Reviews for Live Aqua Cancun - All Inclusive Adults Only

Review 1:Nothing. So bad that we had to leave.

Review 2:Everything! Staffs are so welcoming and friendly, except a lady at the reception desk. Location is perfect - right across the big shopping area. Facilities are fantastic - private beach was beautiful, nice spa and gym, perfect buffets. Wonderful experience for sure, definitely worth the price.

Review 3:The maintenance of the hotel needs some attention. There was a crew regularly doing minor touch up work but the hotel needs a larger maintenance investment. For instance: The carpet in the hotel bar was frayed and separating at the seams, the were many panes of broken glass across the back of the hotel (which is essentially all glass), many of the cabanas are missing various pieces, hallway lights are burned out, broken chairs in the main restaurant, etc. Housekeeping also needs to do a better job of reporting in-room issues like burned out light bulbs, dirty furniture and dripping faucets. Those shouldn't be left to the guest to report. Small things individually but when you add them up, they paint a picture of a hotel that needs more attention to detail.

Review 4:Food was amazing for being an all-inclusive. Service was generally very good with some stellar standouts. Great location across from a large outdoor mall/market that offers upscale shopping, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Beach and pool area were both wonderful.

Review 5:We loved everything about Live Aqua and will proceed to telling everyone we know about how wonderful it is until we get back there ourselves. Great staff, Beautiful pool and stunning beach with the most emerald green water we've ever laid eyes on. Food was a major highlight. Foodie paradise. Left rather plump but very very happy.

Review 6:I was traveling alone and the hotel seemed to cater to couples. I felt a bit odd at times, but overall my experience was fantastic.

Review 7:Amazing ocean view rooms with balconies, probably the best spa I've ever been to, sushi!

Review 8:Hotel check-in : not the room we booked Value : not worth the $1000 per night, even if we had three meals a day every day Management : poor response Hotel Layout : poorly designed

Review 9:Staff : were outstanding and most were keen to help you.

Review 10:A couple of very minor points only on the negative side - I thought the $60 surcharge for a bed/cabana by the pool was excessive, and the arrangement of loungers around the pool slightly cramped. The house wines available within the all-inclusive deal were not great (there was a small selection of additional wines paid for additionally in some restaurants).

Review 11:Food really exceptional, especially for an all-inclusive, both quality and variety (something like 7 different restaurants). Staff were amazing, always friendly, welcoming and working hard to make sure always on hand to get drinks etc. The infinity pool really is as great as it looks on the photos, stunning pool layout.

Review 12:Nothing bad to report at all!

Review 13:The property was fantastic and staff, every single one, were helpful, friendly and gracious and made the trip truly exceptional. There were plenty of food choices and it was always tasty. The Spa experience was fantastic.

Review 14:Just minor stuff which don't spoil the experience but could be improved: too Americanised, not so comfortable beds, spa and beauty salon too expensive (men haircut north of US$ 35-40), lack of choices for beach food (for example pizza slices, burgers; there was actually a bar with Mexican snacks which I didn't like, and pizzas are served only in a seating restaurant), the sea is a bit rough so not really for swimming (but can't blame the hotel on this one, all of them suffer from the same problem), and the hotel gets silent in the evening - it has a bar but it's empty (the hotel has a more spa feeling, it's not an outgoing hotel). Overall, still a fantastic place.

Review 15:A truly excellent and comfortable hotel, continuous great experience from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Great staff, fine food (best I had in an all inclusive hotel), impeccably clean, and with very good facilities. And the fact that it accepts no children is priceless. What a great place to relax, couldn't ask more for the money we paid.

Review 16:At times in the evening one of the pools would close for a private party. We thought that it was for reserved private parties but a couple of times it was for all of the guests. I'm not sure if I missed the information somewhere or if it was just a communication issue. That is a very small issue and I think the Live Aqua is incredible!

Review 17:I had been to Live Aqua one year ago with two of my nieces. We had a great time but I wanted to have a romantic get away with my husband. He is not as enthusiastic a traveler as I am so I was not sure he would like it as much. However, he loved it! Initially he thought seven days was too long but he was not ready to leave when the time came. I have never seen him so relaxed and enjoying life. We both agreed it was our best vacation together in 15 years.

Review 18:First, the food was incredible! I cannot say enough good things about the service level either. Live Aqua has mastered great service with an amazing atmosphere perfectly!

