Review 1：If you don't rend a car, you have to walk a long distance and it will not feel good when you walk alone at the sunsets.

Review 5：A little bit far from the town center, but we went by car, so no problem at all.

Review 6：The good price is the main reason of my booking! The room was clean enough and tidy, the hotel is simple and basic. Just one note about surroundings: we went to Biot for dinner quite late and we have troubles to find restaurant with kitchen still open, so pay attention to the time, because they are used to early dinner.

Review 7：Very modest hotel, no basic facilities (no bath, no shower facilities), the room was very small, not decorated. Anyone could come from the outside, no security.

In the first room we got the AC didn't work at all - dead. we switched rooms, and in the second only the fan worked, it didn't cool the air at all. I also heard another guest complaining about his room AC not working. not good in a hot summer day with high temps outside...

Review 13：My room had a couple of things that did not work: the shower could not be attached to some connection point (didn't fit), the toilet seat wasn't fixed to the toilet (and wasn't completely clean when I arrived), and the curtain needs to be closed by applying some tricks. These things are easily fixable, but apparently the hotel doesn't do this?

Review 15：The room was very very small, there was no place where to put our suitcases. The “bath” was actually in the room – only one glass door divides you from the bed and it was very very small. I am 160 cm and it was hard for me to take a shower. Our room was on the ground floor on the back side and the grass was near our window and didn’t smell good. It is hard to find it from the way although it is very close to Antibes.

Review 19：More attention to cleaning should be paid. Something left over from previous stay was still in a corner in proximity of the border of the bed. Rooms are a bit small.

Review 23：VERY small room (11 square meters...I wished I were a cat or a smaller animal). Although every effort was made to make use of every square cm of space...there was no place to put my bag (except on the bed). If you leave it on the floor...you have to jump over it to make your way. In general, this is not strange for hotels in France...space limits. In addition there was no soap bar. I had my own so didn't need room service.

Review 24：Badr, the reception man was a nice guy. The room was clean room. I didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment on that.

Review 25：The hotel is hard to find! On our initial arrival, we found it after getting lost once, and I thought it would be easier after that. But no - when we came back from Antibes, twice, it was even more difficult in the maze of traffic circles of Sophia Antipolis. On returning from Antibes late at night, the night receptionist told us that what you really need to know is to look for a number which indicates the sector of the hotel. If that's the case, they should indicate that in red, with the reservation info. they send you. I would recommend anyone staying at the hotel to ask what that number is when they check in. Otherwise they may find themselves circling around Sophia Antipolis at night trying to find the B&B...

Review 26：Clean room, compact but it has everything you need. Staff was helpful. Seemed to be one of the least expensive hotels in the area.
