Review 1：Lifts were very small and too few to accommodate such a lot of clientele . As the apartments can be used for self catering- A kettle would be useful. I noticed my sister in a premium apartment had a kettle but surely all apartments should have them.

Review 2：Staff were wonderful especially Anita on reception. Upgraded to a wonderful room with balcony and sea view which was well worth the money. Very central position on the prom . Plenty of sun loungers for everyone.

Review 3：Excellent location. Lots of shops and Restaurants on your doorstep. Plenty of sun beds. We were upgraded to a suite, the best room in the hotel room 408, definitely recommend.

Review 6：As a young couple, there were lots of kids so it wasn't the most relaxing place. The walls were also paper thin. The self catering facilities: no bowls, no washing up liquid. Paying for wifi and a safe seems quite strange in this day and age.

Review 10：You have to pay for wifi. Also it is quite expensive for a 3* hotel (we only went for 2 nights and ended up paying 200 per night including breakfast). The pool area is not very nice and really crowded but we spent the whole weekend on the beach anyway.

Review 11：The hotel has a good location just across the street from the beach. Restaurants and shops are also close by.

Review 12：We stayed in August. Pool is completely overcrowded. At 8h30 people were sitting next to the pool waiting until sunbeds become available. Rooms were ok but basic and small. We paid 275 euro a night without breakfast (10euro/pp). WiFi was not included either. Honestly too expensive for what we got. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Review 18：Pool area tired and only a couple of parasols. Sun loungers literally on top of one another. Restaurant staff were unhelpful and rude. No help on arrival with baby and lots of luggage. Cot was a travel cot and very hard and when the high chair arrived it was filthy. Apartment much smaller than the photos would let you believe and not really suitable for three adults and baby as the bathroom was an ensuite. Daily cleaning involved making beds not changing and the floor was never swept during our stay. Hotel very noisy at night with shouting children and teenagers running up and down corridors. However the location is great and reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Review 20：The apartments have an amazing location just directly on the beach of Santa Eularia and walking distance to the marina, centre and restaurants. We booked a superior apartment with sea view which was extremely comfortable. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. A place to return!

Review 21：I booked half board and had to pay for water with my meal if I wanted it. A small bottle was 1.80, a 2 liter bottle at the shop was .56! Our room was right above the bar, it was noisy at night.

Review 31：We have just returned from having two weeks at these apartments and cant fault them. We stayed in the junior suite which is 506 and the seaview and terrace was fab! The staff are excellent and so friendly. Miguel and Sandra were our faves, full of fun and smiles, our boys loved them! And the lady who does the kids entertainment is brilliant, she literally doesnt have a break. The staff work so hard there and helped to make our stay very enjoyable so a huge thanks to them!

Review 32：We stayed in a basic studio which was fine for what we needed. Location was great and it ticked all the boxes for what we wanted. We were over for a wedding so didn't spend all the time there but when we were using the facilities it was great. Service good and pool fine.

Despite reading mixed reviews we had a good experience having booked a sea room view - beach was less than a minutes walk, plenty of restaurants too! We had breakfast the last day in the hotel plentiful selection. Made the booking via booking.com and wifi and the crib was included at no extra cost. Also breakfast rate was cheaper.

Review 56：No pool towels, you must remember to pack your own. Internet costs 5euros a day, and there is an internet bureau almost next door which isvery cheap. There was no electric point in the kitchen. We had to get atechnician to put in an adapter from the fridge with an extension leadso that we could plug in the kettle!

Review 57：Having booked a studio we were upgraded to an apartment with abalcony with sea view. Lovely! Very close to the sea, just the otherside of the promenade so it is easy to swim in the sea rather thanthe pool. The pool is kept very clean like everything else. Helpfulstaff. Quiet at night.

Probably more suited to mature types as the age profile is slightly higher than other resorts in Ibiza. Best bit is sharing a few beers outside the many bars and restaurants in town and watching the world go by.
