Review 1：The room was small, but for the price that was OK. The worst thing was a really uncomfortable mattress and single double length pillow. Not a good nights sleep.

Review 2：The location was good, about a 10 min. walk into the centre of town. Had a drink in the bar before bed, good service and reasonable prices. We didn't eat there so cannot comment on that.

Review 3：The room was in need of a makeover with inadequate lighting and tired furniture and decoration.However the cleanliness was fine and the bed was comfortable.

Review 5：The hotel is really near the Teruel city centre and in a good location. Staff was very helpful and other room facilities was provided. The price with breakfast was really good depending on provided services and its quality.

Review 8：Not much , was like an old hospital that was converted . The only time staff was friendly , was when I was paying bill on checkout . Would not recommend it . I found a beautiful old hostel in town center for 24 euros a night . Very nice room and very friendley staff . Only too happy for the business .

Review 9：Rooms are very very plain and mine was very noisy from laminate floor above. Painfully slow check out (and check in for that matter). For me, the answering of a phone and 5 minutes dealing with a phone client in the middle dealing with someone in person is a heinous crime !!

Review 14：We've stayed in Teruel old town before and this is perhaps a better bet for parking, value etc - its still only a short & pleasant walk away. A pleasant enough hotel with spacious clean rooms, modern, with no distinguishing character but nothing to say 'I wouldn't go there again!' They were happy with the bike parked on the pavement outside the main entrance and it was out of harms way.

Review 15：We were put on the ground floor in a room adapted for people with physical disabilities. During the night the smell from the bathroom was terrible. It made me feel sick. There was obviously a serious problem with the drainage.

Review 21：Most rooms smelt very badly of cigarette smoke and it is a non smoking hotel. On complaining we were moved quickly.

Review 28：I had booked two single beds. I did not realise this was not a guaranteed and the room had a double bed and I was informed no other rooms were available. As an overnight stay on a long journey this was very inconvenient.

We should have informed him when we arrived so that we could be moved! So now you know to check everything in the room when you are tired from your journey - bad attitude in my view.

The hotel staff, when realising their error, quickly resolved the situation by giving is two separate rooms. Wi-fi was poor throughout the hotel.
