Review 1：Poor wifi and a little noisy . Could hear next apartments conversation through walls.

Review 3：Site was well maintained clean and friendly staff. Pools were clean and good. Breakfast was more than adequate. Location is a little out of town but were well aware of that in advance, all it meant was it was really nice and quiet at night. Bar was reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and provided everything required. Room was exactly as clean and well equipped as pictures show.

Review 4：No late check out available and when traveling with small kids and taking a very late flight it's difficult to entertain children all day.

Review 6：The bed frames were noisy and did make alot of noise when moving at night (room 305) other than that, it was perfect.

Review 7：Staff were fantastic. A special thanks to the boss, ross, julie, hector and lousia in the restaurant / bar. They couldn't do enough for me, my family and friends who did visit who were staying at another hotel nearby.

Review 8：I did not like the style of the half board. I would have preferred a buffet style of meal time as opposed to selecting from a limited menu. That said food was tasty.

Review 10：The mattress protectors made it very difficult to sleep - they made a lot of noise when you moved and made you hot. The air conditioning was not adequate to cool the apartment. Other guests had towels on sunbeds to reserve them from early hours of morning.

Review 11：Apartment was big, plenty of storage space. Balcony was well equipped. Apartment was cleaned every other day. Seemed to be lots of entertainment - we didn't experience it but other guests seemed to enjoy it.

Review 14：The wifi didn't work at our room, there was only one key card and the air condition only works with this card. The smell of the streets were not very nice. No oven in the room.

Review 17：Good location its about a 15 minute walk in to town and 25 mins to the beach.The supermarket is 5 mins away.The marina is well worth walking around.The apartments are spacious and clean.Towels were changed every other day there is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.There is a small park for the little ones.The car park is also secure at the back of the apartments.We found lots to do even out of season but would recommend to hire a car to explore.We found a cove called Babylon Beach which is to the left coming out of the apartments and then the first main right it is sign posted.It has a bar and sunbeds(no beach) a small adventure play area for small kids it is worth a walk just to have a look.I would recommend the apartments and will return.

Review 18：Something really small. There is no shower gel or shampoo in bathroom or no detergent to wash the dishes. You should be prepared before going. Other than that we had enough towels or anything else we needed.

Review 19：We, 3 friends, stayed in this apart hotel in September. The price was really cheap, so our expectation was not that high. However, the first time we saw the place we were shocked. The place has 2 pools, animations everyday and very helpful, genial staff. Our 1+1 room was big enough for 4 people or even more :) We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The first night, the staff even provided us a bottle of water.

Review 20：The cleaners dragging the furniture in mornings grrrr.. Can't really fault anything else. Need cloths and scrubbers for dishes.. Also a welcome pack would be really good. Annoying having to get salt n pepper and stuff as people obviously leave it behind them so why not leave in apartment? Little noisy at nite if your room is beside pool/bar

Review 21：Only ten mins walk from Marina and town..nice little apartments,kept clean with towels changed every 2 days. Handy bus stops outside for travelling round the island. Restaurant and bar with quizes and entertainment.staff SO friendly and helpful.. We'll be back

Review 22：It is advertised that it's close to a beach. Unfortunately, it is not a sandy beach but very rocky (cannot sunbathe). Need a car, public transportation is difficult, especially if you want to move around the island. You need to change 2-3 buses.

Review 23：Staff very friendly, spoke English! (very well). Apartment very clean, also the pool and the other facilities. The cleaning lady came every day and made sure everything was in order. The complex offers complete services: pools right in front of the apartments, a small shop (very handy), restaurant, lounge, bar. Location close to a major supermarket, ATMs, restaurant, beach (rocky though) and in 15 mins on foot you reach the centre of the St Eulalia.

Review 24：Casa Luis is a great mix of fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the beautiful Santa Eularia marina and beaches, fantastic staff, all really friendly, from reception, bar staff and the maintenance team. Its also a great size, with 2 pool options its not too big and not small either. Daily entertainment for the kids (of all ages and adults if they are up for it) and Nightly entertainment if you dont feel like wandering out into the town (which is beautiful). We would definitely go back.

Review 26：Everything about this place is A1. Staff extra friendly,spotlessly clean,superb restaurant. Many guests on multiple visits, can understand why. Would we rebook? Definitely. Possibly the best hotel for the family we've stayed in.

Despite we had some payment issues involved, staff did everything to solve that issue and kept well contact with me even when we were back home already. I do recommend this place to families, their activities for children and staff were excellent.

Review 60：When we arrived there was no one on reception. Then we ordered a room with double bed but ended with 2 beds pushed together. We got a room on ground floor next to a pool... Good we didn't spend our days at the hotel - else we would end up having to put up with screaming kids next to a pool all day. If you are a light sleeper don't take it. Cause any noise there will be in other apartments you will hear it

Review 69：Very freindly staff. Great for families with young children (mine were aged 8 and 15) Great for 8 year old by 15 bit bored. The complex is great, based on two sites with two pools. The entertainment staff were great with kids and adults!

Review 70：Casa Luis is a brilliant family resort for all ages. We have been returning here for 18 years and the atmosphere hasn't changed one bit - it's fantastic!! The food, drink and entertainment are top class and the staff are incredible. Luis has built this business over years of hard work and the fact that not only our family but others are in their 3rd generation of visiting Casa Luis proves the hard work is definitely paying off! We will definitely return next year and looking forward to celebrating Casa Luis 40 years in 2014!!

Review 71：I found the staff to be quite rude and not very helpful. The food was terrible, and for the prices it's quite rubbish. The bar staff seemed to make up the rules about "happy hours" and closing time as they seemed fit. I had a ground floor appartment which all the bedrooms were damp.
