Review 1：Overall very pleased! Some seas wee a little tired eg chipped glass table in reception and few tiles off in different areas of the spa but we loved it.

Review 5：The staff were very friendly indeed- we were made to feel very welcome and special- they discovered it was our wedding anniversary and sent a welcome bottle of bubbly to our room. Each person who had any dealings with us at all was extremely friendly. Breakfast was really delicious- very varied- something for everyone.

Review 10：Stayed in the corner and junior suites. The design and convenience of both rooms are average. Had to cope with canalization smell coming through the bath, sink and bidet (all of them lack syphons due to modest construction quality). If you travel with kids be aware that the SPA area is open for them only from 10 till 12 a.m. which was an unpleasant surprise for us especially after we have doublechecked this matter with the hotel by email in advance and were asured that children are allowed without any restrictions.

Review 12：The head massage was painful and didn't enjoy it at all. She pulled some of my hair out by accident. Wasn't relaxing. Also there was 2 extra receipts in our bill which weren't ours. And someone signed our name and room number. Need better ID when giving room number for drinks and food etc.

Review 13：The staff were friendly and welcoming. They met all our needs. Made our room twice a day with bottles of water before bed. The corner room was fantastic with amazing views. A real relaxing hotel and spa. Very spacious and nice decor. The pool was lovely and everything was clean. Would defiantly recommend this place.

Review 16：We were promised a room with the best sea view and were instead given a room with a view of a parking lot.. They then gave us a room with a partial sea view on the first floor.. The room was so average for the price that we paid. (700 euros per night).. When we complained to the manager, all she could do was nod with a blank face and do nothing about it... When we suggested checking out without a cancellation fee she refused claiming it is hotel policy... In fact when we were checking out , we saw another person complain to her about the way they have been treated by the hotel. His exact words were "it is disgusting"! And the manager's response was "these are the rules of the hotel!".. She seriously sounds like a broken record!! I have been spending holidays in Ibiza for he past 15 years and I can say that this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Not to mention the food which was the worst I had ever tasted.. We ordered a simple cheese sandwich at night and they brought us a pre-made sandwich (apparently this 5 star hotel does not have the facility to make a fresh cheese sandwich).. It tasted so bad that we had to return it.. In summary this place is trying to be something it isn't.. They know nothing about customer service. They're all about making money..

Review 21：The fact that a Junior Suite is not a suite and does not have a livingroom, it has an area with sofa. Never known this before and feelmisrepresenting in the website. Feel we should be reimbursed but due tocircumstances will not take this further. The food on the terracelunchtime was awful. And over heard 2 other people complaining. Servicethere was poor also. No where near enough loungers around the pool.Plenty of space but always packed.

Review 31：The hotel was a little oasis away from the craziness of Ibiza. The ground pool was beautiful with a ton of shaded loungers and the roof top pool offered a very different scene with the DJ and bar. No day was complete without a visit to the spa!

Review 40：The hotel was very well located, far from the party drag of Ibiza. This hotel had excellent facilities, the room was great (corner room 330 with a lovely view of the see and yacht marina). Food was good, breakfast great. Spa area was nice, there were some little glitches with equipment in the gym though. Spa services were very good. Overall, the staff was lovely, they also ensured I could use all hotel facilities and had a shower room to use in the evening before my departure, although I checked out at noon of the same day. That was fabulous.

Review 41：Amazing hotel and facilities. Lovely staff who were so helpful and friendly, especially Marco, Carlos and Alison on reception! Had an amazing facial by Maria! She was lovely and left me feeling all floaty. Food good and lots of choice at breakfast. Stunning room and nice comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!

Review 42：Sadly, I didn't think that the hotel was worthy of the 5 star status. There were many good things about this hotel but I would rate it more of a 4 star experience.

Review 43：There was a mixture on the friendliness of staff...most staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly let down by some that weren't. Breakfast was excellent but the rest of the food could be a little hit and miss. Perhaps, as we were so early in the season the full time chef was not always there?

Review 56：On arrival we were greeted by concierge who took our bags & handed over a glass of champagne, we checked in without having to give our name. The staff at the hotel were amazing, coming from a hotel background myself I have high expectations and they certainly met them. Food is amazing, the spa is out of this world and we received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite which overlooked the harbour, pools and sea.... amazing!

Review 57：The waiting staff were poor, staff at breakfast argued in front of us, the pool restaurant service was super slow and we watched as 8 groups of guests went to sit on a chair (in the rooftop bar) that was wet and yet no staff stopped them despite me pointing out that it would be good service to alert guests before they sat down. The technology in the room was so high spec we struggled with it.

Review 58：Room was spacious, super clean. The rooftop bar was stunning. Reception staff and spa staff were excellent.

Review 59：the hotel needs to decide if its acorperate hotel or a hotel for paying guests.....there were two days and nights when the roof top bar and pool area were closed to guests because of a conference for a company, not really fair to us who had paid for the facilities!! and then those from that conference were around the pool with a lot of drinking, swearing, and taking over the whole areas, not good, and a turn off for people who had come looking for a nice hotel with some good facilities.....

Review 62：Husband and I planned a trip (without the kids). The hotel was as nice as the pictures on the website. The rooftop sunsets were beautiful and romantic. Staff was very attentive with a laid back approach. The hotel had enough quiet spots to feel boutique-like.

Review 63：@beach - a bit of a walk from the hotel, not adapted surface, no real sand beach for lying down, no walk-in entry, just a ladder to deep-dive into water (might be an issue for not too advanced swimmers) @room - no mirrors, no shelves/storage room in the bathroom @staff - slow service in the restaurant, especially at breakfast time, we got no guidance re seating and had to remind them several times of our coffee-orders and of broken glass on the floor @facilities - the only thing I was missing in the wellness centre was towels and sheets (towels only available outside at the entrance)