Review 19:While we didn't have any bad experiences the only thing they could improve on are the menus. I found that the menu offerings were very limited and at some times the food was hit or miss. Luckily for us there were more hits than misses.

Review 20:The facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and almost everyone spoke English.

Review 21:Staff behind the cooking didn't seem very friendly . Food was good but seemed to be the same every day

Review 22:Facilities , good choice of alcohol , great location and the gym was great

Review 23:Nothing to complain

Review 24:Staff are very polite, friendly, accommodating , efficient especially Karen from front desk Danny from the pool area and concierge and Jorge and Hurber and so with other waiters I will give them 5 stars

Review 25:Very confusing check in, very hap hazard, no greeting with cold towels, or refreshments, very unlike cancun. Not being able to have a sun lounger, near the pool, as everyone, reserves them from 6am.

Review 26:The restaurants are excellent, The waiting staff, are brilliant,

Review 27:Service and hospitality were AMAZING! Choice of restaurants and level of food and wines were 5-star. Pools and view of ocean unbeatable. Will definitely go again!

Review 28:Very low cost benefit.... But the most important is that the drinks are probably blended with water. And the beer... Well that's not beer its at least a cold tea with bad taste. I have never seen a draft beer without any foam...

Review 29:The location, decoration and cleanness of the hotel.

Review 30:The outside dining. It was really hot! One guest was very disruptive about people listening to music by the pool.

Review 31:The facilities were great! Food was excellent and we met a lot of great couples there. The drinks were good too!

Review 32:Went for my bday with a group of friends. The staff was more than excellent, I was treated like a queen on my bday! The property was awesome, and food and drinks were outstanding!! Not one bad thing to say!!

Review 33:Me & my wife had the best vacation honeymoon ever lLive Aqua was amazing the staff was the best and the resort offered everything and more there was nothing the staff would not do for us I recommend Live Aqua hands down #1 resort in Cancun

Review 34:Didn't like that I asked for king size bed and when I got there they said they only had two double beds. That king size beds are not guaranteed!

Review 35:The view from my room!

Review 36:I loved everything! The Aqua suite was perfect!

Review 37:The food was simply amazing!!! The property is beautiful and the service is second to none! They really focus on relaxation but they also have your party pool if you want to get wound up.

Review 38:I wish something for the spa was included in the package, but you can easily purchase when there.

Review 39:This resort does a great job of making you feel like you are on vacation and pampering you. Amazing food, drinks and great service from the staff. Resort is fairly large, but everything is easy to find.

Review 40:I can't think of anything!!!

Review 41:The buffets, the view from the room, all the pools, the billard, the ping pong table, the unlimited sushi bar, the unlimited drinks and food in the room, the zen garden, the chocolate strawberries in the room with the bottle of champagne, the rose petals in the bath tub, the terrace in the room, the staff, the gym, the beach, etc etc etc.

Review 42:Better hotel sleeping arrangements for single guests. Seaweed on beach. Would like to see more single people and a place on the property to dance to good music dj good but no pace to dance.

Review 43:Everything! Food, modern hotel, first class service super comfortable beds, near shopping, fantastic views of water & hotel! Swim pools and barbeques fantastic. a "10" I would give the property and expience.

Review 44:Terrible "Up-Selling". We were "tricked" into taking a tour of the resort on our first day - which we thought was a great idea to get our bearings. Only to discover after 60 minutes, that they were trying to sell us time-share-memberships. Consultant was very persistent and had to basically yell at him to stop his presentation. Not happy at all!!

Review 45:Great facilities and beautiful resort/wait staff.

Review 46:Perfect location on the Cancun strip with a friendly caring staff that honestly seems to care about giving the best they can to make our stay something to remember.

Review 47:Beautiful resort! The aromatherapy oil pots fill the resort, and your room, with a wonderful scent that almost relaxes you instantly. Staff was great, food was great, top shelf alcohol, beautiful pool and beach!

Review 48:Other guests are very loud and slam doors. Not really a resort issue but the sound echoes at night.

Review 49:Loved the atmosphere of the whole resort. The staff was perfect with incredible service. The Hidden Garden restaurant has fabulous food with 5 star service.

Review 50:Gave away our cabana that we reserved multiple time. They tried to give us the timeshare hard sell multiple times. Staff was terrible.

