Review 3：Went out of season therefore could have done with entertainment ie. bowls, shuffleboard.They had one night bingo but compare did not make effort to get punters to join in, enough seating area but as the environment was too noisy was unable to join in (noisy stag)

Review 5：The biggest problem we have faced was drinking water problem. Water is only available in Vending machine. We stayed 3 days but all the time water was not available in the machine. When I filed the complained to receptionist she said, you can buy the drinking water from Bar or the supermarket shop (Located in -1 floor). Really not understand If you feeling thirsty in late night or early morning you must to wait until BAR or Supermarket shop open.

Review 6：The hotel is on uphill. As we didnt had a car had to climbed upto hotel everyday. The room had twins beds instead of single Queensize bed. The rooms are partitioned by wooden wall and sound passed the other room causing discomfort. The cleaning even though daily is not upto good quality.

Review 12：Indoor spa looked very grotty, pool water extremist murky....and looked like it hadn't been used for months. Within an hour of eaten the room and kitchen was overrun by ants. I was expecting it though as almost every review mentioned it! Though there were a lot!!

Review 13：Balcony size and size of room very big. TV was excellent quality also. Outdoor pool area very big and pool cold but refreshing. Bedding also clean and up to date unlike a lot of other Magaluf hotels.

Review 14：we didnt like at all that the ticket to get into the room didnt work properly. that the safe had to be reopened even thought the number we did correct but wasnt believed. the cold. the jacuzzi not so clean the water we think. but the shower didnt work properly in room 418.but thats all and we had no problem with it.

Review 16：Our reserved (confirmed and pre-paid) family apartment was not available due to overbooking. Don't know if it was fault of the hotel or booking.com. After a long debate, we had to stay in two separated double rooms. Though we got compensed some way. The cleanliness of the indoor swimming pool area is at least questionable. The dishes in the restaurant were not so clean either.

Review 21：First, it has a very good location. Near the hotel - bus station (about 45 mins to get to Palma and about 1h 15 min to airport), in 200 meters - sea. In its surroundings there are a lot of bars, rent service offices, supermarket with wide choice of fresh fruits, vegetables and other food. Second, it has an amasing facilities. The hotel has its own pool, SPA area, even supermarket, each room has its own kitchen. And of cause, wonderful sea view from balcony.

Review 23：I really enjoyed to stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff, hotel is clean. Our children enjoyed the indoor pool but I think the room was overheated. Perfect location with walking distance to everything! Beautiful beach! Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, bikes hire, car rentals all you need! This hotel may not be good in the summer season for families with children but for young people who like to parties till morning. We went in end of October so it was great more quiet and bargain!

Review 26：Great location and surprisingly quiet considering how close to the strip it is. Out the back stairs you're on the Magaluf strip, out the front door for a quieter night in Palmanova. Would definitely return.

Review 33：It wasn't very clean at all, unclean sheets, hair everywhere, dirty pillow covers. Beds were very uncomfortable, if u dont like loud places then avoid this hotel. We could hear partying noises and screaming till 4-5 am...also the hotel plays loud club music all day at the poolside which we could hear in the rooms. We dont mind rooms that are a not rennovated but at least there should be no hair on the bedsheets and it should be clean as well as they should offer comfortable beds with good mattresses. It takes very little effort to improve the quality and comfort by a lot but many big hotels simply dont seem to care these days.

Wentback at 2, dragged cases up to room which was on main road with shadedbalcony. Went back down to explain we had booked sea room. Guy atreception said we hadn'T. Went back up to room to get confirmationof sea view. Guy at reception said that I need to take it up withbooking.com because they never forwarded this detail on to them. Stoodthere for 20 minutes arguing until he rang cleaner to sort a room withsea view. Waited another hour to get into a room!!

Review 54：We went here as it was a spa but when we got there the spa was getting done up so was closed for the whole time we were there. This was one of the reasons we picked this hotel for our stay. So we're a bit annoyed at this.

Review 74：Upon checking a different booking came down to reception to change rooms because that had a superior room that had bugs crawling on their curtains, no wifi even though my room was wifi included, bed were hard, and the inside pool had unstable flooring and the jacuzzi surrounded by ants on the floor. It was literally a 5 min walk from everything and perfect for our requirements. The pool was really big with plenty of sun loungers and a good cheap bar. Indoor pool was good too.

Review 86：if you are looking for a loud, dirty and really smeary hotel with young drunkheads all over the place this is the place to be. our kids came back with lice (piojos) due to the fact that they did not even replace the bedsheets between guests and as the people booking this hotel are what they are it is almost understandable. kitchen equipment was very very basic and the beds should not be called as such. guess the water in the inside pool could kill a healthy person.

Review 88：Upon arrival I was told I didn't have a meal plan even though it stated in my booking that breakfast was included. The gir said I hadn't paid for it even though I have I was unable to go for breakfast for the entire 4 days of my trip even though I have definitely paid for it and have it on email as proof so very dissapointed I spent so much money on food when I had pre paid for breakfast for 2 people. I'm really angry About it. The staff didn't care they just said I didn't have a meal plan on their system. Other guests would run around and bang on the doors day && night.over priced not value for money at all especially considering I was robbed of my meal plan.wifi didn't work in the room.

Review 98：Vista sol was a great location & good value for money. Staff friendly, as we travelled in the off peak season it was pretty quiet. Pool area was nice with lots of sun beds. Room was fine, balcony door didn't lock which was attended to straight away however we still had to use a knife to open & close the lock as the mechanism was really stiff. Microwave didn't spin but still heated food, no tea towel. Beds were a bit sunken. Walls paper thin, unfortunately we had a Spanish couple staying next to use who loved to yell & fight at 4am & then 11am. Called security who responded well & it seems they were going the next night. Overall I would stay here again because of the location, pool & value for money. Note the free wifi can be used on one device only & it costs to use the safe deposit box in your room.

Review 112：The breakfast was very basic but adequate. Same everyday... There is no personal touch e.g. I asked for a soft boiled egg on one occasion and was almost laughed at.. The balconies over looked each other so privacy was non existent . Some noise during the night but that's due to the type of resort and clientele at this time of year.
