Set in the popular tourist resort of Magalluf, these apartments are just across the road from Sa Porrassa Beach. They are ideal for young groups looking for a lively nightlife and party atmosphere.
The Isla Porrassa is surrounded by the resort’s best pubs, bars and clubs, making sure you have a great time every night of the week. You will also find loads of shops and restaurants around, although you can also cook in your apartment’s kitchenette.
Each of the 20 apartments were refurbished in 2006. They are open between May and October.

Review 1：No aircon made the living conditions within the appartment hard! To add to this the fridge didn't work so no cold beverages to help with the heat! Intially there were meant to be 4 traveling but ended up only 2 of us, when we got in the appartment for the first time the grounds man/receptionist/maid removed half the towels (to reduce his workload I think) even although we paid the same for the room, meaning we had one hand towel and one normal to last us the 5 days! The appartment was never cleaned nor anything replaced! Would definately not go back!
Review 2：Location was good in terms of club pub access and beach.
Review 3：We were asked to pay 5 euro each for not being on time to check in. As we came at 15:00 it was absurd. Wifi costs 20 euro for 4 days, you have to pay for everyting. One receptionist was great, the other not so much, so cannot evaluate staff.

Review 5：British party 24/7 ! Young club promotors are forcing you to drink. If you want to rest better go to the different place!

Review 7：We got there and they asked us for €50 each deposit when it's says €50 all together they then wanted to charge us for wifi when again was told in email that it was free ! No faculties had to ask for a kettle and no air con so had to buy a fan from them, room was dirty lots of ants, never got any clean bedding and was told it was changed every 3 days, we had to go find a cleaner for her to give us some fresh towels!

Review 9：There is no aircon fans provided but only circulate hot air. Due to the location of the apartments its too noisy to have the door open! It got very hot!!!

Review 11：there were so much english noise guys ever drunk (i'm italian).the music in the main street is too loud bit if i choose this apartament for enjoy the night so is not a problem:you can sleep after the 7 a.m!
Review 12：I like the position. Punta ballena is the main street of parties and nightlife. i like the big apartament with a cool terrace. i like the comforts and the nice staff. everything is as website claims. the beach is in front of the apartaments. so happy to have been there!
Review 13：Skid marks in toilet, dirty and short and curly hairs in one bed and a Nike Air foot print on another. We certainly left it cleaner then when we arrived and we were on a Stag Do!

Review 16：Jaime is always very helpful The location is perfect if you are a party animal ... So it was the best for me. If you go to Magaluf , it's not quiet like Maldives , so for fun , definitely the best location . There's a private security protecting the building entrance , that's really cool!

Review 25：No microwave or kettle. Booking.com stated 50 Euro deposit but managerwanted that per person. No worries though, he looked after our passportsand didn't take any deposit.
Review 26：Secure gates during nights. Centrally located. Room 304 top floor hashuge balcony. Lively so you will need earplugs bit we all slept well.Age group 44-51. Value for money. Hot what we paid for.
Review 27：we didnt like anything about it, it was behind the shops so it seemed as though we were walking into garages, the view around us was awful, and to have walked to get in at the end of a night out looked very unsafe. We actually didnt even stay in the place, we got our bags back out and booked into another place. Would never recomend this place to anyone.
