Review 1：Amended booking through booking.com asked for 3rd bed, which was agreed by front desk with no chg but didn't know any of this when we arrived, bed still not made when we went to bed,after paying told no children accepted,had to pay an extra 51€ Rooms very backdated, not very clean, not comfortable at all. Asked

Review 2：The false interpretation of Booking.com that this is an adults only place. Does not indicate the fact of all inclusive for a young crowd doing things there would not be allowed to in their home place. Hotel is run down needs total renovation Booking.com did not allow refund. My Email and complain was not handled with urgency. Made phone calls and urgent email to customer service, received note that it will be handled within 7 days. A shame! When you want to leave such place and no urgency is given to the clients request. I have sent a full report by email, including pictures to customer service. Never received an answer back.

Review 3：Horrible - nothing to like there, run down hotel. Reserved one large bed and received a room with 5 small camping beds.

Review 4：our room was tatty and looked tired. Also needs a real good clean. Was very noisy between 2am-7am.

Review 7：Room was basic, food was ok, not fab but could always get something to eat. The hotel is ideal for party people! Magullf ideal for party people! If your looking for a quite holiday this hotel is not for you. Lots of stag doo's going on which made the days at the pool rather amusing! Worth going all inclusive for the drinks and breakfast is fab! If you want to get some sleep ask to be put in the quite hotel when you book in x there are two hotels linked together one has a pool with a dj the other is more of a chill out area! A third pool is in the process of being built and is almost finished x we had an excellent time! The sports bar is great if you want to catch up with the football too!

Review 8：Food wasn't up to much also a little trek to the nightlife. At the bar was only allowed to get one drink at a time.

Review 17：This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the staff were arigantand quite threataning and had my daughter in law and other girls intears. Filthy dirty hole the staff the same. . young girls dont go thereplease. The towels never got changed the room never got cleaned. Viewfrom room was shoes, bras, dirty underwear empty bottles ,condoms alllying on the roofs. Or and the bed were wet il leave that to yourimagination. Hotel from hell

Review 19：Brilliant Party Holiday with the lads, hotel was good and clean. All Inclusive was worth it for the alchol and food was good to, plenty of selection. Round the pool was lively espaecially when the DJ's were playing. Would defo stay again!!!!

Review 20：You have listed this hotel as adults only....it is not. Even on theirown website it states 15years and over. This is not adults. Youths beingsick on reception floor, used condoms in hallways and toilets, 24hrsshouting and abuse, shards of broken glass on bedroom floor, dirtytowels, rusty disgusting bath we couldnt use, uneitable food, youthsrunning round naked or fighting constantly. Lifts broken throwingbottles of balconys onto ground below where people r walking in and out(police called). Because we are a mature couple we couldnt even go thebar without getting a barrage of abuse from the young ones. Pool areawas a def no-no for us we asked to be moved twice to be told it was notpossible! What????? On our way out we were hit with pellet guns, myface, neck, and leg bleeding. Hotel staff then got police again...... Wethought a su have listed this as adults only we were going to have anice relaxing break....what in a youth hostel?????? I paid 496euros for4 days in this hovel. Not at all happy. We had to take our towels and goand sleep on the hill to get an hours peace. 100% disgusted with thewhole booking.

Review 21：There was a lot of men fighting in their rooms at night when we stayedand that was horrendous very frightening to hear and it kept us awakeall night for 2 nights running but that isnt the hotels fault its justthe immature men that were on holiday at that time drinking too much andwanting to fight the world!!!.....
