Review 1：Some of the staff are very bad at English so it was very difficult to resolve a small misunderstanding.
Review 2：They were very helpful with allowing us to make a last-minute change to the original booking at no additional charge. The staff are very friendly and the ones who are a bit better at English were also very helpful with prividing some extra information we were looking for.

Review 11：The room definitely felt like it was inexpensive, and was a bit depressing. (Not surprising, considering the price.) When you use the shower, water gets all over the floor in the tiny bathroom and takes a long time to dry. And it's slick-don't slip! Location is really bad. So far outside the city center, I spent an hour traveling by public transit between the hotel and city center each morning and evening. Hotel is located near the airport and several big-box stores, feels like you're in America. Wouldn't be bad if you had a car.

Not even in Africa 2 stars hotel I didn't seen so much misery! The room has 12 square meters, you have no place to unzip the suitcase! No closet! Not even worth one star, although classified 2 stars!
Review 22：Should be demolished or closed! I would not recommend even for backpackers I paid 55 euro for a room that worth no more then 15 euro The pictures in booking.com seems to be faked.

Review 25：Hotel looks a little bit old. If going by public transport, service finishes at midnight, and Lyon's downtown is quite far to come back walking. There are no bicycle stations nearby.

Review 27：Hotel stuff charged me 20eur more altough I had my reservation, not fair! they told they canceled my reservation, but I never got any mail or call about cancellation from them and when I left I got no invoice, I guess they put the money in their own pockets.