Review 51:Fish tacos at Azur were good

Review 52:Didn't like solicitation for time share. Also was not impressed with the food at the restaurants. It was ok (not horrible), i just assumed that nice of an all-inclusive would have better food options.

Review 53:Service was good and everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome!

Review 54:We have traveled to cancun and other locations in the Caribbean to give us a much needed break from the tough Michigan Winters. We have tried the all inclusive and the others equally. We have found that the all inclusive tend to attractive large eaters and large drinkers. With huge consumptions of both by guests, the quality of both are bound to go down. We have been to some resorts that have constant feeding "troughs" with marginal food. With access to even larger quantities of alcohol, guests can easily miss the fact that the food is of poor quality. With this much alcohol flowing, guests become belligerent and loud. If you are not part of this "in" crowd, you may be in for a miserable time.We chose the all inclusive "Live Aqua" for the many high ratings it received. We were not disappointed and were completely overwhelmed by the service. We flew direct from Detroit and used the "Super Shuttle" service. They have these in many cities and we have used them many, many times. Pre-pay online and upgrade to the private car. You will leave for your Resort before anyone else and you will go direct. The up charge is well worth it. Upon arrival we were cordially checked in and the concierge showed us to our rooms. We handled our own bags but that was our choice. We were upgraded to an ocean front room for no additional charge but I don' t think there is any room without a view of the ocean. We checked out the grounds after arrival and had a drink at the bar. We are not big drinkers but top shelf liquor was being served. There are 7 restaurants to choose from and we made it our goal to try them all. Two of the seven have an up charge. Most likely worth it on a longer stay. The restaurants were very upscale and served extremely well prepared food for dinner. We ate lunch by the pool everyday and sat by the barbeque. Chicken, ribs, sausage were available.

Review 55:We had spotty service at the pool. The server was more interested in bigger parties and we were an after thought. Even after a healthy tip, he only stopped by the cabana two or three times to see if we needed a drink. Only other thing was the new age yoga music in the morning.

Review 56:We loved the pool and access to the beach was fantastic. We really enjoyed being able to lay out in our reserved cabana. This took the pressure off of having to scout around for pool or beach chairs. All of the restaurants were excellent.

Review 57:I think for the price paid you couldn't really ask for much more...

Review 58:The staff was eager to meet your every need. The food was good, the beach was great. Room was very comfortable .

Review 59:actually, there was nothing we did not like that is of significance. We were upset that they did not accept US$ travelers' checks, but hey- the credit cards were just fine. Also wish the bed had more back support while having more softness. We have a tempurpedic at home, so we are spoiled.

Review 60:pools, beach, room, staff's efficiency, prompt and superbly courteous service in restaurants and bars, housekeeping was excellent - room was cleaned way before noon each day.

Review 61:I was completely surprised by the quality of the "all inclusive" feature. It was our first time in Cancun and the first time we experienced this concept. We selected Live Aqua because it was adults only; however, the abundance and quality of the food and beverage was a real pleasant surprise. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. We look forward to our next visit.

Review 62:Chairs were a bit uncomfortable in our room.

Review 63:Fabulous view of the beach. Food was phenomenal. All of the waiters and waitresses were friendly and helpful. I was pampered for five straight days of my life.

Review 64:Azur restaurant food was inconsistent and after specifically requesting Gluten free food my 5 course meals had 3 out of 5 food items with gluten.

Review 65:Great rooms, staff concerned with ensuring the stay was great. Housekeeping ensured twice a day room cleaning refreshing towels, linens and refilling mini-bar and aromatherapy. The nightly turn down service was fabulous. Beach and pool area well maintained, Jorge and Andres at the pool ensured our towels were fresh and our drinks refilled. Hector and Fernando at the Siete restaurant were very helpful, courteous, and professional while ensuring gluten free food was available or directly requested it from the chefs. Oscar at the hidden garden restaurant provided outstanding service and excellent food. The chefs at mb restaurant produced the most amazing cuisine.

Review 66:Solo traveller and some of the staff were consistently rudely enquiring why even though I told them that it's simply my choice. Need to train staff on manners. Cushions on pool chairs too thin.

Review 67:Perfect location on beach. Great selection of food and great restaurants.

