Review 3：The music was a bit dated but being near the end of season the hotel had a lot of older guests. Breakfast wasn't very nice need proper bacon and better cooked sausages. And bar should stay open till midnight.

It is very clean and the staff are all really friendly. Food is buffet style - nice but repetitive as in most hotels now. I would not hesitate to book to stay there again.

Review 18：Visited September. Close to Magaluf and Palma Nova nightlife, restaurants and Magaluf strip for the younger travellers. Loved the friendly staff. All very helpful and smiley. Food and variety was good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Went for premium room which had sea view, tea making facilities and safe. About 5 English channels on TV (BBC1 on 880 and ITV on 887) which is good as most hotels do not have this choice. Great swimming pool wasn't rough or noisy when we were there and everyone young and older seemed to enjoy the lovely fun atmosphere by the pool and the pool games. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again. Thank you Hotel Samos.

Review 20：We had Maid service everyday throughout our 5 day stay.clean towels, bed made and room cleaned. Food plentiful and had a variety and was delicious. Plenty of sun beds to lounge on. Staff were very very polite and obviously valued the customer. Security looked at your wrist bands descretly as everyone entered to make sure you were staying there. Once in your room with the doors closed you couldn't hear any noise from outside. Had aircon. We requested a sea view which we got. Fantastic location to everything few mi utes walk from what ever you like.Definitely would return.

Review 31：Originally I book just breakfast then upgraded to all inclusive thinking it would save money both on food and alcohol. Worse choice Ive every made. over the 4 days and 5nights i was there. I only had breakfast 2times (partly due to being hungover) which was good/ok. Lunch and dinner worse ive ever eaten, Ive been to few all inclusive before this tops it as my worse. Dont even mention the alcohol all watered down. Beer was probably the best option (still watered down). So called cleaners there was bits left on the floor the whole time of my stay. they would change the towels but not actually clean The hotel is nice, but the food a big let down. they really need to work ways of improving this as food and drink are THE most important things when being on holiday.

Review 32：The location was good easy accessible to everything. 2mins from the strip . Pool area was nice. room size was good. Staff was helpful although cleaners dont understand what you are saying considering a large British customer base. The price for the room was fair.

Review 33：Food was the worst I ever tried, only a couple of dishes could be saved (barely) from the wide buffet. Could be fine for English but for Italian is not even close to be acceptable.

Review 45：The first 3 nights I think there was a big group or something but they were making so much noise in the hallway, screaming, running and banging on doors. It lasted to about 6am maybe, we thought okay we knew we are staying at a party hotel and we always could sleep through the noise. When we had three days left we sat out on the balcony in our friends room listening to music, it was just about 12:20 in the evening and someone starting banging hard on the door, really loud. We thought ohh annoying hotel guests leave us alone, and we didn't answer. So the banging gets harder and we decide to go to the door. There he is, the most rude staff member I have ever spoken with. He was so angry I thought he would bite my head off! He did not start off my giving us a warning about the music we were playing, we had no idea we couldn't play after 12, because there was always music and loud noises in the hallway most of the nights. But this man was so rude, I can't even. He even took our music dock like we were children, another staff member came and was pretty angry with him and told him to leave, very understandable! He was so incredibly unprofessional. I think it's just funny that we literally got yelled at for playing music after 12, without getting a warning to turn it off or anything. >>> Don't pay extra for WIFI, it barely works.

Review 46：Our overall stay was good, the reception staff were wonderful! Pool area very nice, always a dj playing (which got pretty tiring though because everything always sooo remixed) but fun though. Not many rules applied at the pool :) We loved the maids, we always got up at about 11-12 pm and they always waited patiently to clean the room, one day though she just got in and cleaned the room while we were trying to sleep, but we just thought that was funny..

Review 47：Extremely bad Wi-Fi at my room, i paid 5 euro per day and reception did not seem to care one bit to fix it. I complained the first 1-2 days then i gave up. I specifically ordered wifi to use social media and upload pictures\videos to friends and family but i had to give up. Even in the lobby, the reception was very bad and the internet connection was randomly disconnecting.

Review 48：Next to BCM square and where everything happens! Very friendly cleaning staff! The room was also above average with a nice bathroom and flatscreen TV with tons of channels you can watch from the bed when you need to "dry up" :)

Review 69：We went on a all inclusive package which included Wifi but it did not work on any of our devices either in the pool/restaurant area or in our room, the free wifi did not work for a couple of days and when it did it was just for 30 mnts.

Review 71：Our bank cards were skimmed and it was definitely the pass machine just outside the hotel gate. We all had to cancel our cards but luckily we had enough cash on us

Review 81：First of all, I must say that I'm not the complaning type and havealways been happy with Booking.com over the years. But I am taking mytime for the first time ever to review this hotel because people need tosee this : the room they gave us had nothing to do with the room shownin the picture : you may notice that for any room you choose, the samepicture is shown. I'm warning you : do not be fooled by it (I doubtthey have such a room...). The actual one has a small balcony, partialsea view (you mostly see the construction site), is a lot smaller,etc... Anyway, you have been warned - do not raise your expectations.Finally, no hanging "Do not disturb card", so you have to tell each morning to the cleaning lady not to enter, after which she will still keep on changing the thrash, and chatting while keeping your door room open... If you are a group of friends, this hotel will do fine. If you are a couple wanting to have some quality time, FORGET IT. I hope this comment will prevent partially ruining some people's vacations.

