Review 1：Everything! The ensuite room was large, comfortable and very clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable The room was quiet and in the middle of Murau The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and fresh and delicious the staff were lovely too and spoke good English! Only a few kilometres from ski slopes and free ski train to the slopes aswell!!
Review 2：Staff & service Room was dirty, cleaning quality was extremely poor - eg. it looked to me that they never vacuum the room, under the bed it was an enormous dust. Towels were changed rarely, beds also. Minimal cleaning was done in the room in every ~3 days it seemed. In the hallway we were usually jumping over various "obstacles" like mud, food, dirt etc. Food: Buffet breakfast & dinner but food was not refilled properly which can be quite annoying. Cost of half board is cheap but I wish it would cost a little more but with improved food quality (not only 1 choice of main course). Overall I can say that the hotel is not well organized, maybe they lacked the appropriate amount of manpower, I don't know. For example at arrival they messed up our booking. Eventually we got our room and the hotel manager gave us the 1st night for free which is a very generous offer & we appreciated it much. However, during checkout the receptionist didn't know about the offer and tried to get us pay half board for my 2 yrs old son... Eventually managed to get a proper invoice but we expected a lot smoother check-out after the bumpy check-in.

Review 12：in the little town, between the mountains. we enjoyed everything, including little shop nearby with super local Murauer beer ;) receptionist waited for until 22:20 (FYI they work till 10pm) and warmly greeted two tired travelers. We will definitely come back and recommend to others to stop by and enjoy some time in this little Hotel.
Review 13：I stayed here with my two sons. The room was clean, modern looking. The bathroom looked like almost new. The place itself offers quite a few things, my boys liked the climbing wall especially. Staff was really helpful. Location is great the center is about 10 minutes walk, the children playground is even closer. Free wifi. I would stay here again. Recommended.

Review 31：We had a very big room for a family of 4, although we were only two. The toilet as well as the bathroom were separate. Breakfast was fine and There was an option to eat at night (a fixed menu for a small price).
Review 32：We did not get what we asked for through bookings.com We wanted a family room with young children and what we got was a dark, cold and tiny room with bunk beds, with the toilet outside in the corridor. ALthough the booking indicated that the toilet would be shared, the fact that it offers only bunk beds and that it's tiny and dark was not indicated in the booking!
Review 33：The Staff understood that we did not get what we asked for and accepted that we did not pay the full amount for what we booked after we left some days early due to the room being very inconvenient and not family-friendly at all.
