Review 1：It was possible to open the door of our room without the key. In fact, we found the door of our room open despite having closed it with the key. Luckily nothing was stolen. So we ended up blocking the door with a chair while sleeping.

Review 11：the bad think is that booking.com promote is as 3 star hotel. i will never trust your description. secondly we as family with kids 5 year and baby 7 month got all sick, because of the unhygienic rooms. i have photos of the room if you like to share this i will send you. instead to show professional photos made 20 years ago. I asked the manager to check-out the same day , but he refused to give money back, and tell us you can check-out but the money you have to ask refund from booking.com at the reception, instead to solve problems they try to sell you something.. - because of uncomforted bed matras, i use Declofenac to stop the back pain. - unprofessional personal ( answer you bad and give aggressive face ). - rooms so bad and unhygienic ( air-condition problems, kitchenette problems ). - lift smell and so dirty like never clean it. - noisy hotel , drunk people , you feel unsafe.

Review 13：The showers, zinks and toilets was the worst thing ive ever experienced. If you were lucky you would manage to get your hair wet before the water ran out or became ice cold or stearinet hot. You had to wait at least 30 min before flushing the toilet the second time.

Review 21：on my last night I was moved to a different room, this room was tiny dirty full of ants and spiders and located right on the stairwell. I could hear every foot step which was annoying but when it got to 6am and sll the drunks came back it just got worse. Horrible horrible room

Review 23：Walls are very thin :( We heard our neighbours all the time (loud Spanish girls and after them family with loud children :( ). We thought that there will be a hairdryer available in the room, but there wasn't and we had to hire it. Also beds could be a little more comfortable, but they were kinda ok.

Review 41：Music way too loud from 10 in the morning to 8 at night even for my liking and I'm 21 Shower only had hot water coming from it even after they said they would fix it, cleaning staff stole from our room you'd want to bolt down all your belongings or they be gone, can't be trusted. Have to pay 28 euro for a week for a tiny safe near reception and also pay 30 euro a week for wifi. You'd want to be fairly fit aswel as to get upto the hotel you must walk 15 mins up a steep hell it's a killer in the heat

Review 47：I would not use booking.com again as they are not customer focused and make it difficult to trust as an organisation. This particular hotel has very rigid policies and you should be careful using an organisation that does not take into account individual circumstances in the way they deal with customers. Personally I would view them as very money centric and do not operate with a conscience or really believe in offering value.

Review 97：The place and the view is absolutely gorgeous! From our room we could see the swimming pool and the see right after it as the hotel is located on a small cliff. There is a bar by the pool with fairly cheap drinks (price wise). It is not a luxurious hotel but it has everything you need, the rooms a very spacious and the location and the views overcome the rest (especially at the sunset)

Review 98：Was supposed to have 5 nights on this hotel. Just had 1!! Seriously.. if you are a family or have kids around you please be good to yourself and do not book in this hotel!!! On that night didnt manage to sleep at all! Doors banging all night long, guys singing and screaming out loud all around the hotel, breaking cups, young ladies screaming, police and ambulances at the door of the hotel. My husband went to complain at reception 3 times on that night! At the end they transferred us to other hotel in a more quiet area (santa ponsa). The costs of this transfer were paid by us. on my opinion not fair at all. this hotel doesnt have any conditions to accommodate families, fact that they are aware of it, and they do it even if they know they dont have conditions to!! This hotel and area is an absolutely noooooo!!!!!! I just wonder how come this is a 3star hotel???? This hotel is maximum 2 stars. But I highly recommend the hotel in santa ponsa Jardins Del Mar. Just another negative point!! On the swimming pool you feel even a bit intimidate to get on that area!! Music on very high levels of sound, pints of beer everywhere, english man everywhere shouting and screaming. This is a non-stop party hotel!!

Review 106：Loud music in the bar and pool area through the whole day. Many loud young people staying in the hotel. They don't care weather it is 3 a.m. or 7 a.m. - if they feel like talking loudly in the corridors and balconies of the hotel, they will talk and bang on the doors. That is the basic problem of this hotel. Also, less important but annoying thing: if you take a studio and expect preparing dinner yourself, you will not necessarily find a pot or other basic kitchen-ware.

Review 107：Location was good, a little bit further from all the buzz of the rest of town. A nice sea-view from the balcony if you take a room with the sea-view. Supermarket in front of the hotel, shops are not too far and the two beaches is within the walking distance. The room was clean, a houskeeper was coming every second day to change the towels and clean the floor and empty the dustbins.

I found this the hard way when I was once just relaxing on my balcony and got a free shower of dirty water from the cleaning of the upper apartment. We also found some cockroaches on the bathroom.

Most discusting hotel ive ever stayed in, maid came once in 7days and only changed the hand towels, maid refused to exchange towels when i asked! No kettle had to hire one at a steep €11, beds wer so uncomfortable we stayed on the sofas which kept collapsing, my friend found pubic hair on her clean sheets! Floor was so dirty in the room i didnt take my flip flops off all holiday! Felt very unsafe! Door to the bedroom was safer than the door to the room, music by the pool far to loud, you couldnt have a nap and it was the same stuff played every day! Oh and the only channel on our TV was BBC2!

Review 123：The food was awful badly displayed and unappealing they only took cashand when I asked why the girl just shrugged her shoulders the hill upto the hotel was aa big struggle not to mention the long corridors inthe hotel and the lift broke down at least once a day leaving gueststo cart luggage down 4 and five flights of stairs. The corridors wereopen and when it rained the corridors were flooded thankfully it onlyrained to evenings but it was still a nightmare and very dangerous.Wealso had to put a plate on the button of the electric kettle to get itto work, some people only had the old fashioned whistle kettle thattook 15 mins to boil.

Review 126：the rooms. the staff and the topless girls at the pool. It's a pool not a beach and I got small children. The ceiling of our room was leaking from the bathroom above and the staff was reluctant to give us another room. the A/C did not work so we spent some agonizing nights because of the heat. Not really the best place around and definitely not family friendly. The place is remote and way up on the hills. Don't think I'll go there again.

Review 128：The rooms were very basic, with only 2 hobs in the kitchen it limited what we could cook. The rooms were also not cleaned in the week which left them to get very dirty. Finally a word of advice, some of the reps for the bar crawl were very rude and forceful when around the swimming pool which we found unsettling.

Waitresses will come by asking if you need a drink as well. The pool Splash Bar plays good music through the day, and serves good English food. We had a 4 bed apartment for 4 lads, and it was big enough, just try and keep it a bit tidier than we did haha! Kitchenette and fridge all worked perfectly. It's not as noisy as most reviews make out, you'll get the odd loud mouth or 2 at 5-6am but nothing major - but then again I'm a heavy sleeper. If you're reconsidering booking this hotel after some of the bad reviews, don't. It's a great hotel on a budget. As long as you're friendly to the staff you can't go wrong.

Review 132：We were told we were to check out at 12! But the reception kept ringing our room from 11 to check out. And we're very rude. Cleaners would just walk in to our room without knocking. Also the room was never cleaned once while we were there no fresh towels etc.
