The apartments are situated in the centre, right on the doorstep of a fine sandy beach with crystal clear waters and a palm tree-lined seafront promenade. Free WiFi is available.
The accommodation comprises 4 and 6 person apartments, comfortable and spacious and provide a great home from home, whether you are travelling as a family or a group of friends. The front of the apartment building looks over the bay, the promenade and the surrounding gardens. At the back of the building the apartments look over a pedestrianised area of town.
Its location, right in the centre of town, means guests benefit from an array of amenities and services, including a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Review 1：Not much to dislike although the beds are a little uncomfortable for me..
Review 2：Brilliant location. Very spacious and clean apartment. Very close to many bars and restaurants. Make sure you request a sea view apartment.

Review 10：we were contacted prior to arriving for an estimate of arrival time, We checked in easily We asked for a seaview and got one ! The apartment was spacious and clean with plenty ot bedroom storage space.. There were no problems and we checked out easily.

Review 18：The apartment was fantastic with a beautiful view overlooking the beach right next to the marina. Great location with really helpful staff as easy to get taxis to explore the rest of the island. Couldn't be happier and intending to return to exactly this apartment.

Review 22：The fabulous location! Also everything you wanted on your doorstop,and a view to die for from our balcony. The girls on reception were so friendly and helpful.
Review 23：Our Mum was staying with us and we chose this property and location as she is not as mobile as she used to be. Access to the hotel, lifts, and easy use of the apartment could not have been better. In addition, the location, near to the marina, beach and restaurants was ideal.

Review 25：Good location, rooms are clean and spacious - no other facilities than self catering however do have shower area for when checking out of room early. It also had a lend & leave area which I thought was really handy as me and my boyfriend lent an umbrella for the beach but left our bat and ball for future travellers :-)
Review 26：The wifi connection was rubbish. I wouldn't have minded but it was not cheap having to pay for wifi for phones and ipads. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless desperate.
Review 27：We were given one of the best rooms on the third floor, with view on the beach, it was really great. Our baby got sick during the stay, so we still managed to profit to the maximum from our stay since we were so close to the beach and restaurants. The location is really excellent, in the heart of everything, and if you have the view on the sea it's really great (we could hear the sea in our bedroom). Also clean and with all what you need, almost like home :) Even washing machine.

Wonderful apartment - spotless (cleaned twice during the week too) with everything you could wish for. Perfect location and very comfortable. No noise apart from dustmen a couple of times. Ask for room 406!

Restaurants and bars are just round the corner, but we didn't hear any noise from them in the apartment itself. All-in-all we had a very enjoyable holiday with our two teenage girls

Not a noisy loud bar or flashing light in sight .. A very sophisticated and desirable part of ibiza that I will most definitely be visiting again.
Review 61：Interior/furniture is old and run-down (bathroom was the only renovated room of the apartment). Despite daily cleaning there was dirt/sand on the floors. Walls are rather thin (noise from neighbours above). No parking offered - next larger public parking (harbour) is expensive with 16 Eur/day.

Review 64：Really nice, clean and spacious apartment in a perfect location. we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which had plenty of room. Very good air con, safe provided, washing machine with laundry area, comfy beds, large wardrobes, comfy cot for our baby and 2 really nice bathrooms too! Plenty of towels provided and rooms were cleaned every 2-3 days which I think is enough. These apartments are in a perfect location, really close to the restaurants and beach in one direction and then really close to the marina in the other direction. Do not hesitate in booking these apartments, we would most definitely return.

The staff were very helpful and couldn't do anymore. I would highly recommend these apartments and will definitely stay here again.

Review 114：The furnuture is a little outdated. Ligths in the appartment are not that cozy, all energy saving light bulbs. You should buy some candles yourself to make it any romantic. Beds are okay, but, hard.

Review 118：Bathrooms needed updating which I believe is happening this Winter 2013 (3rd and 4th floor - other floors already done) but they are spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water, just a bit old fashioned tiles. The charge for wifi is a bit steep at 20 euros per week for each device - I think this should be free.

Fantastic location with everything on your doorstep including beautiful clean beach, cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Walking distance to bus station and port so no need for a car at all.

Review 121：A very spacious apartment and we were lucky to have a beach view;great for people watching. It was mid October but weather was great.Quiet at night so could get to sleep easily and awoken to hear the lapping of the waves! Staff wonderful.
Review 122：Only one thing the cooker did cut out a few times when using all the functions when cooking a family meal, possibly too much current draw for the installation. Just had to turn on only essential functions to complete the meal. Used microwave to support this small problem.
Review 123：Lovely spacious apartment well equipped with mod cons, washing machine, cooker, microwave good sized fridge freezer, space to hang washing outside apartment in clever building space not visible by public. The 2 bathrooms in the apartment looked newly fitted, Both had powerful showers and very nice clean decoration. Air conditioning controlled environment perfectly to all bedrooms and lounge area. Absolutely lovely sea view.
