Review 2：The hotel is in a really nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to the beaches. The terrace is a nice place to have breakfast or to relax. The owner is very friendly and will help you out whenever he can. The room is nicely decorated and even there was no airco, the temperature was ok. The bathroom is quite small, but very practical and clean! Great shower. We didn't swimm, but the pool looked really nice! If you want to relax, or surf, and discover Hossegor and Capbreton, I would really recommend this place!
Review 3：Squeaky floors! Very noisy especially when cleaning would start about 9am and up and down the squeaky stairs. Doors slam too and loud when locking/unlocking.

Nice owners, small pool but not heated, comfortable but not exactly high end, always clean, good shower & towels, excellent free wi-fi and wide range of satellite TV including BB World. Deck outside, breakfast included.
Review 20：The friendly Leide at the reception desk was wonderfully helpful. She recommended a great restaurant and some pxintos/tapas places for the evening. Location of Hotel was close enough to beach and old town for a good walk, not great if you can't walk, but then, you could drive. Good value for the money.
