Review 1：Excellent staff that was very accomodating and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Underground parking available for a reasonable fee. Can walk to city center. Shopping close by as well as good restaurants.

Review 2：Swimming pool bar/caffe was close but staff allowed you to get anything you need from indoor bar/caffe to take with you outside.

Review 7：Unlike the town center hotels, this one is easy to get to by car. But it's not a pretty location, motorways close by, and the 25min. walk to the center is quite boring. The noise from a wedding party was annoying, though not as bad at night as we had feared. As weddings seem to be a regular thing I would not recommend the hotel during weekends.

Review 12：Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Good selection at breakfast including champagne. Choice of pillows on the bed (superb.) Location about 15/20 minutes slow stroll from the old town but easy (flat) going. Shops and large supermarket close by.

Review 54：Location is good - we were travelling from the Algarve to Barcelona. The old town is within a short walk and very pleasant. Good value. Secure underground parking.

Review 55：There is no place to park to check in. We parked in what appeared to bean unrestricted parking spot by the hotel while checking in and receiveda 60€ parking ticket. We didn't even get a chance to move our car tothe garage to park (which we paid for, but could not access until aftercheck in). The woman working at the desk insisted it was our fault andthe hotel was not responsible for what occurred outside the hotel. All Ican say is every other hotel we have stayed at in Spain either had agrace time for hotel guest to check in even when they were located inthe middle of a city (this hotel is not in the middle of a city) or theyassisted with immediately parking in a garage. This hotel did notprovide four star service.

Review 61：The only own-side of this hotel is that it is about 2 km from the heart of the old town. However, the walk only takes 20 minutes, and a taxi costs about 5 euros.

Review 64：The front desk staff were extremely helpful from the second we got there. They were apologetic that we had arrived at the same time as a huge wedding party and we were put in a suite (not what we'd paid for!) Also the access is great. very easy to find and plenty of free parking around.

Breakfast was bad, coffee was cold and bitter, you would think in a four star hotel it would run to three or four thermos flasks. The pool opened at noon nice pool but could they have moved a dead pigeon from the pool surround before any guests saw it . Would we stay here again NO. Glad we moved on.

Review 67：Location was hard to find (GPS and Google Maps sent us to a house complex and we had to call to ask for better directions). Bathtub had a glass divider that would not stay straight, letting water fall out (we jammed a flip-flop so we could shower without making a mess).

Review 72：Lovely spacious and carpeted room with heating. Fantastic buffet breakfast. We were pleased to find the underground private parking was very easy to access. Walkable into the town and on a level. This was the only hotel out of 4 on our trip that had a kettle in the room and a free bottle of water. There was a good bar which also offered snacks and a dinning room open for meals in the evening.
