Review 4：A wonderfully tranquil setting, conveniently located for ease of access to the beach, shops and brilliant eateries. We were here 9 years ago as a couple but this time around with a 3 year old worked just as well. The campus is well kept considering the extensive landscaping, creating a delightful privacy from the neighboring lodges. Parking is ideal and the overall ambience feels both secure and friendly without being intrusive. From previous experience accommodation of the lodges is on the cosier side, so we opted for a 3 bedroom, using the 2nd bedroom as a dumping/ dressing room. Plus the more generous proportions of the living area makes for a more ideal family space, and you get an en-suite.

Review 9：Our appartment for 8 adults was too small and confined - especially bedrooms - very cramped, dark, no space for anything, windows without ventilate system. Grill restriction - illogical rule for this kind of accomodation - even we had own electrical grill (without open fire). Kitchen equipment - no owen/toaster, no boiling kettle - which is in the morning for 8 adults quite necessary and not expensive kitchen equipment, no digester (taking in the consideration there is a double bed for sleeping in the kitchen area) Lighting - broken in the kinchen and in the bedroom

Review 11：Please avoid this hotel- the pictures shows you the beach but notaccommodation. It's probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Thestandard of the studio leaves a lot to desire. It is not clean and hasvery basic amenities. Double bed is an open sofa bed. Walls are stainedand there was some mold on them too. You're also asked to clean theapartment at the end of your stay but they don't provide anycleaning products. You need to remove the bed sheets too. The parkinglot is very narrow and situated on top of the hill so it was a challengeto drive there. But the worst thing was to be asked for 300 Eurosdeposit. When I booked my accommodation I was told it only applies tothe apartments but I booked a studio. According to the receptionist themoney is returned on the day of the departure but I only got it back 5days later!!!!!!!!!! Swimming pool could only accommodate a handful ofguests and it was full of screaming children. It's very far fromshops and Le Lavandou town and I wouldn't recommend it to stay thereif you don't have a car.

The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. During the summer months it is closed on Sunday afternoons and during the winter it is closed on Wednesdays and Sunday afternoons. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the residence in advance.Please note that a EUR 300 to 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival.
