Reviews for Reina Cristina
Review 1:There was no tea and coffee bags in the room for the morning.
Review 2:Very very lovely and the surroundings outside we're lovely we will stay again in april.
Review 3:Although the hotel in undergoing rehab right now, the newly renovated rooms, which we stayed in, are modern and large. The location is unbeatable. Only problem is the lack of hotel parking.
Review 4:Room was old and run-down, opening to very noisy main road, wifi not working in room, extremely noisy during building works (jackhammers!!).
Review 5:Location close to town centre, free parking not too far away near station
Review 6:Room decor a little dark
Review 7:This hotel is in a Great location, We were only there for 1 night but easily saw the sights the town has to offer. The hotel was being refurbished when we were there but a lot of the rooms have already been done. Our room had a nice walk in shower & was very clean. The breakfast was also really good.
Review 8:The hotel is a building site with scaffolding, skips outside, bare wiresdangling from ceilings and walls, rubble on room balconies. CustomerService non existent. Paid £125 for four star hotel - have requested afull refund via Booking.com website in two emails but no response.Photos available to back all these statements up.
Review 9:Near town centre
Review 10:IT WAS A BIT HARD TO FIND,BUT WORTH IT WHEN WE GOT THERE.BARS SHOPS ,RESTURANTS ALL CLOSE TOURIST SITES ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE,AND A LOVELY ROOM WITH A VEIW AS WELL.
Review 11:I tried to pre-book parking but was told we couldn't. We had to park in the streets so were glad we were only staying one night.
Review 12:Proximity to the old part of Teruel was good and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Review 13:We requested on site parking when we booked on line and upon arrival were told that there was no availability and that we would have to park in a public car park half a mile away - IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT MY HUSBAND NEEDS A WALKING STICK FOR HIS MOBILITY. The staff in the dirty reception area were, apparently unable to converse in English and were downright rude, We informed them that on no account would we be staying there and warned them NOT TO DEBIT OUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. They had better not otherwise there will be consequences for all concerned - particularly as it meant that after driving 560 miles we then had to get back in our car and drive a further 212 miles to our final destination.
Review 14:No restaurant, bar or room service on a Sunday. Underground parking ok, but cost an additional 12euros a day. Hotel not double glazed so traffic noise very loud.
Review 15:Big room, pet friendly
Review 16:Questionable cleanliness of the bathroom. Slow internet. No coffeemaking facilities in the room.
Review 17:Great location. Big room and full sized bath Helpful staff
Review 18:We asked for a paracetamol and they didn't have. The advertised WiFi didn't work during our stay
Review 19:The location of the Hotel is the only reason to choose it.
Review 20:We had problems with the card entry on both bedroom doors and had to go down to reception three times to try and sort it. On the second time the receptionist came up with us, her attitude made us think we were incapable of opening the door! she couldn't get it to work either. She went off but didn't return so had to make another visit to the front desk; this time she said she didn't understand me! No apologies from her. As we had been travelling on the road for 6 hours after a 20 hour boat journey, this was the last thing we wanted! The a/c did not cool the rooms and had to have windows open, the noise from the road kept us awake all night.
Review 21:The rooms were clean and tidy, the evening meal was quite nice for the price.
Review 22:Complete lack of soundproofing from road and adjacent bedrooms. Fixtures and fittings careworn. Dangerous exit from garage onto fast, busy road.
Review 23:Reception staff Location Garage
Review 24:One of us fell in the large bath/ shower as there was no anti slip mat.
Review 25:A lovely spot with a great view. Our room had 2 little balconies with big windows, double glazing was effective and were not disturbed by traffic. Good restaurant.
Review 26:We thought the cost of an evening meal at one of the bar restaurants in front of the hotel was excessive for the quality and quantity
Review 27:Location superb and staff very friendy. Room was very clean.
Review 28:difficult access and loading and unloading luggage. appalling breakfast. inattentive reception staff. shoddy fixtures and fittings. not well cleaned
Review 29:the fact that the hotel is being re-modeled next door.
Review 30:Parking places should be booked with the room. Or Booking.com should be more specific about the garages at the hotels!
Review 31:The location: very near the center
Review 32:We had to rent a second room as travelling with two dogs. Unlike a year ago they only allow one per room now.
Review 33:Great meal

Review 46:Good location
Review 47:very limited parking (6 cars in small underground space). Beds rather hard. Rooms facing the road are very noisy. Not much English spoken.
Review 48:dog friendly. Helpful staff. Good breakfasts.
Review 49:Not a lot of English spoken because apparently they don't get many English speaking visitors but if you know a few basic Spanish words its fun to muddle through.
Review 50:Positioned next to the lovely old town. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and entertaining and the meal was excellent value.
Review 51:The room we had came with a huge terrace which was ideal for our two small dogs who were travelling with us. Very close to railway station and shops and bars
Review 52:Parking 0 value, dangerous entry/exit. Bar, no barman until 8pm/Reception staff tried to serve but could not find a cork screw. Bedroom furninishing tired/pillows like concert blocks.
Review 53:Bathroom/Dining room/Breakfast
Review 54:No shower gel Breakfast bar included, but not stocked....they didn'ttell us the drinks with dinner were extra, bought a bottle of wine, wedrank half and then were charged for another the next night
Review 55:Food good, bed comfortable---half board great value with bookings .com
Review 56:We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples one was a good size with good facilities but the other was pretty small. We paid the same for both.
Review 57:Location for the city was good and the evening meal and breakfast were good.
Review 58:The hotel appeared to be very popular with tour groups - while this didn't impact on us especially - using the lift in the morning when a coach load was checking out could be problematical for some.
Review 59:Location was excellent. They allowed us to stay with 2 small dogs in our room which had a large balcony. Nice bar and friendly service.
Review 60:staff slow to acknowledge your presence Unable to provide double as requested Breakfast cold and slow refill Shower difficult to operate and scalded myself as hot water was dangerously hot
Review 61:Position
Review 62:If you come by car, you have to drive through the crooked ancient citypaths to get to the hotel, a really hard job for out town visitor. Thehotel parking was full, so I have to park in a public parking which ishalf mile away.
Review 63:Food, price quality, proximity to sight seeing.
Review 64:My friends bathroom was timy
Review 65:My room was spacious as was my bathroom (although I think I had thedisabled bathroom). Location in the old part of town was excellent
Review 66:We weren't informed that our day of arrival coincided with an annualMediaeval Festival, which was a shame as we would have liked to haveseen it. We noticed that the floor under the bed had not been cleanedfor a while. One of the reception staff was unfamiliar with the freeWifi facility and tried to make a charge for it.
Review 67:Greta central location. Pets allowed. Secure parking with easy access.Nicely appointed and good sized room. Comfortable bed. Overall apleasant and enjoyable night's stay in an interesting andattractive town.
