Review 1：Evening meal was NOT value for money and the food was far from great. It was cheap food with very little choice. Hotel was very tired and required a refurb

Review 9：The staff was not service minded - seldom have I been treated so badly! First we were sent twice to a dirty room and then we were asked to wait for a too long time before the room was ready! During breakfast we were asked to change table while eating - without any reason! Finally the beach was amazingly dirty from all the platics floating in from offshore! I expected more from a 4 star hotel

Review 10：Safe didn't work in room and wasn't fixed. The Spa wasnt open and therefore in able to be booked for any of the time I was there. Most importantly the noise and disruption overnight on the second night due to a teenage school party having been spread out across the floor and in adjacent rooms was awful. Reported it to reception but had to deal with it myself, not pleasant and unacceptable not to be able to sleep. No mention of any of the problems at checkout which is very disappointing.

Review 12：Without car, it was nearly impossible to go anywhere since the hotel is pretty isolated. The pool was shutted down due to the wedding. Congrats to them, but I would love to enjoy my vacation in the pool. Confused with 2 rocky and noisy double beds with a mature couple....... Pretty weird to sleep in one bed and leave the other one empty.....

Review 18：Pools full of kids and very strong chlorine content tho this was probably necessary! Beach had sewerage smell around it, bathroom fixtures just hanging on the wall and no more! Breakfast room a real fight, needs to run later to cope with the numbers of people there.

Review 20：Moskitos in room, they penetrat inside through ventilation. Need put mosquito nets fan output.On last night the wedding took place and it was very loud, we almost did nott sleep this night. The music in hall behind recepcion was to loud, it is inposible stay there longer time and it is inposible to comunicate with friends and staff.

Review 22：The pools were small for the size of the hotel.Full of children in summer holidays. The nearly private beach for the hotel is quite small and its difficult to acess other beaches nearby.-The no parking directly in front of the hotel is not clear and can land you with a parking fine!

Review 30：Mosquitos everywhere. Dead Mosquitos on walls and ceiling. Not what you expect to see in a four star hotel. There was no wifi in the hotel except the lobby area which didn't always work. No room service facility or restaurants (except the one)

Review 32：The hotel looks very old and needs urgent renovation. Don't go as a couple, this is a 100% family orientated hotel with millions of children running around all over the hotel and its premisses. Impossible to access any of the pools as they are totally overcrowded. The beach is nothing special, it looks man-made, but not necessarily in a good way. The food is very average. I chose for Full Board, which is easy but after a couple of days, you have enough of the food, its pretty monotonous. Also, it doesn't include any kind of beverage, not even water so be prepared to spend extra cash on soft -and alcoholic drinks. Also, since the hotel is so busy, the restaurant staff has a hard time following and cleaning up table and setting them up again. Service is very average but the staff members very friendly. The outside temperatures can easily exceed 30 degrees Celsius in summer and the hotels air conditioning is not working well, so sleeping can be difficult as the bedroom too hot. I didn't meet the General Manager or Hotel Manager once during the stay, which is not good. It makes me think that this property probably doesn't have a GM or HM, which clearly is being reflected in the overall service levels of the hotel. It clearly lacks visible Management. What shocked me a bit was the fact that I was asking for an iron and ironing board at the reception and the answer was clearly no, we don't offer iron and iron boards, like my question was almost stupid. Instead I had to give my shirt to their housekeeping and was charged.

Review 33：The hotel is only about 1,5 hours from Barcelona and easy accessible by train from Barcelona train station. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for money if you chose Full Board. The hotel has basically no foreign guests, which is nice as you get to meet many lovely Spanish guests, which adds to your cultural experience whilst travelling to beautiful Spain. Be aware, the staff barely speaks English or any other foreign language so its helpful if you can speak a couple of Spanish words. The nicest person surely is Ms. Isabel from the pool bar, always there to help with a great smile. Muchas Gracias Isabel!

Review 66：Hotel is 10 km away from a nuclear power station. The rooms were dirty, full of ants and mosquitos. Extremely bad, almost always frozen and precooked food at the restaurant. Very bad behaviour of the cleaning staff and the waiters. Overcrowded swimming pool, very dirty toilets at the bar, the sea was often very dirty with plastic bags. Very noisy night festivities until later than midnight, perfectly heard from every singe room!
