Review 1：The rooms were not serviced unless paid for. But to be honest I don't mind this as we didn't pay for the service. But the fact that the "public areas" closed early is a pity as it offers a great view and is very peaceful!

Review 3：Great location, just back from the prom and easy waling distance to shops and beach. Staff are very, very helpful and pleasant. Be aware this is an APART-HOTEL i.e. self catering, although they do offer a buffet breakfast. This is what we wanted, and we loved it.

Review 4：At first sight, I really did not like the room, it had a bit of an old age smell, but then it was ideal and functional for all our needs. we so enjoyed our stay in Nice, we extended our visit by two nights. The owners are renovating and I would definitely stay here again

Review 5：Our room was very cozy with balcony and kitchenette. The bathroom was very functional, the bed and pillows were comfortable. It is very convenient to the center of town, I actually enjoyed the walk. Two blocks to the beachfront, a wonderful little cafe next door to the hotel.

Review 6：The location at a very shirt walking distance form the Promenade... From the bus station and fromantic the supermarket... Résidence was Quiet clean and confirtable... Réception staff were very pleasant and very helpful... I would surely recommend the place and visit again and again

Review 7：The room is quite spacious with a functional kitchen. There's even a small dish washer. There's also a nice and huge balcony with quite a nice view. The beach is only few minutes away on foot, as well as the bus stops. The staffs are friendly.

Review 8：We are looking forward to the renovation of the flats. They need doing after years of use. But everything works etc. and we highly recommend this place for people who like the freedom of an appartment instead of just a hotel room.

Review 9：We have booked here many times before with the former owner Citadenes and everything is as good with the new owners as before. The hotel apartments will be renovated over the winter season and we are looking forward to see improvements after that. Staff always extremely friendly and service always high.

When we communicated this with the receptionist, he said the hotel is fully booked. My friends need to sleep on sofa bed. The reason that we booked 4 rooms for 8 adults is because we'd like to sleep on bed, otherwise, 2 rooms would be enough. We paid double, but the result is similar.

Review 17：We should have demanded to be moved straight away, but were under the impression that the hotel was full. We had 2 apartments, both overlooking the road on different floors which were very noisy both day & night. The carpets in both rooms & corridors were very dirty, as were the room curtains. The beds were good as were the showers, but I would certainly not have sat in the bath & the toilet was difficult to flush. It was impossible to have wardrobe & bathroom doors open together. The lighting was very poor, but that was probably not a bad thing as on close inspection, the paintwork & inside cupboards etc. had not been cleaned for a very long time. When I asked why we had been charged the same as for a room which had already been renovated, I was told that rates vary day by day, & whether or not bookings are made online - I didn't understand that, but it was obviously Company speak.

Review 20：2 km away from the City Center. As the bis stops around 9 pm it is a Bit long too walk. However, perfectly reachable from the airport, close to the beach and basically, 2 km are feasible.

Review 21：Breakfast was a bit pricey check in was at two we were slightly late because we said we would explore and an older member of staff seemed to be giving our room to another couple even though we had dropped our luggage off and we had specifically requested a lower level room. Twenty/30 minute walk to old town when buses werent running.

Review 39：The staff was absolutely amazing! Loved our stay! Only minus was that the elevator was not working and we were staying at the 7th floor. Otherwise we had nothing to complain about.

Review 40：The lift was broken and I was placed on the 7th floor. It was either that or I had to wait till 3pm to see if another apartment on a lower floor had become available. As I arrived at 10am I didn't want to waste 1/2 day.

Review 41：kitchen was equipped, but small and not welcoming to cooking. During our stay elevator did not work, was not good to go up and down with stroller and luggage. They do not have high chairs for the rooms for the babies, though provided with a baby bed.

Review 42：The elevator was not working. Our booking was for 3 days, but me and my wife were able to suffer for 2 days. We carried our heavy luggage 6 floors up to our room, and nobody from the reception helped us for this. After 2 days we checked out and found ourselves a better hotel for the last day.

The flat was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and space just perfect for my family. Very close to grocery store, the beach, the promenade, the train station, the bus stop. Perfectly located. Apparently under new management with the change from Citadines. The value for money is outstanding.