Review 68:My husband and I stayed here for from Dec 8-15th. we did not want to leave. We stayed in the basic garden view room. Although we had to face an upcoming contrustion site on side of the hotel it permitted a nice view of the ocean. The view will definately be much worse than garden view when the building goes up. Never the less, our stay was incredible from day one.ROOM: The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It featured a large closet which included an iron and ironing board, easy to use safe, hangers of multiple types, and even your very own beach bag to borrow. In addition they included a set of beach sandals that you can use during your stay at the resort. they also provided laundry and dry cleaning services although I will say they were a bit pricey (very typical of the resort). The bathroom was large & included a tub a large shower (roomie enough for two), toilet, and a large sink area. There was even a phone next to the toilet in case you thought of ordering room service while you were taking care of business. We requested a king size bed and let me tell you it was huge. The mattress was also very comfortable. TVs had HBO channels and cable. It provided much-needed entertainment during those few hours inside of the room. The room provided a sofa chair with coffee table along with a full table with two arm chairs. We also had a balcony with two chairs and a side table although we didn't use it very much the view and chairs are much more comfortable downstairs. My only critique about the room sound privacy. I cant say for sure but from inside the room you could not hear other guest next to you, however you could hear hallway noise. Also, several times as I was walking down the hallway towards the lobby I could literally hear people's blow dryers or loud conversations going on inside the room. Dont get me wrong the conversations were not clear but muffled. My husband and I are not bothered by that so we didn't think much of it.

Review 69:No evening entertainment. The Egos bar/lounge was pretty dead and seemed to appeal to a 50+ crowd. Our room had a very awkward design. With doors that bump into each other and small spaces to manoever (entrance, closets, bathroom). Opening the balcony created a noisy wind tunnel. The AC made some terrible noise if it was left on (but we are not light sleepers so we did not complain).

Review 70:I have been to many Carribean all-inclusive resorts and this one takes the cake! What sets it apart most is the level of service of the staff. They make everyone feel like a VIP! They are always coming around the beach and pool taking drink orders and handing out water bottles (which are usually harder to get than alcohol at resorts!). We were there over Thanksgiving and the chef of the Azul restaurant made a special Thanksgiving menu just for the two of us!! They had a table set up for us and a surprise menu. It was priceless! And the food is fantastic! Lots of different options and a poolside salad bar and barbecue with healthy grilled chicken, fish and meat that is there all afternoon. There is also an indoor cafe for those who have a sweet tooth. Even room service is included! The complimentary aromatherapy and DVD borrowing is a nice touch. Complimentary wifi can even be accessed anywhere in the hotel including the beach. The gym is nice with a view outside and a nice variety of machines, weights etc. I also liked that tgey did not blast music at the pool. There was music but it was quiet enough that you could hear the ocean and the birds and relax. The pool staff was also more than willing to help us find chairs with shade. I would definitely come back.

Review 71:I had a great time during this Cancun visit. Live Aqua is a great place to stay...very peaceful environment. It is a perfect place for a young couple or honeymooners. Very good staff service, drinks, restaurants, and view. 100% recommended.

Review 72:We booked a day trip through the hotels advisers (Go Mexico) to Citchen Itza. I would scout around for other options, it was a very long day 7.20am to 8.45pm with only 2 hours at the Mayan ruins in all that time. If you could afford a private tour I would suggest it otherwise you spend the vast majority of the day being taken to shops and the lunch was awful

Review 73:We were really impressed with the hotel. Having been to a few other all inclusive hotels, Live Aqua had by far in a way the best food and branded drinks options. We didn't have a bad meal the whole week and not an evening buffet insight!! The hidden garden and Mb were our favourite. Having the sushi station for snacking was great too! All staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Definetly worth the upgrade on the rooms which were always well stocked. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort, relaxation and a hotel with a bit of atmosphere.

Review 74:Everything!! Wonderful people! We stayed on the Club Level and will do so again. It provides you with a personal concierge and private check in. We have been going to Cancun since 1995 and have gone back about 30 times to numerous resorts. Live Aqua is our "go to" vacation resort in Cancun. There is not a better value or venue in Cancun or the Caribbean for an all inclusive resort!!

Review 75:What's not to love??!

Review 76:This is a fabulous place to stay in Cancun. We have stayed there 4 timesnow (we are from Australia!) and we would never stay anywhere else.Pampering and beautiful. With the costs of meals and drinks considered,it's a great concept. Love it.

