Review 1：Guy in the SPA is around too often. It gives you the feeling that you are either not welcomed there or he is observing you too much.

Review 2：Great customer service, delicious food in the restaurant, beautiful & clean rooms with geat view on the mountains.

Review 3：Restaurant is a little old-fashioned. Our breakfast wasn't perfect (but the dinner and their house-wine were great). The swimming-pool is not modern.

Review 8：We've fallen in love with this hotel!!! It was the most romantic place in mountains which we've ever seen! Especially their huge amazing fireplace in the bar with good wine and live piano music! And for sure many compliments to their Chef, his cuisine was on the highest level! The hotel is highly recommended!!!

Review 9：Breakfast was very simple but with champagne :) We couldn't order a massage because everything was fully booked by guests from another hotels.

Review 10：The hotel is situated in the greatest place in Mayrhofen-Hippach ski area. It took us just two minutes to get to ski lift to Penken. The room was modern and extremely clean with a mountain view. As we understood the staff in the hotel was new but all of them were very helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant was just perfect, our compliments to Chef.

Review 14：Friendly and always helpful staff, which even picked us up from the train station on arrival. 3 till 5:30 o'clock quick snack was a great idea when you came back from skiing and were just a little hungry. Wednesday night (exclusive) dinner was beautifully harmonised with a live harp player. Ski lift bus transport stopped directly in front of the hotel.

Review 17：The balcony could be a little small in the summer but there is plenty ofoutdoor space. The biggest downside to this hotel, and a serious onewhich would put us off returning, is that in the evening the bar isSmoking. Very unpleasant and it permeates the whole hotel. Theyapparently do a "locked doors" policy after 10pm to allowhotel guests to smoke which is a bit ironic considering the name of thehotel as Life and Spa.....There are a lot of Russians and EasternEuropeans there which might explain it. It is a pity as it really letsthe hotel down. There was no cheese on the dessert option which wouldhave been nice.

Review 18：We requested a panorama suite Alpenrausch which was met by the hotel.The room is beautiful and well designed with huge windows overlookingthe mountains. The bathroom is very modern and comfortable. Spa gownsand baskets are provided which is very useful. The food on the halfboard menu was ok. The afternoon snack is a nice touch. The salad buffetis generous and the fish we had was very well cooked. Breakfast isexcellent and on the day of departure they provide a little loaf ofbread to take home which is a nice touch. The swimming pool is veryclean and pleasant, as are the other spa areas. Staff are very friendlyand welcoming.
