Review 1：Our stay had been spoiled by unreasonable demand to pay for cleaning although the confirmation document gave us the option to clean by ourselves (and we cleaned). Nothing is written about bed-linen and towels washing. How can it be done before leaving? Actually, we paid for this items un advance, in the check-in, and we were debited for the washing in the check-out. It seems to be systematic; since the cleaning written fees - Euro 80 – cannot be explained by the small dimensions of the room, and by having only a broom for cleaning. Internet: promised to be available un all public areas. In fact, only in a narrow strip near the reception.
