Review 1：Many foreigners, who don't read French, don't understand that the owners are ECO-friendly and, for example, change your towels or linens upon your request (as written in the brochure) and therefore such guests complain about not changed towels and give poor votes to this nice hotel. I suggest the owners to express their policy in other languages and not to hide the leaflet inside the brochure but expose it in a more visible place.
Review 2：It corresponds to my expectations of a 3-star hotel.
Review 3：The man, who I think is one of the owners, was very helpful. We were visiting friends in town and he allowed us to leave our rental car in the lot and held our bags while we visited our friends after checkout. The room was clean and simple - just what we needed. I adored the "vintage" bathroom.

Review 5：This is a little hotel between the city center and beach. The very lovely couple are the owners of this hotel. They are very friendly and help kindly solving any difficulties. Room is normal size and has a big balcony. We had all the conveniences in the room except the refrigerator. It is on the ground floor near the reception.
Review 6：We were given lots of help with our luggage (which had become a bit much due to buying so many presents and souvenirs). This place is not too far from the station, and an easy walk to shops and the beach. We walked everywhere, including to Renoir house/museum, and the beach. It is close to the Hippodrome for those who are interested. We caught the bus 400 to St Paul de Vence. It is not far from Nice Airport so very convenient.
Review 7：- the breakfast is not self-service; however, you can express your wishes and the food is not limited, but for me the self-service is more convenient; - they do not have the restaurant (where you can eat the dinner, but you have to go to eat outside).

Review 12：In décor, this is your classic French hotel. It's not luxury but it's very comfortable. One of the few hotels where AC actually works. I'm sure there is a variation on rooms but on the 3rd floor I had a huge balcony with table and lounge chair. Bed was comfortable, sleep quality high and easy walking distance to beach and shops. I've stayed in other hotels nearby and they are way overpriced for what you get. This is priced correctly.

Review 14：Stayed for one night as part of a tour of Nice. Chose this for convenient for commuting taffic. About 5 mins walk to seaside and 2 mins walk to the restaurant where you can get a lot of eating choices . Hotel is very new so all areas and room was clean and new looking. Large room with modern bathroom etc, flat screen TV with the usual options. An experience we might repeat in the future.

Review 45：Very friendly family hotel! Very good location - 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the train station. The beach in this area is not so crowded as in Nice. The room was with big terrace which was very comfortable. It was real pleasure to be there!

Review 48：- We where put in a room on the second floor, next to a family that made noise all night. Because there is no one at the reception during the night we had no one to complain to. In the morning we told the manager about it and she immediately moved us to a room on the third floor. - Shower has no curtains so the bathroom floor gets wet. - The Wifi was good on the 2nd floor but very weak on the 3rd.
Review 49：- They had an option of a small breakfast for just 5 EUR which included juice, coffee, bread, butter and jam. This was enough for us. - The staff was friendly and helpful. - The location is right next to a police station. - Free parking. - Balcony.
Review 50：Everything. Quiet place. 7 min by food from the beach and Promenade, 2 min from Spar and downtown, 5 min from railway station Cagnes sur Mer. Coming late for check-in is not fatal if declared before 8PM one would be supplied with the information how to get in and to pick a key room

Review 52：Great location. Midway between the beach and the mideveal village ofHaut de Cagnes, a 10-15 walk in either direction. Very friendly andhelpful staff. I speak minimal French but the lady at the desk wasfluent in English and the gentleman spoke more than a few necessarywords. Both were very pleasant and knowledgable.

Review 54：Florence the owner manager was very cheerful and helpful. The location was perfect for us because we needed to be in Cannes for the film festival but also wanted to sight see. Being so close to the train and bus stations made our visit wonderful. We had a great time and again I must say Florence was so hospitable. Also we had a gorgeous view of the castle from our large patio.

Review 69：Nice, family-run hotel, a bit older, but very clean, good location, nicebalcony, very friendly stuff. Hotel is easy to reach by bus lines 400 or500 from the airport (dont take the taxi, very expensive on the cote-d'azur, 40 euro from the airport to the hotel, which is ca. 5kilometers, bus costs 1 euro from airport to the hotel).
