Review 1：Magaluf is a British getto. Nothing Spanish. Only british pubs. Really bad taste. To avoid at all costs if you want more than stag party / hen party / mindless drinking.

Review 2：Hotel is nice and clean and the reception is 24h. Location is relatively good.. could be closer to the beach.

Review 3：what a fantastic hotel and then you look at room and i could not imagine it is same room. lets start with bedding, i have not seen such poor bedding in 2 star hotel let alone 4 star. AC position was all wrong. we booked junior suite (39 sq m) but because of improper positioning and unnecessary furniture it looked so congested. bathroom was also not very good. i am not sure why they had built such 3rd class room in such a fantastic hotel..

Review 4：hotel dining and entertainment program especially for kids but also for adults was fantastic. hotel staff was nice as well. the location right next to beach and close to all places needed was great as well.

Review 6：It is really worth to upgrade to All Inclusive which also included some selected alcohol in the bar and restaurant. They have activities all day long and entertainment at night. The hotel has lot of guest but it was not a noisy place.

Review 7：- It shows that the hotel is not new but they did some face lift to it but forgot to put any sound isolation to the room. You can hear people talking in next room or flushing toilet and you can imagine what else:-( - The hotel is not a 4 star I would say better 3 star but it seams that all Magalug is worn out - It is very an convenient to have not wi-fi in the room and free wi-fi in the lobby area is very very slow

Review 8：- Very tasty food. They provide wide variety of great food like fresh fruits and salads, seafood, all different kind of meat, pastas, pizza and desserts. We really enjoyed it. Only one thing you have to pay 3 Euro per person (lunch and dinner breakfast is free) for drinks (free refill) but you can choose wine, beer, sangria, soft drinks, juices or coffee as many drinks as you want. They serve a sparkling wine for breakfast. - Helpful staff with smile - Location the hotel is about 7 minute walking distance from beach and promenade so it is close to everything without the noise from discos and clubs because Magaluf is a party place where people are having fun till early morning:-) - Good air condition - Good swimming pool

Review 14：All the rooms are equipped with a air conditioners with a self-off timerand it's very convenient, pluss have a pool view with a scene withan everyday entertainment. The hotel is fully and really refurbished andwe can call it 4+. Anyway there are no 5 star hotels in Magallufaccording to the hotel star rating. The staff is friendly and helpful.The food was gread and tasty both to vegs and eat and sea productlovers. Location to the beach is only 5-7 minutes to a wide Magallufbeach. The towels were changed everyday as the cleaning up. If you wantto have drinks in the evening- just pay 3 euro (white, red wines,sangria, alco and non-alco beer, etc.). Do not take al inclusive, causethere is a great Tom Brown's from Manchester beach cafe andrestaurant nd a lot tho eat out in Magaluf. Have been here for thesecond time and for sure will be back for the third. First were in trhtorrenova but atlantic is much better in our opinion. All was great andvalue for the money payed! =)

Review 15：When booked hotel it was meant to be £494 when got to hotel it was £537 I didn't have enough money to pay for it staff just acted like she didn't understand what I was saying I asked can I pay on card and rest in cash but she couldn't do that had to get family to wire money over to make it up still don't understand why I had to pay extra also the staff at bar and pool bar weren't pleasant at all and food wasn't to nice either

Review 18：Location, close to the beach & bars area. The bus station is in front of the hotel, so you can arrive to other beaches or to palma in a short time.The food was pretty good, variety. Nice pool area. Not so noisy as I saw in other comments, I was able to read a book during the day and we had a good sleep during the night.

Review 20：The food is great, in every meal there was a big variaty of food for meat eaters and for vegans also. The entertainment staff were absolutly great, all the time they made you feel great and had alot of stuff that you could do. I was there in an all inclusive deal which was really great, the bar staff were nice and anything you asked for you got it. also I would like to point out the snack bar which was really helpful if you missed one of the meals and the guy that worked there (I think his name was baba or something like .that) was really really nice. This is a great hotel for families and also for youngsters that want to party and still get some sleep at night. really quiet hotel the hotel is only 5 minutes away from the beach and like 8 minutes away from the strip which was really great.

Review 21：Hotel with no room service After paying for an all inc rate we had to pay for internet per device ; cocktails were not included, if you need an iron you have to pay, crisps from the bar you have to pay, ... Where is the all inclusive thing here?? We had our honeymoon and not even a rose was left in the room. Some of the staff very unprofessional. Very disappointed with the hotel.

Review 40：I didn't like that the was no free wifi available in the room, it was only available in the small area on the ground floor inside the hotel. Moreover, it was difficult to connect and if was quite slow service still. Hotel should really address this problem. Also, with the half board there was no drinks included! We could NOT have a glass of water with our meal! That was really inconvenient for us, as we were from UK where free water is available in every restaurant...

Review 41：I loved that a hotel had an entertainment team that would run different activities through out the day. U can never be bored. They were really friendly, professional and speaking number of languages!

Review 42：Ants were in our room, food was not pleasant, very loud in the room. You can hear the performers by the pool at night and slamming of doors all over the hotel. Mold in the bathroom. Only wifi available was in the lounge and if you want to purchase you can't get a code to do so.

Review 51：The main advantage of the hotel is location. It will take about 2-3 minutes to get to the beach or city center by foot. But at night you can sleep in silence because hotel is enough far from noisy parties.

Screaming and yelling constantly. Eaven reading a book in the room with closed doors was difficult - pool area played techno from 10am until 12pm. Very load!!! Worst hotel experience ever - Dont go here!!!!!!!!!

Review 62：Worst holliday ever!!! Hotel was full of teenagers and partyanimals 24 hours a day. Police came several times due to unruly guests. Drugs and alcohol was abused and guests were fighting, screaming. Did not sleep for three nights. Unfrirndliest staff ever!! Old man when entering restaurant was rude and impolite made us feel like criminals. When we ate he was constantly rounfing our table and watching us! Terrible feeling I almost lost my apetite and rushed from the restaurant!! Hotel located in brittish "party" area of Magaluf. Eaven reading a book in the room with closed doors was impossible since hotel played techno music loudly by the poolarea from 10 am until 12 pm. Awful stay and worst holliday ever!! Dont go here!!!!! We read the rewiews before and it said family friendly????!!!!

Review 63：Most of the meats for the evening meal were boiled, whether that was the correct method of cooking or not. It meant that most times the meat was very bland. The TV channel choice is the worst I have ever suffered on holiday. The only English speaking channels were BBC World News and Sky News.

Review 64：The location was very good, in a quiet part of Magaluf but only a short walk from the nightlife and shops. The hotel and its pool and gardens were clean and tidy and in good repair. Meal timings were spread over 2-3 hours so there was never any queuing. Breakfasts were excellent. Evening meals had lots of choice with plenty of fresh salads.
