Review 3：Hotel called me to explain about retrieving the key after reception closed. I liked that they anticipated and contacted me about this.

Review 6：The place was perfect for our Ice Hockey team that stayed there overnight on a Saturday in order to get a good night's rest for our 2-day tournament! The owner was really nice and did a fantastic job providing 1st class service. The PUCKERS from Luxembourg WON the tournament in Charleville-Meziers!!!!!
Review 7：Externally in need of maintenance...a coat of paint. Toilet seat fixing broke largely because the pan is too close to the wall.Wasn't replaced during our stay.
