Review 1：It cost 10 Euro to use the sun beds although it's a private beach connected to the hotel.

Review 2：Great location and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and local market.

Review 3：The room was small, sparsely furnished and very dull and drab. I paid for a triple room with a sea view and did not get this. Instead I was surrounded by trees which were right against the tiny balcony and all I could see were leaves and mosquitoes.

Review 5：I needed parking because I was travelling with full car and young children. When we arrived we were told that the parking exists, but it would be certainly full (so it was) and that we should just sort it out ourselves in some adjacent roads. This is a very busy village on the cote d'azur, Saturday evening, so an absolute nightmare to park. The booking specs states that "Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).". This is infact incorrect, because parking is not available for all guests, but only for some. To me is no consolation the fact that park is there, if I cannot park the car. It should be clearly stated that parking is only available for some guests and reservation is not possible, so in this case I would not have booked the room given my circumstances. The room itself is not very clean, the walls are dirty, the sofa bed quite uncomfortable with thin mattress.

The bathroom/shower was also very modern and clean. Lovely restaurant/bar with live entertainment in nice surroundings. We were very happy with this place and will definitely use it again.

Staff did what was asked but no more on the whole .They did not inform us of the Air Traffic controllers strike and that our flight was cancelled, we found out via our son in law in Dublin !! We had to also move hotels as they could not accommodate us for remainder of stay!

The room was large, with a balcony & the small kitchen (in a cupboard) was well equipped, with m/wave, hob, kettle, sink, fridge plus pans,crockery & cutlery. There are also plenty of other eateries along the sea front. Car parking spaces are limited- best to leave the car, once parked & use the frequent trains which run along the coast.

Review 72：Very friendly stuff, all of them! It's near the (stone) beach, near restaurants, markets and city center (1 km). From city center several busses take you to egg Nice.

No hot water for 11/2days. No apology no discount just told when the room card snapped itwould cost €6 until my husband said we had no hot water & he hoppedthey wouldn't be charging the €6. Sofa was dirty as I said wether itwas because of dogs but it should still be clean for each guest.

Review 86：We weren't issued two key cards as "they were short of key cards" which made the logistics of getting suitcases in and out very difficult as well as having access when we split up and went different directions. The drape covering the bedroom room window did not adequately cover the entire window but left a 2-3 inch gap which left us exposed to whoever might walk by outside. Need to repair the hanging of the drape! The bedroom needs a bedside light on both sides of the bed so that one of us could go on to sleep even if the other wanted to stay up and read. Maids failed to keep the bathroom stocked up with toilet paper--had to go locate a maid and ask for more. The kitchen water fixture was loose, though we could still turn on the water.

Review 87：The location was ideal for us as our family lives within less than a mile of the hotel. The bed was wonderful and very comfortable. We slept very well each night. The deck was a surprise and we enjoyed breakfast there each morning. We appreciated and needed the refrigerator to store wife's medicine.

Everything in the room was new, clean and comfortable and they accommodated our request to be on the first floor so we could easily access our room from a private patio. Review 94：Arrived at hotel at 12 and couldn't get in to our room until 3 pm despite the 2 pm check in time. Shower leaked all over floor every time due to bad design. Had to sign in with password to use wifi every time and connection was weak from the room. No soap for dishes.

Also, when we registered we were told the breakfast wasincluded with the room, the website had stated otherwise and I evenbrought this to the attention of the receptionist who assured me it wasincluded despite that. We then were charged 100 euros at checkout from adifferent receptionist who quoted the website - this was disappointingto say the least.

Review 104：Room 17 has ant and termite problems that the staff were unable to fix. We were forced to switch rooms after the first night but were charged for 2 nights in this (more expensive) room with no apology. (The shower door also leaked and the staff indicated that it was a recurring issue, though that did get fixed the next day.) Overall, the rooms seem to have been remodeled nicely but not maintained since. Also, some parking is available, but it can run out quickly and street parking gets tricky. Finally, a stranger was able to open our room door with their own key, pointing to potential security issues.

This is what was stated, "Some rooms have a sea view (upon request)" and I requested a room with a sea view. Also stated on Booking.com was, "solarium which gives a panoramic view of the sea and the promenade" This was closed and we were not able to see the panoramic view. Finding parking was difficult.
