Review 2：Great hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. The guy who works on nights was particularly helpful. I stayed in a room at the rear, room 7 which was really nice, clean and comfortable. Great location on the promenade, blast €10, slightly expensive but good. Close to 217 bus service from Nice airport, only about 4 miles away, €1.50 single. DONT get the 500 bus from airport, goes nowhere near the hotel. Ideal base for Cagnes sur mer racecourse which is 10 mins away. Lots of great sea front bars and restaurants in the doorstep. Great hotel.

Review 3：Location in front of the sea, having the breakfast on the terrasse was lovely. Very close to some restaurants and lounge bars. The location (during our stay in december) was very quiet and we had a good night. Very close to the airport (7min by car) The staff is super lovely.

Review 11：Lovely room, clean, good bed. The owners were installing airconditioning in the room but it didn't work yet when we arrived. They tried to fix it as soon as possible and 1 day later we had a cool room. Very friendly staff, helpfull.

Review 12：The room was poor. The furniture, the paiting on the wall, all is very old, not dirty. Hotel management is not very helpful. It was an interdition (rather stupid) to eat anything in the room. We wrote an email asking to look for an item we think we lost in the hotel and they did tot bather to answer anything. The hotel is good only for 1-2 nights maximum.

Review 40：lovely little hotel, we stayed in a small one bedroomed apartment in the annexe, with two balconies and views of the sea from one and the mountains over the rooftops on the other. Suited us very well, able to choose to do our own breakfast or take it in the hotel. Wifi not good in apartment but staff made sure we had access to hotel at all times and it was a 15 second walk to the hotel lounge. Appreciated not being right on the front as it could be noisy with motorbikes at night. Felt very safe in this little place. Tourist office very helpful and buses great wherever we wanted to go, Nice, Antibes, Cannes. The Medieval town is worth a visit and there is a small, free, bus which takes you up the hill, but also worth the walk to see lots of pretty houses and superb views over the valleys. Castle open 10-12 and 2-4 when we were there. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and would definitely stay here again.

Review 41：The hotel was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff were all very lovely, accommodating and couldn't do enough to help you. They all spoke English very well. We paid for a sea-view room which is a must! The views were wonderful. We asked for a room on the top floor and on the corner as the corner rooms have two openings - one being a balcony facing the sea and the other being a double very large window. We were given room 8 which was on the top floor and on the corner so we were delighted. The breakfast was delicious as were the drinks, good variety of cold meats, cheeses, fresh bread, cereal, jam, yoghurts, pastries etc. Our room was apt in size, big enough for a young couple - we only slept there to be honest as we were out exploring for the majority of our short stay. The bed was the most comfiest I've ever slept on and the pillows were fab. I was neither too hot or too cold. We had aircon as well as a heater but of course the heater wasn't needed. We stayed in May 2014, if rained on one day but only slightly and it wasn't at all cold. There was one English TV channel but of course the majority of holiday makers don't go abroad to watch TV. Wifi was free also. A top hotel, couldn't fault it. Busses and trains are also extremely easy to catch to all major destinations and only €1.50 for a single trip on bus and €4 on train. We went from Cagnes-sur-Mer to Monaco on the train for €16.80 which was a return trip for 2 adults! Bargain.

Review 44：No cleaning of the room on a Sunday. The bed was good but the blanket very thin. I like to sleep in a fresh room with warm covers. I did not ask for extra blanket, though, and there was sufficient, adjustable, a bit noisy heating in the room.

Review 45：Sea view from the second floor. Noisy street in the front but the isolation was very good so no problem in the winter. I'm not so sure in the summer if you wish to have the door open to the balcony during the night. Excellent location.

Review 51：This hotel location was very good, on the promenade and just a short drive from Nice. We chose the room facing the garden which was quiet and breakfast (though at an additional cost) was good. WiFi signal was strong and the free parking was a definite advantage.
