Review 1：We stayed in this hotel for just one night while driving around Provence. We were in the basic room which was quite small but nicely decorated and very comfortable and clean. It is in a great position for walking into the town. We did not use the other facilities but they looked very nice.

Review 2：Restful environment, tasteful room, and very comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Lourmarin is an interesting village. We had an excellent dinner at Número 9 restaurant.

Review 5：The rooms are too small and not comfortable. The bathrooms are minute and the showerhead in the bath did not work. No 24 H service. Very surprised that the hotel gets a 4 star rating.

Review 9：Room was smallish and badly arranged. It's true size did not correspond to size advertised on booking.com. It was also noisy despite my asking for a quiet room. Maybe I was given the worst room in the hotel??? Who knows. Breakfast was not worth the 14 euro per head charged.

Review 13：No Mini Bar in my room for cold Drinks. No Sevice for eating and drinking all Sunday, Monday and until Tuesday Noon. You can Not have a Sandwish, or a little Salat.... For me this Hotel is only A 3 star and never, never 4 Star!

Review 32：No bar service in the afternoon or on Sunday evening. The restaurant had a limited menu, could have been better, staff were just OK in the restaurant. Room was very noisy was very dark and had no carpet on the floor. Security could be improved as well.

Review 37：Very poor soundproofing in room: the toddler next door woke up crying several times during the night so I didn't sleep very well. The pool is very nice although not that private or quiet as restaurant tables border one edge and the main road runs just behind a surrounding hedge.

Review 38：Excellent location just a couple minutes' walk into the village so no car needed. Spacious room and great shower. Lovely, helpful staff and calm atmosphere. Very nice varied selection at breakfast served on a pleasant terrace. Heated outdoor pool.

Review 39：Room, though very "designer trend" our room had NO drawers wot so ever..no room to unpack anything. A very small wardrobe with 3 hangers and a small shelf taken up by a safe. The bed was very low so could not store your cases, no where to put any bags or cases. Stayed for 5 days and could not unpack...tripped over bags constantly. Bathroom shower very poor quality!

Review 47：We really enjoyed this surprisingly well designed, quiet and relaxing hotel. It had lots of spaces for just 'chilling' such as the lovely pool area, bar, indoor spaces and the rooms which also afforded space and comfort. We enjoyed our own little patio space in the evening and appreciated the higher than normal quality fittings and decor. The town (only a couple of minutes walk away) is very beautiful so we felt we had the best of everything as we prepared for our bike ride towards the Verdon Canyon.

Review 48：Packaged and unimaginative breakfast, open shower in the bathroom and no place to put things when using the mirror, which gets wet, along with much else including the slippery floor, when one uses the shower. Design, yes, but not a well-thought out one for guests. Would also have appreciated a more user-friendly closet space, and shelves or drawers for clothes.

Review 51：There wasn't anything we didn't like but did think it was very overpriced. I booked a suite but the choice on arrival was both with messanises which I hate. The one offered had bedroom upstairs which is not convenient for an older person who needs the bathroom in the night. We were then offered the other which had extra bedroom and sofa on the messanine so not really a suite. However the bathroom was good and a nice terrace. Booked the hotel also because it said gourmet restaurant but it was closed! If you took car out at night you had to use code to get back in not a good idea when it is absolutely tipping down! Not sure we would stay there again.

Review 53：Our friends room and terrace was horrible, need renovation. We arrived about six o'clock p.m. and the person at check-in desk was polite but didn't speak english. The pool was not clean. The sauna was not warm although they said it would be. No lift.

Review 58：One of the receptionists who was on duty two of the tree days we were there gave us many misdierections as she could not speak English. Many of the foreign guests spoke English. We had a terrible time getting to the hotel from Nice Airport because the hotel did not give us an exact address.and our GPS would not get us there without one. When we arrived after a 5 hour trip that should have taken 2 and 1/2 hours we were told in the morning that many guests had the problem because the hotel did not have an address. We were given another address in town so we could find our way back each evening. It would have been helpful if the receptionist the car rental company spoke with at the airport had told us this.

Review 60：The pool was nice but didnt live up to the expectation of the picture. We saw it was an infinity pool and got excited, it is technically an infinity pool but not what we imagined!

Review 61：easy to find, relaxed atmosphere, nice and clean. Themed room and décor was good. Convenient to the centre of Lourmarin. The hotel restaurant looked nice and interesting style of food but we didnt actually eat there as we liked to go in to town.

Review 62：The shower configuation, although attractive, wasn't functional and left puddles on the bathroom floor. The restaurant was overpriced....a 6 euro supplement was charged for green beans! And although I ordered the daily special specifically because it was served with risotto, when my main dish was served solo (but with an unordered vegetable supplement), I was told that the risotto would take 20 minutes to cook.....so I dined slowly, waiting for the 20 minute risotto only to discover that the chef had no intention of preparing it! Save your money and have a better meal in town.

Review 63：Free parking is safe and secure, the hotel has a spa-like ambience, the room decor was attractive and the room was spacious for Europe. The town of Lourmarin, with lots of shops and cafes, is a very short walk away (our recommendation is to stay in town for dinner....we wish we had).
