limited hours, there is no where to escalate any that may arise: The fold out sofa bed would not open properly on the final night of our stay (although we had no problem with it for the first 4 nights of our stay). We phoned the number at reception, but got no response, so we left a message, and our call was not returned. The parking is an additional cost.

The equipment in the fitness room was either out-of-order or in bad condition. The trash area outside was full. The TV has a limited number of channels.

The location of apartments is not fantastic, it´s a french banlieu with garages and big dwellings. When you look for charming Cote´d Azur, you definitely have to look elsewhere.

Cagnes Sur Mer is a quaint coastal town but to be honest, i wouldn't stay there again, especially if I was on holidays for a week.

Review 114：Disorganized management, we have been one week during easter time when the hotel was pretty full and they have done so many works of maintenance that have disturbed us, even put chemical product on the lawn next to the people in swimming pool. The sauna in the spa was often cool.

Review 124：The flats are great but not soundproof! Therefore, neighbours insist on letting you know that you are 'noisier' than what they consider average, which is a bit annoying. Also, it wouldbbe great to have toilet paper! You'd better shop for new ones before you run out of the 1 roll provided! Think of bringing soap and a cloth for dishes. Parking is not free, it's 7€ per day unless you book on their website. You get more advantages than if you book with Booking.com. So check it out!

Review 125：The flat -2 Bedrooms premium-was great, really big (circa 1000 sq feet, not luxurious but clean, very well designed and practical (blow-dry/dishwasher/boiling pot/coffee machine/hoover, you name it...) There were plenty of wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with tub+w.c., en-suite shower room for the 2nd bedroom, separate w.c, great living/dining room, just what we needed. Sauna and steam room upon booking, good fitness opened 9 am to 8pm, heated swimming pool closed until 15th of April (shame because it looked great). Bakery ' Le Moulin de Flor'nearby, fruits and veg if you turn left, right is a organic shop/ small supermarket/ tobacco/ pharmacy... 5 minutes walk to the sea . Car appreciated to go around though.
