Review 1：No tea/coffee machine in the room, but there was a convenient bar in the hotel. Parking was 10 euros/day, but parking on the street is free after 6pm until 9am.
Review 2：They were able to receive us in short notice,had late night check-in. Good air-conditioning, good sized-fridge, room was cleaned every day, toiletries replenished, towels changed, all the staff were very welcoming and polite.
Review 3：THe night we arrived the portier tried to persuade us to order and pay full size breakfast not only for adults but for our young children age 4 and 5 years old - "because they eat as adults". That gave a "very bad smell".

Review 13：The location of this hotel is right off the freeway which is veryconvenient. We were able to check into this hotel at 1am and reallyappreciated that since many places we have stayed in France have limitedcheck-in time. The room was very spacious for european standard with ahuge closet and plenty of room for your suitcases. The location of thishotel is also quite central with many businesses and a market locatedclosed by. The hotel has its own parking (extra fee) but we didn'thave trouble finding street parking at all.
Review 14：My advice is not to have breakfast in Hotel Splendid. At 9.50 euro it is a rip-off and by far the worst we had in three week's travelling in France. There did not appear to be a lift / elevator.
Review 15：Very convenient for Nice Airport and right in the town centre. Secure off-street parking but at a cost of £10. Well situated for a stop- over of one or two nights.
Review 16：Very friendly and helpful staff! I forgot to schedule a taxi to the airport,and I had to leave the Hotel at 4 A.M and you can't find one a that time in Nice. He tried very hard to get me one, probably called every taxi company in town. And it all worked out at the end thanks to him.
Review 17：Maybe a bit of routine maintenance needed in the bedroom - there were afew bulbs out in the bedroom and one in bathroom which made it a bitdark - we should have mentioned it but kept forgetting.
Review 18：The hotel is centrally located so you can easily get to the beach or thetown centre. There is also car parking at the back of the hotel - 10euros a day - but worth it as there did not seem to be a lot of otherspaces in the immediate vicinity. For non-French speaking guests themanager speaks fluent English and is very helpful. The air-con in thebedroom was very welcome as coming from the uk we are not used to hotsummer evenings :)
Review 19：The hotel breakfast is very expensive thus we had breakfast in the room.The room is small for two persons. We would have liked to have a tablein the room. Now there is a desk. The closing of doors woke me up atnight/early mornings.
Review 20：The location is good between the core of the town and the beach. Theowner of the hotel was present and helpful. It was good to have a fridgein the room.
Review 21：We chose this hotel as it had secured parking and we could leave the car there and catch a train into Nice. The room was adequately equipped but not especially so, but it was remarkably quiet - presume good sound-proofing as the road outside was noisy at street-level. Staff were very good, polite and helpful (and kind to my efforts in French!)