Review 77:Just one problem with the room service, we asked for one special order and the dinner doesn't come as we asked.

Review 78:The quality of the service is outstanding

Review 79:WiFi was shabby in our room.

Review 80:The food was EXCELLENT. The service. The weather. The location. The room. The pools. The clear blue ocean water. It was October, the off-season, so it wasn't crowded. My newly minted wife and I both felt like royalty the entire time. You will be hard-pressed to find a better all-inclusive resort in all of Cancun.

Review 81:This year was our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary, and then a few days later it was my wife’s birthday, so we decided to invest in "a once in a life time" luxury holiday to Cancun. After much investigation we decided upon the Live Aqua which was advertised as one of the top five hotels in Cancun and more important to us portrayed as a Zen hotel, a quiet, relaxing, peaceful and tranquil haven. The ten hour flight from England appeared to be the only drawback to this wonderful holiday. True the Lobby, corridors and bedroom had the relaxing odors of charming smells, but how wrong we were, the hotel was completely miss-sold to us.To begin with the positives, we went for the Aqua suite which had wonderful secular views. It also came with a daily choice of cabana which was ideal for us, no trying to find a location after breakfast when all the sunbeds had been reserved with towels. The location of the hotel is ideal and the pool and beach spectacular. The food and various choices is also great. The Hidden Garden was our favorite restaurant. The ambiance, service and food were all first class. Asian spicy food which was excellent. Then came MB’s which is a top class restaurant in all senses of the word, first class service, great food and a great atmosphere. The food was very rich so we wouldn’t eat at MB’s every night. Then came Siete 7, which served breakfast and buffet lunch, and then split into two in the eveningto serve buffet or à la carte dinners. For the majority of the time to retire to the Siete 7 at lunch time was a sanctuary of bliss, out of the midday sun, a quiet peaceful location and excellent choice of food. Also a thank you to our lunch time waiter, Luis, who helped in maintaining this midday sanctuary and was a first class waiter. You could also grab a snack by the pool from either waiter service or the food stations around the Azar pool. We preferred a small break away from the beach. We also experienced the evening buffet twice.

Review 82:The cabanas on the beach did not seem as well maintained as the ones by the pool. Although I loved the food and the servers were excellent, at times the breakfast buffet was not quite up to par (use of stabilized egg mix rather than real eggs). Alcoholic drinks were mostly watered down but the drinks on the fifth floor Lounge were stronger (I think you get access to lounge if you book/upgrade to a suite).

Review 83:The food was superb and the chefs really put in the time and effort to make each restaurant unique. My fav restaurant was the hidden garden but even the food by the pool (tacos/burgers) was delicious. Room service always came quickly and was delicious. The gym facilities and spa had friendly staff and was clean. I would recommend reserving cabanas as well, however the poolside ones were kept up more than the ones on the beach.

Review 84:Minor time share pitch at check-in. Nothing too pushy.Don't pay extra for the Lobster Restaurant. The lobster is dried out because they grill it and steak is sub-par. The Mexican restaurant is so-so.

Review 85:We liked the entire experience. We upgraded when we got there and wereable to then take advantage of the Cabana each day, which alsoincludes a 20 minute foot massage (each day). This also gave us accessto the Aqua Room where they had a private concierge, premium drinks, and great sunset views each day. The Hidden Garden is by far the bestrestaurant and Caesar is the best server there (you can ask for him).He will give you extras without asking and makes the experience great. The Cabana's are also great and we loved the little taco stand bythe ocean.Don't forget to try room service. The food there is great including green enchiladas for breakfast, the Mexican food for lunch or dinner (better than the Mexican restaurant).

Review 86:The food was not that great. And the hotel interiors were very vanilla. Just adding fresh flowers would help liven the resort up. Overall, there was nothing incredible about the resort that makes it stand out.

Review 87:The outside pool area was nice. It was our anniversary and they surprised us with roses , candles and champagne in the morning!

Review 88:My one downside is they had touched up paint in our room right before they put us in there and the smell ( like acetone) was so strong we almost had to leave ( I'm also pregnant though, so there's that). We opened the patio doors and aired the room out and had no issues with it after that. Their aromatherapy was an amazing service each night.

