Review 1：The hotel could be better sign posted .The beds could be better.

Review 2：The hotel is in a lovely position, beautiful gardens all around.Many palms in around the courtyard pools .Very good breakfast with lots of choice .Friendly & helpful staff.

Review 3：Unfriendly staff. Did not have internet claiming it need to be fixed. The booking. Com website showed 3 sinle bed as alternative but the staff said no such a thing. He said all their beds are two beds in each room although we booked for 2 adults and two children and chose the 3 single beds as a choice.

Review 8：2015 and no ok working wifi at hotell with 4 stars, just one hour free down at reception and so bad wifi that you can not read news ok! Not ok!!

Review 9：First things first! I had major difficulties in trying to pay for our accommodation on line with their their 'platform payment'. This was very stressful with all the tooing and frowing of emails. We tried different cards, partners cards, etc. But to no avail. I eventually had a lovely person from HQ trying to help me but still no success.The hotel threatened to cancel my booking. This was added pressure as we had Wedding venue viewings booked in that area.Anyhow, I ended up having to take an afternoon off to go into my bank to do a bank transfer which I might add cost me £30 administration fees which was an added extra to the booking amount.I paid, scanned over the document and what a relief! However, my gut feeling told me to double check my booking what with all the drama in trying to pay, threatening to cancel, etc. I rang booking.com and would you believe they did cancel my booking even after paying over €300!!To prove to booking.com my payment and drama of trying to pay - I had to forward all my correspondence of at least 40 emails! They were happy with this and reinstated my booking!We arrived at 2am to the Hotel with a wonderful night Receptionist to greet us. He was very friendly and helpful. However, as you would imagine, there was a problem with our booking! Not what you need at 2am with the long journey of 9 hours, door to door and a full days work too! The lovely gentlemen gave us our key and said we must return to reception in the morning to collect our passports and sort out the booking.We had a lovely sleep, had our breakfast and proceeded to Reception to collect our passports and sort out the booking. Well, we were approached by the most arrogant, un-helpful Receptionist I have ever come across, in a Hotel! She clearly should not be in that job!!Anyhow, she preceded to tell me that I owed €35 extra on my booking. Well, as you can imagine - not a good start!! I said "you are joking".

Review 11：Fantastic infinity pool and despite the hotel being full there were plenty of sun loungers available. Quality of food was good and service in the restaurant area was pleasant and efficient. Relaxing atmosphere in hotel. Good location with wonderful views across the mediterranean.