Review 118：The staff at the hotel were rude, unhelpful, abrupt and unreasonable. I had a friend leave and another one arrive, we went out till early hours of the morning and they wouldn't let my friend back up to the room, they refused to take the passport and extra money for a new room. We slept on the beach and I was woken by someone trying to steal my purse. The breakfast was stone cold and quality was disgusting. People next door to us had food poisoning and you could hear them vomiting and going to the bathroom through the wall. We paid for wifi which was terrible, you couldn't get it from the room. Do not bother or waste your money you will be extremely disappointed.

Review 120：Staff was great friendly and professional. Atmosphere at the hotel very family oriented. Kitchen delectable and varied. Every gourmet will find something for themselves. For those who love the hotel offers a variety of fun activities organized by profesonalne and very nice ladies animators, both in the form of water sports and evening entertainment such as concerts with artists from different parts of the world. The music is also different every night. The hotel offers rock music as well as Irish or disco. You can not get bored. For those who prefer a quieter spend time or more intellectually organized games and quizzes. Winners will receive great prizes: D) The hotel also has an excellent location close to the sea also close to the main entertainment Magaluf: discos, clubs and pubs. If someone likes to explore the city and the island close to the hotel is a public transport stop where the bus lines 104,106,107 and 108 can be in a short time to get to Palma de Mallorca which is the capital and largest city of the Balearic Islands and the island of Mallorca, the beautiful and rich in various kinds of buildings worth seeing and visit. Review 123：Everything was great hotel and great location.. All age groups there and the hotel put older people and couples on top floors and young ones on the bottom works out perfect.. Staff always happy to help

Review 124：Some staff were lovely but other staff were just rude. We were all inclusive yet some drinks like hot chocolate, orange juice and tequila shots were not included. So we had to pay 50% of the normal price. This was fair enough, but when we asked for this and said we could pay to certain staff members were we there for like 5 minutes telling the staff that we can actually pay for the drinks, and they just had too much attitude. There was a one drink maximum per person. So it was very annoying when each of the guests had to get up to go to the bar one by one. Some staff were friendly enough to allow you two drinks when they can see you with your friend, but other staff were very strict. So inconsistency with customer service was the main down fall. Wifi was absolutely rubbish. You could only get free wifi in the inside bar. However even the reception was rubbish. Had to sit in specific places for it to work. There was an option to pay 5 euros a day for the wifi in the entire hotel. However this did not work either. And the staff on reception response was "your phone must be broken". But it was not, as my friend on a different network and another guest also on a different with a different phone had the same problem. The rooms only have 2 plug sockets. One in the main bedroom next to the bed and one in the bathroom. So if you want to charge your phone at the same time as your travelling buddies, play your ipod docking station, straighten your hair all at the same time...think again! Or I recommend you bring an extension! There seemed to be a drainage problem. The smell in the room was really bad at times. Even when you walk on certain parts of the strip the same smell is around. Not pleasant at all. As there are only 2 lifts and like 8 floors. Get fit and walk up the stairs, otherwise you will be there 5mins waiting for the lift to come down.

Review 125：Excellent location. 2 mins walk to strip, and next door to the main club BCM. Food was lovely. Had the same basics every day i.e. salad, fruit, pasta. However they changed up other food regular. The paella was amazing! Cocktails were good. Rooms were a good size. We were on the 2nd floor so although loud guests it was way more quiet then the upper floors. In reception there were really nice promoters who can advise you on the best places to go and you can buy tickets from them for clubs and boat cruises etc. Other guests were really friendly. Mostly aged between 25-35 from what I could tell.

Review 133：Only 2 power points in the rooms, one by the bed and one in the bathroom which was a struggle with 3 adults sharing. Also no hair dryer. Only aloud one drink per person so we all had to go to the bar individually which is silly. We did however manage to be able to order 2 once the staff got to know us and realize we were taking one for our friend.

Review 134：We had the rooms on the higher floors which had been refurbished. Very clean and modern. Food was great lots of choice. The staff all friendly and smiley even though the bar can get hectic with the all inc. drinks

Review 135：Unfriendly bar and restaurant staf without any smile ( except couple of them ), room's air condition was not proper at all and we never enjoy inside the room as it was so hot all the time, when we ask reception to sort it out they said it is the same as all rooms. The public wifi was terribly slow and almost didn't work. Totally wouldn't recommend.

Review 137：The food was OK for 2 days, because it was always the same. The staff in the restaurant wasn't really friendly and they are absolutely no hard workers. It could take a while to clean the tables. We booked half board (very happy with it, because lunch was again the same as diner last night) but we had to pay for water or cola during diner. 1,5€ for a small glass of water when you can buy a 1,5l bottle for 74c on the other side of the road is really sad.

Review 138：The hotel is in the center of Magaluf. A nice pool and most of the time everything is clean. We also asked for a room on a high floor because of the noise, and although the hotel was fully booked, we got one on the seventh floor.

Review 139：My hubby and I stayed there 7 nights and we really enjoyed it! I can recomend it. Great place. Nice staff Good food, you can always find something to eat. We had the best 1 min steak ever!

Review 140：My friend and i stayed in samos for a week and we absolutely loved it, From check in we had a brill time. Hotel is next door to my favourite nightclub BCM. Located beside so many fab bars this is the location i cudnt have got any better! The room overlooked the pool and was very modern and clean. Food was nice and plenty to choose from so even fussy eaters cant be hungry here! Every day there as poolside entertainment so was good craic! The staff were the happiest and nicest people i ever met. Had us in stitches all the time..Nabil and pedro were little gems. The travel buddy had a desk in the lobby and offered great discounts on all kinds of outings and nightlife.. They too were so nice. I cant recommend this hotel more highly
