Review 1：We were greeted by a closed steel door and a self check in machine that didn't recognise our name or booking number! We had to ring the help number to gain entrance to the hotel. Quite un-nerving going into an empty hotel, Room was cold and the heating only came on intermittently. Bathroom door took 2 people to open.
Review 2：The shower did not reach its fitting, so had to be held all the time.The air conditioning did not work and the temperature was 37 so it wasvery uncomfortable. During the day there was only 1 member of staff on(none at night). Breakfast suited us but did not fulfil advertiseddescription and again no staff available. Bar/café was advertisedbut this was closed. We would not have booked this had we known therewas no bar. The hotel has great potential but is completely underresourced. Difficult to find because a Palm tree had grown over thename, completely obliterating it.
Review 3：Good position, so that we were able to walk into Zafra, for an earlyevening drink and for a meal in the delightful plaza grande. The bed wasvery comfortable. Good private parking in front of the hotel which wasthe main attraction for us when booking.

Review 28：The hotel was lovely, and deserves a higher rating, we had a very niceroom 1st floor and after a days travelling were both able to enjoy agood nights sleep, no noise at all. The reception staff were veryhelpful, and the breakfast in the adjoining café was ample for us withplenty of choice. Zafra was a joy and the main plaza is approx. 5minutes walk from hotel, lots of nice places to eat and great to be ableto leave the car safely at the hotel.
