Review 1：Overnight stay was fine but lacks access to hot drinks when cafeteria not open. Could do with hot drink dispenser and also bottled water.
Review 2：Quiet & reasonably comfortable, polite staff. A little difficult to find at first but parking ok at rear of hotel
Review 3：Requested single bedded room in a quiet position as before. Given double bed and smaller room, told reception and was moved, better. Had cause to admonish noisy neighbours outside, shouting and running up and down. Was complimented next day by other clients for my intervention. Wow, 11 euros to park !!! Scandalous!

Review 5：Check in took an unnecessarily long time because the receptionist was on the phone to someone and kept me waiting. I'd booked a twin room (for single occupancy) but was given a small, smelly double bedded room on the 3rd floor. When I insisted that I wanted a twin bedded room, she gave me a much larger and nicer one on the 4th floor. Put the air conditioning on and only warm air was being pumped out, so that didn't work! Wifi is available - but for 12 hours only and not particularly fast Walls were also very thin. Every knock, tap, flush, shower could be heard. Around 11.15 pm a Spanish family returned to their room with their children and were making a hell of a racket (I mean shouting!). Fortunately the English couple in the room next to me asked them to be quiet before I had a chance to vent my wrath! Not the hotels fault directly, but an indication of some of its clientelle. When I paid my bill, I noticed they'd applied a currency conversion from Euro to GBP without asking me - so I asked them to refund it and start again!

Review 8：Pleasant welcome at reception at this hotel which is situated within a reasonable walking distance from the main town areas. A nice clean moderate room. We probably would use again.
Review 9：The Receptionists , No help , On my BOOKING I ASKED FOR SECURE PARKING , Told none AVAILABLE , bUT plenty of spaces in car park . Also noticed others arriving later being let into the CAR PARK ! ! , These were WORKMEN Just ARRIVING , We know this because they had, BAGS/SUITCASES with them & we watched them BOOKING IN ! .

Review 12：Dirty room. Smelly room (awful)surposed to be none smoking yet burn holes in bed cover and the room smelt generally terrible could not open French doors for fresh air as dog would have disappeared off of 5th floor!
Review 13：The bedroom was the size for a single bed, there was not much room to move around. The bathroom was very small. Very disappointed as we have stayed at this hotel before and been happy.

City and regional maps available at the front desk, also complimentary book about rock painting in the sierra the albarracin. Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out, there was free public parking available in front of the hotel so we didn't need to spend more money for the private parking
Review 19：Easy to find as you came into teruel. Very secure parking. Staff very helpful. Bedroom a little small, but ok for a couple of nights stay. It is situated about 8mins gentle walk to the main historic city.

Review 28：The room was extremely small and in places there was thick dust. The bed was uncomfortable so not a good night's sleep. The walls were paper thin and there was plaster coming off the bedroom wall where the shower had leaked through.

Review 30：The shower was in qn awkward position and it was vert difficult to avoid getting water everywhere. The bunk beds were dangerous having gaps on the wall side and the top bunk didn't have adequate protection to stop a child falling out of bed.

Review 65：If you are traveling to see Spain. This is a great in-between spot (Barcelona to Madrid on secondary roads). Good hotel. The 'free' wifi was a bit of a hassle to get, had to point it out on the booking email. Public parking... Well no there isn't, but they didn't charge me to park in their lot. Small room. But great water temp / pressure. This is. Very good value for money hotel.

We had the option for free WiFi so that was also convenient (although you have to go ask for an access code at the reception max. every 24h).

Review 84：We had a double room that was tiny, no balcony as per the booking. There was not enough space to even have a chair in the room. The walls of the room must have been extremely thin as the amount of noise transmitted by other guests to the side and above was extreme. A very disrupted one night stay. Never again for us.
