Review 1：Paying extra for internet. Reception only open at certain times. Had to pay to rent bedding and towels. We took our own towels
Review 2：Nice big family apartment.nice and clean with good facilities. Had to pay for someone to clean the apartment after you leave or you can do it yourself which we did.

Review 7：Sleepless nights awaiting confirmation of reservation. awaiting replies to emails .At times received no reply which I felt very rude and unprofessional ..Upon arrival reception was shut then had to leave a big deposit which left me ill at ease. Also no sheets were included. Had to leave room immaculate but no washing up liquid ect supplied.

Review 9：The room was full with dog although the man on the reception said the room was cleaned in the morning of our arrival. The dishes were very greasy, and actually the complete apartmann was dirty, so we started our vacation with a big cleaning. I don't care if it's Riviera or not, but for this price this hotel could be nicer. Next time, I won't go in this hotel.
Review 10：- Cagnes-Sur-Mer is a nice place, the castle and the old city is beautiful, and our room had a direct view to these. - Because we started our vacation with a big cleaning, we didn't pay for the cleaning at the end. - Underground parking is good!

Review 13：1. the cost of the stay is not what you pay at first but much more than that: you have to pay for bed sheets! you have to pay for towels and if you stay for a week, well you have to pay more if you want a clean one! you have to pay for internet, but be aware if you have two devices well you have to pay double and three triple... and at the end of your stay you have to pay for cleaning and that cleaning does not include the kitchen which you must clean yourself! In reality you end up paying much more than the initial cost and if you add all that to the initial price then you would be comparing apples to apples when booking a place. we paid about 200 euro's more and that would be whether you stay for a day or 5 days. Other than that the place is great , the staff speaks English and are helpful.
Review 14：the facilities of an apartment during a vacation. underground parking is a nice touch but watch getting in and out of the parking garage as it is crazy tight.

There is only one sofa in the 6 person appartement - no place to sit and relax. Parking is not for larger cars. Will not come back.

Review 27：Comfortable accommodation with no frills. Free shuttle to the historic center of Cages-sur-mer and walking distance to Renoir Museum. Bus to Nice takes 30 mins.
Review 28：There was external noise from a car park behind where people gathered toplay cards and drink, we asked the staff to complain to the polce andwhere told to do it ourselves, we agree its outside there control but itwould have been more helpful to us, they admitted they had had othercomplaints from time to time, the reception staff wre simpathectic ,butthe night security man was downright rude and told us to phone policeand he refused to help at all.

Review 32：Beds are extremely hard, ended up with a sore back. Nothing at all in terms of supplies for doing dishes or toilet paper - would be nice to have at least something to get started so we left several rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets for the next people (hopefully they were not taken by the staff). There was no holder for shower so you can actually put it higher and stand under it. Having to bring or pay extra for bedding.
Review 33：Having a well supplied kitchen, balcony was very nice, Location good as easy and quick to get to Nice or small villages in area. Good bedrooms although the one with twin beds had nothing for storage or anywhere to put a suitcase. Pool area was really nice but closed too early for people who are out for most of the day and want to use it after 7pm - most other pools open until at least 9pm.
Review 34：Did not like the fact I got charge £50 after my stay, for the cleaning off the room, there was nothing to clean with ie no cloths or products, which I got from the supermarket. I left the room as was found. There was no member off staff on check out, to go over the room. Very unhappy when I check my bank statement. Must add I was visiting a friend who life's in the town, so only used the room to sleep, no cooking etc. I feel if the hotel are thinking of charging people for cleaning, their used be a member of staff to check over the room with you before check out, not sure what they are looking for.. I travel all over the world and have never heard off any hotel or apartment, working in the way.. Very unhappy. Only one winner. Would rather pay up front, cleaning,bed linen and towels, just add on to the cost off the room, like most.

Review 48：The fact there was no toilet tissue and when asked, they could not help even with a little as we checked in late and could not go to the store to buy some. So we had to go to the hotel public washroom to get some until the next day. I felt like a little kid that had to steel some toilet paper. Poor customer service. No toaster ???? We rented towels and sheets, we did not get a face cloth to wash, had to go and buy some, there is nothing provided to keep the apartment clean, It was very dirty when we checked in, no dish towel to dry nor to wash the dished we had to go and buy some...no cleaning soap for dishes or floors....... Very sad and disappointed.... None of that was mentioned at reservation. Had to request a proper rag to wash floors and the one in the closet was so black and dirty it was disgusting. Such a nice hotel and so close to everything, if a little more effort was made with customer service, this would be a very nice and goo property to recommend to friends and establish loyalty as we definitely want to go back to Cagnes sur mer.

Review 50：Our apartment was not as clean as I had hoped, it really needed a good deep clean, the floors were not swept and there was dust under all the beds. I therefore was unhappy to pay for cleaning after we had left, as I felt it had not been thoroughly cleaned before.

Review 54：We originally booked this hotel because it was close ( or so we thought) to the city of Monaco. As it turns out for all the extra money we ended up spending. We could have simply stayed in the city of Monaco. For the price you'd expect to not need to clean it yourself. If you drive anything larger than a smart car or Mini consider the provided parking space a lost cause. Linen is a cost of 8 euro per week and you didn't learn this until AFTER you get there. The ad was vague on the deposit required (300 Euro I might add). This isn't charged as long as the apartment is clean however,it is also vague as to what degree they expect it to be clean.
Review 55：It was really spacious and the kitchen was fully setup. The cable T.V. wasn't too bad considering we weren't there to stay inside.

We would have preferred not to have a ground floor apartment although we did overlook the front garden which was pretty full of lavender plants.
Review 59：It was very good location. Easily accessible to the beach (20minutes walk), supermarket, bus station very close by. The pool was a plus point. We had all the utensils available to make our food. We also reported the shower was damaged and it was fixed straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

You come at Saturday evening out of reception time, order everything in advance but... get nothing - and then living in empty room till Monday as all supermarkets are closed on Sundays. And no excuses from the hotel. Internet works only at lobby, if you are lucky. Poor noise isolation between floors. We come to Cote d'Azur rather often, and in the same price group you can easily find much, much better hotels.
