Condo Hotel Eza Vista sells fast on our site. Eza Vista is located just inside the medieval village of Eze between Nice and Monaco. This Eco-friendly residence has an outdoor pool surrounded by a furnished terrace with a mountain and sea views.
Each air-conditioned apartment has a balcony, a full kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen TV. All rooms are serviced by an elevator.

Review 1：In the bathroom the shower was too weak. In addition there was no shower curtain.

Review 2：The location was very good (You can find supermarket and eze village just 5 minutes by foot)

Review 3：Wonderful place for staying shortly to relax on fresh air, quite and looking to the sea whole day along. You can even cook in your room if you want. Old village Eze is less than 5 minutes walking.

Review 14：The wifi was abysmal, would only connect from the hallway or wardrobe ( yeah, have a laugh while you picture that one ) We contacted the staff about the problem who on 3 occasions said they had got a technician out.. however on 3 occasions nothing had changed. Their attitude was terrible towards fixing the problem (could have been resolved with a longer Ethernet cable from the wall to the router as the extenders did not reach our room (211 - so if you get thathe key. Hand it back. ) If they had just said. Sorry it cannot be fixed i would have just said ok. And got on with my life, but because they kept saying they had done stuff which they hadn't. It became a problem.

Review 17：I booked this hotel thinking it was a budget choice. The room photos looked uninspired. However, having now been to Eze (village layout) & experienced this hotel, it was the best choice!! Yes, there are other hotels with amazing decor, but the Eze Vista is in a much better location. Especially if you want your taxi to deliver your suitcases to the front lobby. Eze village is on a steep mountain & access to other hotels would've killed me. Plus, the staff were so friendly & helpful & my simple but spacious room was immaculately clean & maintained & I had an amazing view from my balcony. The only reason I've not given this hotel a perfect score is because the decor is basic. However I can forgive that given I enjoyed my stay so much. Highly recommend this hotel!!! (Plus there is access to a washing machine & dryer. Much appreciated.)

Review 18：In the second bedroom the street light shone through the window all night making it difficult to sleep. There was also constant traffic noise which kept us awske.

Review 20：After putting car in underground carpark there was no indication where the "button" was to use our "flash key" to exit from - which was no where near the actual exit door. So we were down in the dark literally. On exiting "the flash key" did nothing. Fortunately a staff member said you often have to do it several times (the door is round the corner from the "exit button"!. We were not in a hurry! Fortunately! Seems a fundamental thing to indicate where the door is operated from - its a large underground area!!!

Review 21：It suited us perfectly as revisiting old haunts. Very few people there and room very clean and well appointed. Staff friendly and reassuring!

Review 22：We didn't realise until just before check out that there was an additional charge for not emptying bins or unloading dishwasher. Not a major issue. Wifi signal didn't work in our room but worked in hallways. Pool area could do with more sunbeds.

Review 23：Large self catering apartment with very large double balcony. We had a studio apartment which had a double & single bedroom with trundle bed & double sofa bed in lounge so could easily sleep 6 adults. I believe the 2 double bedroom apartments are even bigger. Very clean, modern & fully equipped kitchen.

Review 28：I had absolutely no possibility of a refund even though I was going to cancel in advance. The hotel can certainly sell the room again, in this case I did a NO SHOW and will never book them again.

Review 29：Was expecting more view but we had a studio and had no view. Sliding door to the patio was the only window we could open and did not feel safe to sleep with it open at night.

Review 42：Location is just close to the Eze entrance, and very close to Fragonard factory. I would recommend stay here and not inside Eze village. You can place the car inside the parking or outside parking. There are big refrigerator and plates are prepared, I will stay more longer next time. WiFi was better than what I thought, not so bad.

Patio doors were left open at arrival and were very difficult of lock. No safe in the room so was reluctant to leave valuables and passports in the room especially as patio doors didn't lock securely. Pool looked very tired and not clean. No one at reception during the day so was impossible to find staff to speak to.

Review 46：Only benefit of being there was it's location between Nice and Monaco. Although actual access to the hotel and on site parking very difficult especially with a right hand driven car.

Review 69：It was terribly bad experience in Esa Vista First, it was not easy to find out the house though, i could't get any help from the apartment Esa Vista. I made call several times and expained where i was, but she said" i can't help you because I don't know where you are now "like a parrot. By the way, I was just in front of the house. Added to this, second, she withdrew my money ,exactly 8 euro, twice from my credit card for using the garage in the basement. however, I tried hard to get out of the garage, because my car was too big to get in. there was a bar at the entrance of the garage.It means it accepts only small cars. she should have asked me whether my car was small or big, then you can park in the street. it is OK till 9 Am. But she didn't. Third, she told me a lie. When I asked to get back the cost i paid for using bacement garage on first da,y she answered me her boss didn't response so she couldn't. next day, she asked my credit card to cancel it and told me she made it canceled. however, she got it twice from my credit card. Please, everybody should be careful in Esa Vista. Fourth, the apartment closed door at 10 pm. Noby told me that so we stayed outside for a while in cold weather.

Next to apartment is also a nice supermarket to buy all small things you need.

Review 85：Great location, lots of space and good facilities. We loved the accommodation and the sea view from the balcony. The staff was absolutely friendly and welcomed us even though we were on a very last-minute booking, making sure everything was perfect for us, baby crib, etc. - and always with a smile, which we also appreciated!

Review 94：Our family enjoyed the apartment - it's perfectly located between Monaco and Nice, and the Medieval Village close by is simply amazing. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. There is a grocery store very conveniently located at the end of the block.

They came to "fix" it but it still didn't work. Rooms were tight (the door for one of the rooms wouldn't fully open as it gets stuck to the edge of the bed).

Review 100：absolutely no view whatsoever from the room. The only view is from the restaurant. mostly though on the busy street, you can see glimpse of the sea through trees and bushes. Room is rather basic, bathroom is ok and clean, has grouting between the tiles and I would expect rather small samples from 4* hotel rather than cheap ‘airport’ look. Overall disappointed.

Review 122：The wifi is terrible. Pretty much non existent. We couldn't even get wifi in reception. If you need wifi do not book this hotel. There is no air conditioning so sleeping was difficult and only quilts on the beds no sheets so impossible to keep cool that way. The walls in the rooms were very dirty and in desperate need os a paint! The rooms themselves were a but scruffy in general. Needs a refurbish.

Review 123：The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location in Eze perfect. At the start of the cliff walk to the beach and the bottom of the walk up to the medieval village. Its also got great views from some of the rooms. Not ours though. It has a small pool that only gets the morning sun. The bathrooms seem recently refurbished and have baths as well as showers.

Review 124：Low ceilings, narrow windows in the sleeping room and endless road noise make you feel like in a war trench, day and night. Forget about tranquillity of a medieval village!

Review 131：The hotel is a very short walk to old Eze village. Mini supermarket nearby which was just fine for us having a studio room. Buses every two hours to take you to Monaco. It was easier to do this than drive as parking very difficult. Two parfumeries worth a visit. One was right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review 138：This was our third time staying at the Eza Vista with our two children 11 and 12 years. The location is excellent for access to areas of the cote d'Azur area. Eze village very easy walking distance with a variety of restaurants. We have never had the breakfast as there is a Casino shop and boulangerie next door. Big improvement from last year was the cleanliness of the apartment and the pool area, management have clearly taken on board previous suggestions. Another bonus is the underground parking. Eze village itself has a lot to offer and Monaco is a short drive away.
