Review 1：Did not have a BAD experience, but wished they had a lift. The staff went out of their way to help with luggage.

Review 2：The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location is quiet and away from traffic noise. The hotel is in a rural and beautiful facility.

Review 3：We were disappointed about the closure at 10:30 pm of doors from hotel onto the beautiful terrace, although recognise this may be a seasonal thing. It's also worth pointing out that the hotel is some distance from the town and taxis are impossible to get.

Review 10：We booked a double comfort room “with a view of the park or the orchard” (according to our confirmation). However there were no comfort and no view. First we were given a room on the ground floor, dark as cave, without a window, but with a glass door facing a passage between buildings. When we protested we got a room on a 2-nd floor with a window completely blocked by the huge fig tree, without any view, let alone a park or an orchard. There was practically no furniture in the room besides a double bed, not even a chair. Just an additional single bed and small wardrobe; not a single hook in the bathroom; a hand held shower wrapped around the tub spout without a mounting. The room did not match the photos on the booking.com site. The road leading to the hotel was so narrow that when two vehicles met on it, one had to back out for a long distance. The pool was very cold and not a single person used it on a very warm day.

Review 14：Rooms are not soundproof. One can hear the other guest flushing the toilet or taking a shower in another room. You will hear everything from the corridor outside of your room. Be ready the orhers will hear every sound from your room as well

Review 32：Considering it was the last weekend of August the place felt as if itwas closing up for the winter. There was just a general lack of efforton the part of the staff. The pool area could be lovely but no oneseemed to have made the rounds there for a few weeks, no towels nocushions on loungers, no one had swept the changing area for a few weeksso there was piles of leaves everywhere. The room itself was small butcomfortable and what we had paid for, but again just a lack of effort onmaking it presentable. We didnt eat there but had a drink and servicewas ok but again just lack of effort made it passable at best, the bararea was dreary and lacked any charm. A nice smile a clean bar and asmall bowl of nibbles would have made all the difference. A ok placethat could be great with a little more effort

Review 34：A real nightmare...verry dirty surrounding,awful pool(never cleaned?),room and bath from 70-ties,old,noisy aircondition.Three stars hotel????the biggest joke in Provence,2 stars is too much for this place.If you like to pay 120 €/night for nothing,than good luck.Since 15 years,we enjoyed to stay in many great places in Provence,but never saw something like this before.Never more...

Review 35：Everything about the place itself was very pleasing but we had trouble finding it which was a bit of a nuisance especially as we were on bicycles. Perhaps the 'Isle sur la sourge' address could be made a bit clearer. We were expecting it to be in the actual town.
