Review 1：Wifi never worked, some bathroom facilities we're always missing, air conditioning cannot be regulated from the room and breakfast is served in an underground floor (no view, no windows).

Review 5：Wifi didn't work well at all and only available in communal areas. Pool wasn't cleaned very often. Faint sewage smell in room throughout stay, we did mention it, it went away for a day but could still smell it just not as strong. Couldn't control air conditioning from room so had a few uncomfortable nights, had to sleep with doors open which then had us waking up to noise outside. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Review 7：We booked two nights at this hotel. Honestly, I will not return. No wifi in the room, no minibar, only spanish channels, no emergency plant, no do not disturb sign to hang on the door. The two nights were very noisy due to several tours arriving late in the afternoon and leaving early in the morning. Dinner buffet was expensive for the offer and in a over crowded and noisy room due to people of the tours eating all at the same time. In the morning, a lot of noise from people leaving very early from rooms and waiting for breakfast. On both mornings, cleaning staff knocked on room door to do the cleaning several hours before check-out time. And last, but not less important, air conditioning is not controled within the room. In the first night we had to ask reception to turn it on and since no hot air came out, after asking for several times, we had to ask to turn it off, because room was freezing. No extra blanket either. We complained and problem was solved in the next day. Still have to ask reception to turn it on, and had no control over it. Receptionist decided to turn it off in the middle of the night. I would rate it as a 3 star hotel

Review 9：The whole experience, just stayed the one night due to change of ferry timings. Wish we had stayed here longer as had booked into the El Castillo in Suances and was not happy with that experience. Hotel was spotless, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Review 13：The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice. The location is good but still a bit far away from the beaches and port area with restaurants. The area is beautiful with plenty of small towns to discover. Suances itself is very pleasant and very lively to go out for dinners and drinks; particularly on Wednesdays!

Review 22：Beautiful Hotel in a superb location, ideally situated for beach or countryside, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, easy access for parking, lovely beaches and great shops are nearby and there's plenty to do in the surrounding area, a short drive away.
Review 23：Although a 4* hotel, don't expect anything special. Our room was tiny and claustrophobic, the pool was in an adjoining hotel and not particularly appealing. We considered the hotel to be significantly overpriced - the worst value place of our whole trip.

Enma waitress, was extremely helpful suggesting places to visit and took time to make us feel welcomed as à visitor to Spain The Director was also helpful and resolved quickly the few issues that arose during our stay. Joined in the local festivaties of the town which gave an interesting insight to the real Spain.