Review 89:Live Aqua was even more beautiful than it looked in the pictures. The pools were so awesome we never even went down to the beach. We never left the resort. There is a movie theatre right across the street and a huge upscale shopping mall. The movies are mostly in English so that was fun if you want a quiet night activity. The restaurants were great, and there were a ton of poolside grills to make you burgers, seafood or Mexican food anytime during the day. The poolside waiters were very attentive and at 2:30 everyday they bring the chefs out around the pool to hand out appetizers, it was really fun. I will say the service was a bit slow at night in the restaraunts so don't wait until your starving to go to dinner or you'll get annoyed. The lighting in a couple of the outside restaraunts is really dim ( Italian place) so their menu was a bit hard to read, however the waiter noticed us squinting and brought us a flashlight to read the menu. We spent the entire time at the pool and loved every second. The aqua lounge wasn't really worth it if you're considering upgrading for that facility ( FYI ) a great oceanfront room will be perfect. I think most rooms are ocean front in this hotel. It was about 15 minutes from the airport, super close. We had room 8012 and it was on the 8th floor, dead center of the hotel, ocean front and it was creaking amazing. Had to be one of the best rooms view wise. You could see everything. Hope this helps! You'll love your vacation if you stay at Live Aqua

Review 90:My experience at the spa was not a good one. We got there 5 mins late and had to reschedule for a hour later and then they were 10 mins late starting our massage. The massage it self was horrible probably one of the worst massages I ever had

Review 91:Everyone was very sweet at this hotel. We spent 3 days there and didn't leave the hotel once. The food was good we ate like crazy! We love the fact that it was all inclusive (free) on the night of my bday my boyfriend made reservations at a lobster and steak house. That was not free. Dinner was ok but the fact that it was out side I could barely enjoy my food because of mosquitos. Also they didn't have a very large menu. We had the aqua suite, our room came with a free cabana each day. We choose one by the pool which came with a free 20 min foot massage each day. That was a plus. On the night of my birthday when we got back to the room from dinner they had designed a very colorful happy birthday with balloons made of rice. The jacuzzi was filled with bubble bath and balloons. It was adorable. I would definitely go back to live aqua and recommend it to my friends. Oh last but not least the aroma therapy was so refreshing!!!! Soon as you walk in the hotel you smell it every area of the hotel had a different scent. I also liked that they had oil burners in the room with alot different scents. That was very pleasant

Review 92:The incessant noise of the jet skis going back and forth right in front of our beach and very close to swimmers; for a zen hotel this nuissance was not very zen at all. I had been to Aqua twice before it went all inclusive and the level of food and drinks has done down considerably since then.

Review 93:Beautiful beach and pools, clean comfortable rooms with nice views. Aromatherapy is pleasant.

Review 94:When you register at the front desk, as customary, the bellboy will usually take you to your room and explain about the facility, restaurant hours, etc. No one took us to our room. My friend and I were lost for about ten minutes trying to find the room. The next day, I saw that they provided that service to other guests. Food was ok, not great, and there were not too many options at the buffet.

Review 95:Hotel is beautiful. Pools were awesome

Review 96:The only thing that i didnt like was fixed immediately. The room was too small so i asked for another one and it immediately happen. Love all the staff and the service was quick and amazing

Review 97:Everything about this hotel was amazing.

Review 98:The MB restaurant had excellent food yet was very uncomfortable because air conditioner was not working.

Review 99:Had a wonderful 4th of July weekend. The staff was very nice and the room was large very clean. The food was great and room service was good and quick. Definitely will return!

Review 100:Very nice property. Great location.

Review 101:Beds and pillows could use some updating.

Review 102:The staff was the best we have ever encountered anywhere!

Review 103:Perfect staff, location, food, drinks, qenuine hospitality

Review 104:Everything

Review 105:Poor quality food; Good Breakfast, poor lunches and poor dinners

Review 106:Nice place

Review 107:No live entertainment in the evenings, very quiet after 9pm.

Review 108:Food was excellent, grounds were pristinely kept.

Review 109:Service and quality was excellent

Review 110:The only thing I didn't like was having to go home

Review 111:Best place in Cancun, hands down!

Review 112:Smell from the sea, lack of music during the day

Review 113:Friendly staff, very good rooms, good food

Review 114:The staff is incredibly helpful, responsive, and always there to make your stay more enjoyable.

Review 115:would be nice to have a shutlle from the airport
