Review 1：Main pool, very small, more like a big bath really. Some step steeps leading to the beach, be aware. Also hotel on a hill, not really suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Review 2：Excellent location, close to all amenities, overlooking and some down stairs to the beach (which was very clean and with a shallow gradient going out to sea (great for children). Stayed on a B& B basis, plenty to eat and drink at breakfast.

Review 3：It's a big and loud hotel. Overcrowded. You can wait 15 minutes for the lift. Breakfast was bad - everyday the same food :/ Magaluf is kind of party place.

Review 4：The room was spacious and clean. We had nice view to the beach. Also the beach is really nice - clean and wide, and also it is backlighted in the night and that gives a great view from your balcony.

Review 5：the hotel was situated around loud bars that were raging parties until 6 am. The town of maguluf itself was not my favorite, very much a party town and not a relaxing tranquil beach town. if thats what you're looking for, this hotel is great.

Mostly pork and we had to eat only fish.what about people who don't like fish?????? my daughter lived on fries - bad smell @ z room wn u first enter ..

Review 13：Hotel is rated as 4 star and I found in terms of quality of the room a 3 star. Furniture is really outdated. In addition, when the rooms are being cleaned you can hear the movement of the furniture which was a bit loud and annoying.

Review 14：We were placed in a room with ocean view as requested. Front desk staff were very friendly. Lucia was especially helpful, friendly and accommodating!! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal to what we were looking for...direct beach access and selection of restaurants near by.

Better security during the nights - this means - making sure that young silly and very drunk people, don't desturb other hotel guest. 3. Better cleaning in the room. 4. Securing the pool area at nights - as young people made mess around it. 5. Get rid of all the young people sleeping everywhere in the hotel front and lobby - not a nice thing to have first impression on! 6. Last and final - make sure that the Internet works before charging so much money for it!

Review 16：The Best Think about this hotel is - location - if you have sea view, it's simply amazing.

Review 17：So many drunken people is crazy loud I can't sleep over night. Regarding the restaurant, the plates(dishes) were not washed well. Moreover drinks are not inclunede in the dinner of the Halfboard. If you want to need the safe in the room, you have to extra pay for that.

Review 21：The extra, paod wifi. The spa is overated and requires inspiration. Also little things like having locks on toilets and very limited spa area. when instead it could have been made more into a a key feature. As that was what was selling it to me. Being setup to get penalised for not returning the spa key card bang on time as soon as you finish. The idea of a spa and well ness is to relax! not to stress and worry about things like these and with such tiny timeslots to use it because of the lack of its size etc. The interior design of the hotel and rooms look like they are from the 1940's. horrible old style interior. yellow horrible furry blankets. The room and facilities looks like it just about works. Perhaps take a look at the "Sol wave house" for inspiration.

Review 29：The cleaning staff would move furniture as early as 8am, when we wanted to sleep in. It was extremely loud because the walls were paper thin. Water pressure in the bathroom shower was terrible. They charge you for every little thing, use of the spa, towels, wifi, safe, mini fridge.

We we're suppose to stay 3 nights but only ended up staying on the night we checked in as the next morning we had to be moved to a different hotel because it was end of the season for the staff but I would 100% book this hotel again breakfast was lovely to. We got moved to a hotel further down the road called hotel comodoro and for our inconvenience we were upgraded from bed and breakfast to all inclusive for the duration of our stay in hotel comodoro which was a lovely hotel rooms need updating though but everything else was brilliant again hotel comodoro was situated right on the Palma Nova beach so all in all for me and my fiancé this was a lovely midweek break even with the inconvenience.

Review 43：It was great to be right on the beach, the water was perfect. It wasn't high season, it wasn't crowded, there were good cafés on the beach serving good quality, cheap food eg paella, fajitas. Pool was nice, breakfast plentiful.

Review 44：the walls are so thin so that I could hear the snoring sound coming from the next room!!! The hotel did not provide tissues and cutleries and room service which is not good for a 4 star hotel in Europe! They had only one old lift for 7 floors and about 150 rooms which made us keep waiting for ages for the lift!!! The air conditioner of my room was not working properly and I ask the reception to come over and have a look, but they did not do ANY THING!

Review 56：No room service, weak spa, a terrible offered tour by a staff without any explanation! We chose sea caving and oone of the staff arrange this terrible tour fir us! It was the worst and mist difficult experience that I had in my life! It was not a sea caving tour!! It was a long breath taking walking in woods at extreamly hot weather, mountain climbinig, cliff climbing, clif jumping, swimming far away at sea with lots of heavy cloths, booths, heavy back pack and other stuff they gave us, until we arrived the cave after 2 hours!! Then after sea caving we had to repeat all this steps again while other tours simply came to the frint if the cave by boat!!! It was night mare! 3 times I was about to fell down the cliffs. No one explianed the details of this tour, nor the hotel staff who arranged this tour neighter the tour guide!! Who just said us hurry hurry instead of helping and leading!

Review 67：There was a lot of noise from the side alley in between the hotels that made it hard to sleep then the hotel cleaner would slam her storage cupboard door frequently in the early mornings. The sauna would not be switched on ready even though we booked it every night. So when it warmed up, it was time to leave. Lift door sensors not working properly leaving my wife and other guests with bruised arms. Reception shrugged and suggested that we fill in their guest satisfaction form. We did that only to find out that the box to post it in is in the office and they would do this for us. Shrug.

Review 122：Stayed in the flamboyan side of the hotel. Hotel was clean, modern and bright. We booked a sea view room with large balcony, well worth the extra price. Balcony also had sun loungers on to relax. Pool was small but adequate. Spa is ideal if you want time to chill and relax. Rooms were spacious and clean. Perfect location, right on the beach, but a stones throw away from the nightlife. Huge variety for breakfast. Near the beach, there's a fantastic beach restaurant/snack bar called 'Foxys' Staff are also fab there.

It was very big room and big balcony with own 3 pcs sun beds. We had room 101. Very nice room. Shampoo/showergel/hairdrier in the room. (Good to know when you travel with Ryanair). Small inside pool/jacuzzi/sauna warm. (may). Sea maybe 20 degrees. Parking 10eur/day.

Review 127：The room we stayed in the electricity kept going out. The key cards also were always getting disabled if they were near your cell phone for even a minute. You have to pay a decent amount for wifi and towels and parking as well.
