Review 1：Actually my booking was to TRH Magaluf, but because season was over then I was transferred to nearby TRH TORRENOVA and I liked this hotel very much. I got very good seaview room, breakfast was excellent. Everything was really good. I had fantastic holiday in this hotel.

Review 2：The staff were rude had a awful attitude.we were put in Trh Torrenova as Trh magaluf was closed but booking.com failed to advise us of this the hotel looked like a prison the beds we're rock hard and there was mould in the room also

Review 4：I requested a late checkout as I only arrived at hotel on the 1/10/15 at 2am but I had paid for the room from the 30/10/15. the manager made me pay an extra 40 euros to keep room on for a later checkout. He was very rude as I was trying to explain and thought 40 euros was over priced for a late checkout. For this reason I won't be staying here again and won't be recommending it to anyone.

Review 14：There are just a few thing - wifi, we have payed for it (24€) but inly one device per room could have been connected, also the connection was bad. The second thing is that our room has its windows facing the hallways, so when people were talking, even if it was not so loud we woke up.

Review 22：one month before my arrival I specifically request an apartment with a pool view, when I arrived I had no pool view at all. When you book an apartment, you expect to have the basic stuff to cook. There was nothing besides plates and cups who were absolutely disgusting, there wasnt one without a spot or rests of food. Both beds and bath tube full of hairs, we had to go to the reception saying the apartment was dirty, the answer was "I'll send the cleaning lady", like it was normal to arrive to a dirty room. Internet is paid. Towels are supposed to be changed twice a week, we stayed 4 nights, on the last night we asked for new towels and they denied. One of the nights we were having dinner Outside, 2 security guys just entered the apartment without knocking because our crazy next door neighboors were on the rooftop and they thought there were us .... When they realized it wasnt they just left without even saying sorry. Disgusting

Review 24：Booked to stay here for 3 nights whilst there for a friends wedding. Cheap hotel & good location however very noisy, you would think you was staying in an 18-30 hotel. Also floor was not clean, feet were black after a few minutes of walking around. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 33：We stayed here Monday until Friday and really enjoyed our stay, the pool is open 8am-8pm so there's no need to leave before the sun goes down, we had a pool view balcony looking over the bar too. There was music on all day, the staff around the pool were really friendly! The prices at the pool were a little high. But over all brilliant value for money. Really lively and not very strict on partying in the rooms!

Review 50：Ants, now this isn't a bad thing as they only infiltrated our room due to my room mate being drunk and leaving most of his kebab on the floor overnight but when cleaner came in the morning all was gone. Hotel on a small steep hill. Noise overnight from guests is loud but it is what it is and most folk would be passed our from drinking anyway. Sober folk beware

Review 64：Rusted kettle, dirty microwave had to clean it ourselves and apartment generally looks like it could do with some good renovation. Very steep hill to climb when heading back to the hotel, so if you are the unfit type or disabled then this isnt for you. Beds were too hard so we decided to sleep on the sofa bed instead. Cleaner walked into the apartment without knocking which I found very disrespectful although she later apologised.

Review 65：Loved the location and its closeness to the beach, strip, clubs, bars, restaurants and supermarkets around. 40 Euros in taxi from Palma de Mallorca airport. Nice and helpful staff.Lively pool area where music plays all day although we didnt get the chance to chill there as it was always packed and our stay was short...If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you. We were there to party so noise wasnt a problem. Very cheap, close to what we wanted, cant go wrong with that.

Review 66：Poo, vomit , urine and other obvious bodily fluid in drawers along with some vulgar graffiti. Honestly, the room was smeared in grafitti.

Die Möglichkeit eigenständig einen Platz zu wählen wurde uns nicht gestattet.The new water didn´t allow us to choose the place to sit in the breakfast room, even though it was empty. We were only allowed to sit at the table that he has picked for us, nowhere else.Wir haben beim Hotelchef protestiert, der uns zugesichert hat, daß sich dies nie wiederholen würde.We protested against that at the hotel manager who assured us that this would never happen again.An den drauf folgenden Tagen war es jedoch genauso. Des weiteren waren immer laute Schreie des Küchenpersonals sowie sehr laute Gespräche zwischen dem Kellner und dem Küchenpersonal zu hören.But the circumstances remained during the following days. Also we often heard loud screams from the kitchen staff, as well as very loud conversations between the kitchen staff and the waiter.Eine junge Holländerin mit kurzen Haaren und einem Nasenpiercing wurde von Kellner um 09.20 Uhr darauf hingewiesen, daß sie bis 10.00 Uhr unbedingt ihr Frühstück zu beenden habe, da er um punkt 10.00 Uhr den Saal schließen wird.A young Dutchwoman with short hair and a nose piercing was told by the waiter that 09.20 that she had to be finsihed with her breakfast by 10 o´clock because he will close the breakfast room 10 o´clock sharp.Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, kleiner Fernseher aus den 90´er Jahren, das Bild flimmerte die ganze Zeit. Die Küchenschränke konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden. Im Bad bestand ein unaussehlicher Gestank aus der Kanalisation. Im Wandschrank roch es nach Schimmelpilz.The aircondition in the room did not work, little TV from the 90´ies, the TV picture flickered all the time. The kitchen cabinets could not been closed.

Review 71：Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war am Tag der Ankunft im Hotel sehr nett und zuvorkommend. The emlpoyee at the reception desk on the day of our arrival at the hotel was very nice and helpfull.

Review 89：The rooms are very grim, outdated and dirty The constant dance music by the pool, sounds like the same dj mix from 8am to late horrible, some drunk English chavs causing a nuisance most English we met were OK though DDoubt I'd stay here again on that basis but if your really on budget as long as you don't spend too much time in your room then go for it

Review 91：This hotel has a sister hotel 150mts away which you could be put up in without knowing which was full of rowdy youths coming in all hours of the night . The facilities and decor of room left a lot to be desired,like tv did not work held together by sellotape, gaps in entrance to apartment covered over with again with sellotape .Then to top it all off having to swap between each hotel for meals. Altogether a bad experience not recommended. .

Review 99：What this isn't is a place where you can relax and expect quiet especially at night. As it is aimed at 18-30 crowd there is a lot of noisy comings and goings especially in the early hours, and loud music all day round the pool area. The beds were not the most comfortable in the world - expect a very hard mattress! The place itself is also up quite a steep hill.

Review 100：If you are looking for value for money and a place that's in a good location for both the beach and nightlife then this is a winner. The pool facilities are excellent and the place had a nice chilled out feel. The rooms themselves were basic but clean and were serviced every other day. The Air-con in the apartments was a life-saver, and the apartments have great views. There are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk and everything is easily accessible. They also didn't charge a deposit or booking fee in advance.
