Review 1：Bruno is incredibly. He made us feel at home. We had great conversations in French and English. He gave us great restaurants recommendations. We loved the Mexican restaurant. We can't remember the name of it but we got the best service in 4 weeks of travel. Bruno recommend transportation for us to visit Vimy Ridge on Nov 11. Jean Louis was very nice and helpful.

Review 2：The location is very central to Lens. However, it is tucked down a small one-way narrow street. Easy to drive past as small from the outside with a small sign giving hotel details.

Review 3：Modern and clean. Run by a single person who was very friendly and spoke good English. All the mod-cons good WiFi, coffee machine, Sat TV, even hair straighteners! Opened for just over a year, but has great potential to do really well. Breakfast is served on one large table which creates a friendly atmosphere with the other guests.

Review 4：Fantastic experience. The location is brilliant. We booked two rooms and they were clean, bright and just right. The breakfast was the best we've had at a B&B for a long time. Very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Review 7：The host is extremely accommodating. He really goes out of his way to make sure you feel at home. Every room is different. We had the Picasso room. It was small but the space was used well and the bathroom was fairly large, with a great shower.

Review 8：I didn't like the fact that you could arrive between 5pm and 9pm that was the only time someone was present at the lodgings! No one was resident to help you out. From the outside I wanted to run and find somewhere else. It was just an old shabby looking house. At breakfast the guests in the other rooms had had their breakfast before us and empty plates with half eaten food on the table not nice!

Review 10：The room was small and the garden view does not yet show a garden, more of a back yard. The outside of the property is uninspiring to say the least, but this is a relatively poor town, which is doing its best to improve and has been helped by the new Louvre Lens gallery. The owners of this property are doing everything they can to make the most of their chambre d'hote.

Review 11：The management are making a real effort to to the very best for guests. Everything was done cheerfully and with a sense of commitment. The room was better equipped than most, with kettle, iron, powerful hair dryer, etc. The bathroom was well designed.

Review 12：Welcoming staff and extremely helpful. The location of hotel is near to several bars and restaurants. The bedroom is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities.

Review 13：Quiet B&B,well situated for station,navette to Museum Louvres-Lens and close to centre of town. Friendly welcome. Young smiling young lady provided Camomile tea at my request. In the morning,as it was the first time I visited Lens,the Manager took the trouble to walk with me to the place where I was to meet my friends which was very kind.

Review 15：Madame was so helpful regarding delays in our arrival. A key safe &door code system meant we were still able to use our room even after aserious traffic delay. Unusual for France the room had kettle,coffeemaker & biscuits & drinks had been left out. With microwave& fridge this is a mini apartment approach & nicely done.
