Review 1：Nothing important really.

Review 2：Helpful staff. Clean, relatively big room. Staff very helpful, e.g. in getting our electric car some extra charge for the return trip. Ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. Internet was also fine in our room.

Review 3：It's not the hotel itself but the busing - we thought the car we got let us use the busing during the length of stay - when in fact it only discounted it.

Review 4：The room was well laid out and the balcony was great. Great for families.

Review 5：Scrambled eggs on one breakfast were left in the warmer to go black. Plenty of other choices for breakfast though.

Review 7：The Iron Machine you would have to pay for it, which is not common in hotels, I felt discriminated because there is a list of instructions in Arabic only with list of fines and things you would be charged for it. Even though they could be suffering from these actions listed, but it should be for all guests with English as well.

Review 8：The location of the hotel was perfect, free parking, the facility for the kids in the hotel, staff were very helpfull and friendly. room size is good.

Review 9：The staff were not friendly at all. We smiled to them but they wouldn't smile back. I felt they treated Arabs mostly this way. They even slipped a note in Arabic under the door with some rigged rules one of which was that we must clean the room before we leave and that they would charge us for the garbage which we found very very insulting. We actually wanted to leave the hotel right after the note but unfortunately all hotels were busy at that time

Review 11：sleeping rooms are too small and there is no AC and no Ventilators .... I had to by ventilators to be able to sleep afternoon and at night.. The Wifi is not strong in rooms.. .

Review 20：Somebody else’s wc stink in the bathroom (through the ventilator –disgusting!). Not very clean (mildew in bathtube, dirty walls …). wclight switched on automatically when you open the door (unpleasantduring the night for all sleeping…awake). Creaky beds (especially one ofthem was very loud!), broken table. Insects inside the room (inFebruary?). Strong kitchen’s smell in corridor. Quite cold in the room.

Review 22：Beds were comfortable but very small and narrow. Rooms were very hot. We had to sleep with the window open, even though it was -10 outside. No tea or coffee making facilities and no access to vending machines at night as the reception area was all locked up. Take drinks to your room or you'll risk being very thirsty during the night !

Review 23：The hotel was good value and had a ski bus stop located right outside it. Free car park onsite. Pleasant, helpful staff. Great breakfast with large selection of food. Good value 9 euros self-service evening buffet style meal in the canteen. We had a quad room. It was clean and spacious. This might not suit everyone as two of the beds are high bunk beds that pull down from the wall above the two single beds. The single beds were comfortable but very narrow and quite short. Beware, there are no drinks facilities at night time after reception has closed.

Review 24：* Very small/tiny room! * Very poor water pressure on 1st floor: we had to flow the water 20 minutes to get warm water from the tap. * No wifi access in rooms, only by reception.

Review 26：The ventilation of the canteen. All our dresses smell food after staying in the canteen. Rooms to the main road side may be a bit noisy.

Review 27：Extremely good location, ski bus stop in front of house and direct access to the ski storage room. Friendly and uncomplicated services. Relatively spacious bed room, sauna and ski storage room. Food inexpensive though one should not expect 3 or 4 stars quality while paying canteen price. Since we spent the whole day on the ski slope, JUFA provided us basic services for what we need.

Review 64：Jufa Kaprun was great! It's located very centrally. In no time (7minutes) the free skibus puts you near the cabin to reach the top of theKitzsteinhorn Gletscher. And in the evening, with a 5 minute-walkyou're right in the centre of Kaprun-city: Great restaurants, apres-ski and shopping. The breakfast of jufa is great. There is everythingyou could imagine: Nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, muesli, cornflakes,yoghurt, milk, multiple cheeses, multiple types of meat, boiled eggs& scrambled eggs, sweets like hazelnut spread, jam and honeys. Andmost off all, they also serve delicious Biological breads and biologicalrolls. It'll energize you're whole skiing day. I actually tookevery morning an hour to enjoy this great breakfast. When you'redone there is a Finnish Sauna, a hamam and an infrared sauna...It'sthe best after-ski treatment you can get. Jufa was great and I certainlywill be back soon... I hope! Good price for a very luxury hotel!

Review 65：The noise coming from heating station maybe. Sometimes it was very crowded at breakfast/dinner so you have to come back later.
