Review 1：Has no restaurant, breakfast buffet is poor, the "road" to the hotel is full of potholes, it's far away from any restaurant or shop (so you'll have to ruin your car driving over the "road" to go somewhere to eat)

Review 3：The hotel management seem to think they are in the house renting business instead of the Hotel business. When you rent a room in a hotel, you expect some sort of human contact with a receptionist, concierge,manager, (call it what you like) in case you need assistance. one member of our group had his key card demagnetized, and he had to wait 45 minutes to be able to get into his room.(this is only one example) simply not acceptable

Review 6：the staff, (Alex!! my friend), waiters, owner, golf practising free, interiors, huge double bed, excellent food (ask for what you need), breakfast, complimentary tea and other drinks, breathtaking view at the volcanic crater !!!

Review 7：The breakfast could have been more inspiring... more fruit, more natural vegetables... the breakfast seemed to vary a lot... one day it was in the main hall, and included warm food (like scrambled eggs... thats always a nice bonus) - but the next two days, the breakfast had been seriously minimized, and moved to the bar... I was there an hour before close, yet they already ran out of something as simple as yogurt (I asked... they had none)... On the day of the main-hall-breakfast, they apparently baptized the vegetables in oil, and "blessed" the tomatoes with a sea of salt, which made them practically un-eatable (I think it's fine to heat up or steam the vegetables, and it can be great, if it's done right... but they should hold back a little, on the oil, and especially on the salt.

Review 8：The diversity of the views surrounding the area. The free wifi was working in the lobby >> about 5 - 8 mb/s, which is ok for most tasks.

Review 16：- No restaurant in the evening (the restaurant closes before most other restaurants start with dinner)- no alternatives in walking distance (no food in the evening...) - no minibar in the room - room was very small, very dark, shabby furniture - beds were pretty uncomfortable (two narrow single beds, one on the left wall, one on the right wall) - very noisy (there is an open TV room at the end of the floor, people sat there late at night and made a lot of noise, including one of the hotel managers...) - instead of a bar or minibar, there is a small room with a few soft drinks. You are supposed to take what you want and write it in a booklet; but: no bottled water, just beer and sugar soft drinks - staff not always there (empty reception desk); we couldn't even check out, just left the keys and hoped everything is settled - staff at the restaurant is not very friendly (one lady was very kind, two guys were not at all) - the hotel is more like a youth hostel

Review 24：I arrived at the airport about 20h but it was already dark, the driver didn't remember exactly where the hotel was located but knew that it were farther away than the 13km which is indicated in the description of booking.com, the drive took ages, and since only the 3rd attempt to turn into a country road where it should be located it seemed that we would never make it - there's no sign post whatsoever and even when the direction was the right one, it just indicated the golf court and NOT the hotel. travelling by taxi to the hotel is expensive but even more if it was booked by staff.

Review 25：the location is perfect, perfect view on the bay of Las Palmas, the enormous crater (caldera) behind the hotel is impressive, going for a little walk about 7.45h allowed for seeing sunrise over the sea and the almost full moon fade just opposite, the golf courts are perfefctly maintained and even without playing myself, I enjoyed the little stroll because of the lovely garden, staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful, rooms are spatious and cosy, definitly worth to give it a try!
